In qualsiasi modo utilizzi lo strumento rimuovi, che sia su pc o tramite AI generativa, nel momento in cui selezione cosa eliminare, mi si blocca photoshop e devo forzare la chiusura.sto usando la versione 27.8 su windows 10

Recenlty my Photoshop tool icons simply do not appear on the toolbar. they function fine but it is troublesome to find the right tool. The only way I could solve this is to reinstall photoshop but I cannot possibly do that every day.

My Photoshop program suddenly won't allow me to click on a layer by clicking on the image. I can only get to the right layer by sifting through the layers in the layer window. This has never happened before, and I'm hoping there's a fix?    Also, I'm using this program on Windows.   Thanks for your help!

The Harmonize feature is not working in Photoshop. I’ve spoken with support twice on this issue and was told it’s a known bug. When I click “Harmonize” on an overlay layer, Photoshop looks like it’s processing but produces an error message, “We’ve encountered an error and your request cannot be processed. Please try again later.” Everything is up-to-date and has been closed out + restarted, but still not working. Would love to see this fixed soon as it’s now day 3 of not being able to work on photos.

My photoshop only opens in safe mode when I sideline all plugins… however, even when I rename the plugins folder (to make it invisible to the application) it still won’t open in anything but safe mode, any suggestions?I even resorted to completely uninstalling photoshop and erasing the settings in the library, to be able to make sure that new settings get installed with the new version, but still get the crash, and am only able to open in safe mode… What on earth is up?

I’m trying to find a way to have custom gradients save permanently under my gradient presets in the gradient editor. I have tried everything: importing gradients, exporting gradients, clicking the new button, but no matter what I do every time I close and reopen photoshop all of my custom gradients are gone (I can reimport them, but I want them to just show up in their own presets folder automatically).I know it’s possible because I do have one custom gradient that saves and returns every time I reopen photoshop, but it was years ago and I don’t know how I did it.

The system is running an up-to-date version of Windows 10 with the latest Nvidia Studio drivers. The Shadows/Highlights settings dialog has always provided a live preview while moving the sliders, provided the live preview option was enabled. Since the latest update to PS 27.8, however, the live preview no longer appears as soon as a slider is clicked or activated with the mouse. The preview remains hidden for as long as the slider is being moved or remains active; the preview only appears once the slider is released.  

When you have several layers selected, and some of them are vector layers, and you try to do a scale transformation on all of them at once, only the vector layers get transformed; the raster layers remain unchanged. You have to deselect all the vector shapes in the Paths palette before it will work. This is stupid and annoying. If I wanted to scale only the vector layers, I would have selected only the vector layers. Also, as you can see in the video, the last vector element (the bottom form field) didn't get selected or scaled with the others, even though its layer was selected. So the whole thing is jacked up and doesn't work in any intelligent or intuitive way.

When using the Move tool to reposition/shift a Pattern Fill layer, the on-canvas result is not calculated live. The move is registered internally (the pattern's actual position does change), but the canvas does not visually redraw to reflect it. Toggling the layer's visibility off and back on (hide > unhide) forces Photoshop to redraw and show the correct, updated position.Steps to reproduce:1. Create or open a document with a Pattern Fill layer (Layer > New Fill Layer > Pattern).2. Select the Move tool (V) with the Pattern Fill layer active/targeted.3. Click and drag on the canvas to reposition the pattern.Expected result:The pattern shifts and the canvas updates live, in real time, as it did in Photoshop 2025.Actual result:The canvas does not visually update while/after dragging. I still use Save for Web (Legacy). I save images for the web every day, and this tool is still better than Save a Copy. Save for Web (Legacy) lets me specify the dimensions of the file being saved. It gives me an approximate file size prediction. I have been using it since it was on Imageready a million years ago, and I will keep using it for as long as I can. Is there any earthly way I can save a WebP in there? Because the file size projection and being able to specify the resolution isn't in Save a Copy and that would come in incredibly handy. 

Used Photoshop since 1996 - never had ‘items on my screen have a blue outline/edge’.REALLY annoying when trying to line something up - visually.Someone suggested View>Show>Layer Edges in another question - but that doesn’t turn the blue lines off.How do you turn this really annoying ‘feature’ off?Also: When I budge something - I get a ‘tutorial offer to explain nudging’ window on the left - can these go away forever as well?

Hi, First, I am a student and I am using mac book air. Second, I am from United Arab Emirates and our first language is Arabic. When I try to write in photoshop using arabic: 1. It types the word at the wrong direction (left to right). It should type it from the right side to the left.2. The letters are not connected to each other. It types the letters as individual letters which is not the case at arabic language.I have download many arabic fonts and tried them all but they all give me the same problem. Since me and many students are suffering from this issue your help will be most appreciated.Thank you so much.

Photoshop's generative features are billed per generation. When a result is usable, it saves real time; however, they aren't consistent. I can use the same engine, same prompt, and same selection, and the result varies wildly run to run. When it misses, I regenerate. The second attempt costs another credit. So does the third. Potential solutions:1. Don't charge for regenerations of the same prompt and selection in a session. I paid for the intent. Let me iterate to a usable result.2. Auto-credit when the system returns nothing usable.3. Deduct the credit only when I accept a result into my file, not on every attempt.4. Give pros a way to lock and reproduce a generation that worked, plus an honest published success rate.

Hi. I have 1 year plan for photoshop and lightroom and im paying 25 euro per month for it. But soon im going to be student. Is it possible to change the plan for cheaper student version without any expenses or having to pay the rest pf the plan.

Hello, I would like to report what appears to be a long-standing bug in Photoshop’s Content-Aware Crop. Photoshop version Photoshop 27.8.0 (latest version) Windows 11 Issue When using the Crop Tool with Content-Aware Fill enabled and rotating the image to straighten the horizon, Photoshop sometimes leaves thin unfilled white borders along one or two edges of the image. The borders may be: 1 pixel wide, or several pixels wide, sometimes on one edge, sometimes on two adjacent edges. These white areas become part of the actual image and remain after saving as PSD. This is not a display or GPU artifact. Important observation I have experienced this issue since approximately 2022–2023, across multiple Photoshop versions, including the current version 27.8.0. Testing performed During testing I found: The problem occurs on different photographs. It also occurs on flat-color images. It occurs in 8-bit RGB documents.
