The AI ​​repair brush is not working in version 27.4. An error message appears when I set it to AI ON. When AI is set to AI AUTO, a pattern appears where the brush is supposed to repair.Please fix this bug. 

HiI use camera-elated presets in Adobe Camera RAW. With the original RAW files, the presets automatically work as soon as I load the file in ACR. However, as soon as I output an original RAW as DNG, both compressed and uncompressed, and then open it in Camera RAW, the preset no longer works automatically. I then have to manually set the values stored in the preset or manually start the preset. The latter is curious, because the same preset is also used when opening the DNG.Does anyone have experience with DNGs in ACR and the automatic assignment when opening a DNG?By the way, the DNGs are generated from DxO Photolab as linear DNGs.Greetings Joerg

PS and LRC are displaying the same file quite differently. I use an Eizo CG2700S and my main display. I have also confirmed the same results on a BenQ 2700PT. The PS display is more saturated and deeper shadows than LRC. There is not difference if I take a DNG, make no changes in LRC and edit in PS straight, or as a smart object. However, if I make a change to color, exposure, etc in LRC before editing in PS, there is a substantial. Any changes in PS also cause a difference in displays on the roundtrips to LRC. It makes no difference with tiff or psb files. I have attached screenshots of side by side PS and LRC of the same file on the Eizo. I have also attached screenshots of settings, system information and Eizo calibration.Note: the png files do not show the extent of the differences, but it is apparent. I have read multiple reports of similar cases, with no found solution. I am preparing for 2 exhibitions now and this is driving me nuts. I appreciate help in finding a solution.

I use Photoshop 2025 and I have a Pixma Canon G650 printer. I’m unable to print with it. Once I reach the print screen, it closes itself down. Even touching any of the setting buttons on the print screen causes it to close. I’ve installed the latest drivers for the printer but nothing. This is very frustrating as I rely on it for printing often. Any help would be appreciated?  

I'm using the latest version of Photoshop Beta. Whenever I right-click on the canvas to open the brush picker and select a different brush, the Brush Roundness changes to 0% automatically.I have to manually set it back to 100% every time. Is there a setting that controls this, or is this a bug in Photoshop Beta? I do a lot of photo compositing so this is annoying and a hassle on my part. and i dont want to reinstall it because I have several brushes and others.  

Hi,I see the issue of Photoshops nueral filter being used on faces and hair has been discussed several times over the last 5 years. Has Adobe fixed this issue as it render the use of neural filters for face enhancement useless.I have attached an example of the issue showing the original image and the use of 60% and 100% face enhancement. The face itself is excellennt and the lower part o the hair is excellent, however the top half of the hair remains blurry.  Has anyone got an easy workaround to this issue?Does anyone know if Adobe has stopped calling this issue a feature and decided to fix it? Thanks

Instead, Photoshop opens the Save As dialog.This did not happen in my previous workflow and significantly interrupts a high-volume production process.Steps to reproduce:1. When I want to use the "export layers to files" function in Photoshop, there's always a prefix of the layer number sequence. For example, I'll export a number of layers (to pngs) and the prefix is _0001, _0002, _0003... I don't think this feature necessary in most cases. I already removed the standard 'File Name Prefix' in this dialog box. But, that doesn't hold true after export. Is there a way to quickly remove this default script?   Or if not possible, is there any recommendations on advance 'file renaming tools' like GREP in InDesign?

Mac Sonoma 14.6.1. Hello,I am experiencing a serious issue in Photoshop that is making it almost impossible to work.While creating layouts with artboards, random ghost text/duplicated numbers start appearing all over the document.The text shows up on random layers and random places, even where no text layer exists.Once it starts, the file becomes unusable and the problem spreads to every new file I work on.Also can be opening random image/photo and it can have text from previous file where all over the image. What I observe:The duplicated text looks like fragments of existing text (prices, numbers, symbols)It appears across multiple artboardsIt is not linked to a specific layer it can appear on any other layers with image or with other layers with text.It cannot be selected or deletedSaving, reopening, or duplicating the file does not fix itIt visually “burns

Est-ce ma version de Mac OS (26.7) ou ma version de Photoshop (27.10.0) qui pose problème ? 

Photoshop boots up, if I save a custom document template it sometimes will show up in that session while photoshop is left open. If I close photoshop the template will not exist when I next boot it up. 70% of the time when Photoshop is booted up the tools won’t load. I have reset tool preferences, reinstalled photoshop and downgraded to a previous version. Issues didn’t start until I updated to latest version, but still persist. 

Moticed Photoshop 27.1 stopped opening when trying to edit from Lightroom, or Edit as Smart Object from Lightroom, Then tried to open Photoshop on its own Initial screen checking memory appears then nothing. Checked up to date in creative cloud all up to date, tried launching from Creative Cloud again splash screen checking memory then nothing. Rebooted system checked all above again nothing. LRC and Lr both working fine problem is only with Photoshop

Even though it is checked and has to be seen on the PSD screen and even though I uninstall the photoshop and resinstall it, even though I use the beat too, contexual task bar seems to be some else that I can not reach now :) Is there a solution for that?

Originally I copied and pasted from a client’s document to mine in Photoshop. The problem text includes these words: Post Office. Any attempt at changing the font for those words leads to the app shutting down. It doesn’t appear to be font related because no matter what other font I select, the app shuts down. No other word within that paragraph is affected as I have been able to change those, no problem. I’ve tried restarting. I’ve tried manually typing in the word rather than a copy and paste. I tried a new page containing those words. I’ve tried clearing the font cache and a few others and nothing has worked. It’s the same thing. It always shuts down.

I can't deactivate my cs5.5 and cs6 programs on my old computer because it's dead and won't turn on. So installing on my new computer is stalled because it won't let me activate them until the deactivation is done. I was on chat with Adobe for a bit and they will try to reissue serial numbers for programs but I have to wait up to 48 hrs. they are both education editions. Any ideas on how to make them work if the reissue path doesnt work?HELPPPP???EditCheck for similar questions

I'm using Photoshop for the first time in a while.  I have just downloaded PS 25.11.0, but I don't know the previous version I used.  I want to focus stack photos to bring multiple objects into focus. I am following a tutorial on YouTube that I have used in the past (4K focus stacking with Panasonic Lumix camera) and has worked well previously. I have rendered a video image and the files are visable and can be opened individually. When I go to File>Automate>photomerge I select Browse and choose my photos from a folder on my desktop, which is an Inspiron 15 5510 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz 3.00 GHz. When I hit OK I get the following error message: "file cant be opened because it was moved or deleted". However, the files have not been moved nor deleted and none have been removed from the sequence. I have done this before on my previous laptop and had no problems merging the photos.

On a Mac with M1 processor. Recent update of PS will not open photos that are transfer from most recent version of lightroom classic.  “Edit in PS” opens PS to a white screen not a work screen.  No photo.  I have open with bridge26.  after saving it saves to the correct directory and is visible in Bridge26. Unfortunately, it has to be manually inputted into LG

Hi everyone,I’ve been editing some photos for my website [removed by moderator], but I’m struggling to make them look as crisp and clean as I see on other professional sites. I’m currently using Photoshop, and even though I adjust sharpness and lighting, the images still look slightly dull or pixelated after uploading them online. Can anyone suggest the best Photoshop settings or export options for making website images look sharp, clear, and fast-loading?Also, should I use “Save for Web” or export in a different way for better quality? Thanks a lot for any advice — I really want to improve my site’s visual quality.

The quality has dropped to an unusable level. Textures that were rendered beautifully in previous versions now sometimes appear smudged or as if painted in with a brush. There are far more nonsensical fills—like birds randomly appearing in hair or clothes, and extra hands in bizarre places when the image already has two! It’s like AI gone wrong. What happened to quality control? How does the AI actually get worse? This is beyond frustrating. To make things worse, the newest update deleted my older versions, even though the "delete older versions" checkbox was unchecked. It's incredibly frustrating to lose those versions without consent.

I have been around and around with AI yesterday, and searched this site to the point where I am extremely frustrated just trying to get an answer. Yesterday, I was editing as normal in PS and I noticed the Generative bar at the top of the screen (The one you can pin) no longer had the “Remove” option. When I click on eraser tools in the left column, there’s only the eraser tool, background eraser tool, and magic eraser tool, NO Generative options. What happened to the AI Remove tool??? This was happening before I downloaded the latest update, and I did so yesterday hoping that would fix the issue. But it did nothing. I’ve restarted my PC, the PS program several times, checked the Contextual Task Bar (Yes, it’s on).Pulling my hair out over here. The Generative tool is still available but it eats up credits and doesn’t work nearly as well as the simple AI Remove option.PLEASE help me! I'm using the latest Photoshop 2025 on a Windows 10 laptop.  I have a script that I use with file - automate - batch which converts RAW files to jpgs.  It will only work with 400 files.  If I have more than 400 files in the source directory, after it processes the 400th file, the process stops with an error messgae  - something like "too many open files."  Is ther some way to increase the limit?
