Photoshop Version 5.5.2iPad Air (5th generation) Version 17.5.1  I'm afraid I can't offer any clue on how to reproduce this. A couple of weeks ago my partner made a series of fun Halloween pumpkin designs on photoshop for iPad. She spent many hours on them, and when finished, she printed out several sheets of them to use as stickers. This was all in our home, with her iPad connected to wifi. Today, she went looking for that file to make some edits and print some more for students of hers. The file was gone. I spent the last couple of hours combing through all the troubleshooting I could find, and other threads on this forum, and the design is just gone like it never existed. It's not in recently deleted. It's not visible in the cloud from her laptop. It's just gone. Now she did probably never give it a name or manually export it (aside from when she printed it), so it should have just saved with a default name in the default place for Photoshop on iPad. Hello!I have been using Photoshop on a MacBook Air 2022 Apple M2 laptop for over a year. I have never had any problems with the graphics processor, which is required to edit material in Camera Raw. But yesterday afternoon, the filter began to require that I enable GPU speed. GPU compatibility exists, but it still says that the system does not support Camera Raw graphics acceleration. The MacBook Air software update is installed to 15.1. I reinstalled Photoshop to the previous version - the problem was not solved. I updated Photoshop without saving the settings to the latest version 26.0 - the problem was not solved. I rebooted the laptop - the problem was not solved. In Photoshop> Preferences> Performance, I removed the GPU parameter, updated, but everything was unchanged. The laptop is not damaged, it did not fall, and no additional applications have been installed since yesterday, but this problem appeared. It is also in Adobe Bridge. Please tell me what else I c

I have looked in the preferences and found nothing on this. I have changed the language to English: USA in the character window/panel. However, anytime I use Spell Check or simply select text, both the spell check and the character window are using Hungarian as the language. Never had this issue until today. I have no idea how or why it changed, I'm guessing it was some weird shortcut key that was accidentally pressed.  Either way, HELP! 

After weeks of using Remove without any problems, it has suddenly started causing PS to crash when I use it. I've tried changing the settings on Remove to 'More Stable' and have updated PS to the latest version, but I'm still getting the issue. I've tried the other tools and everything else is fine, its only Remove that has the issues.

Adding this new problem to my long list of problems ive been having. Photoshop says both my internal drive and my external drive have exactly the same amount of free space even though my External drive has significantly more free space. I have reformatted my external drive, reinstalled photoshop and gave everything full disk access. What could be wrong? Included screen showing how much space I have free on my external drive & how much photoshop is saying I have free which is wrong. Gosh i cant get a break with problems. Any suggestions? 

Dear SirsCan you please tell me why, when adding some further information like borders and titles, to a hi-res jpeg file I can, no longer, just 'save' the additional work into the original jpeg as was possible before your IT guys got to it?  To save the amended file I now have to, 'Save a Copy' which means I then have two files the same file other than the additional work in the latter version!  This is not only stupid but it's additionaly time consuming and a waste of computer hard-drve space and my time!  This is just a total nonsnse which makes no sense what-so-ever; it's totally pointless and a ******* waste of time and gets me in a fume everytime!  Please, please, please bring back, 'Save' as it was; ie just saving additional work to a jpeg file!Creating extra work to 'Save' a file isn't clever; your IT guys need to clamber down off their high-horses and get real for the real World!

This just stsarted happening.I have updated CR and PS to the newest versions.

I'm trying to do something very simple - double or triple the size of a graphic in PNG format for publication. The first time I tried it everything worked fine. I could select the resampling method I wanted for enlarging. I had 6 more figures to do and Photoshop would only allow automatic resampling for 5 of the remaining images. When I got to the last figure which takes up a whole page it allowed me to select "Preserve details".  All 7 original figures were made the same way but PS is not treating them the same. The two it worked on were larger. It should be using all of them. If it wasn't for Gigapixel I would be in a jam now. But I need to know what is PS having a problem with. BTW I use the latest Windows version of PS.

Since downloading the new v26 of Photoshop I am unable to now open up the DNG image from RAW.On trying to open the image for editing the error comes up as "unable to read the full size image" "there was an error parsing the file". This does not happen with the images in RAW before converting to DNG but I need to look over the images to decide what to keep. Is there a simple solution I am missing here?I am running Windows 10.

I have a problem. Adobe Camera Raw does not open RAW, NEF, DNG files (Nikon, DJI Mavic 3 and others). "Cannot open: 123.NEF because a program error occurred". Latest Photoshop 26.00, latest Adobe Camera Raw 17.00. Windows 11. New computer. After disabling the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card, the problem persists. After installing Adobe Camera Raw 14.5, it is ok, the files open. But I want to use ACR 17. why cant i save as a PNG in photoshop 2025? yes i've tried "save as" and "save a copy". UPDATE: why did they move it under "export as" ?

When I go to Adobe Bridge tools enu and try to open any of them, I get a message that says I need to update to the latest Photoshop. I have the latest Photoshop and it never let's me do any of the tools like image processor, batch, etc. Why is this happening?Would really appreciate a fix.ThanksBob

We are having an issue with adobe photoshop will crash multiple time a day most of the time is crashes doing minor tasks such as moving images around on the art work. Just re installed windows and the latest version of adobe CC and apps. windows 1113th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700 32 gb ram 2-16gb sticks3 1tb M.2 drives 1 OS (WD_BLACK SN850X 1000GB)2- scratch disks shared amongts the adobe suite. (crucial CT1000P3SSD8)only replaced the drives this time arround becasue there was some windows even entries stating hdd reading issues.Asus TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI I am not a phot shop user so i am relying on the actual user to supply the issues when they occur crashed today 9:30 ish today, 10:07, and 12:32.was just moving something a few pixels over

Hey, I'm new to Photoshop. I'm on version 26.0.0 on an M2 Macbook Pro Sequoia 15.0.1 OS. Everything runs pretty smooth, but the Type Tool has become a real pain. Searching through the fonts, especially when using the 'More From' section, is incredibly laggy. It's laggy to the point where I cannot use it without it being incredibly frustrating. When I type, there's a noticable delay between me pressing the key and the type appearing on the canvas. Is there any way that this can be fixed? 

Boa tarde pessoal, tudo bem?   Atualizei meu PS essa semana, e eu senti um erro que não acontecia, na maioria das vezes quando quero selecionar a foto (só a pessoa) uso muito essa ferramento, em Select-Subject, primeiro que agora fica dando que nem um "loading" carregando para fazer esta ação, antes não acontecia, e algumas vezes ele não faz a seleção e simplesmente não aparece e logo na sequência da um erro no Photoshop que começa a craquelar a imagem toda, já olhei as configurações e esta normal, e como disse antes não acontecia e com essa atualização esta puxando até menos de memoria Ram, possuo 32 gb de ram, mas antes não ocorria e agora acontece, como resolvo? Mas acredito que precisa de alguma atualização para correção

Camera Raw (17.0.0.2043) Error : "The operation could not be completed" when selecting objects in the masks pannel, either with brush or rectagular select.I have just upgraded Photoshop from 2023 to 2025 version and I didn't have this problem in the previous version. I used to select objects with the rectangle select without any problems. I’m having trouble with Adobe Camera Raw as it won’t open, and it says that Camera Raw needs GPU acceleration enabled to edit photos. However, when I try to configure Camera Raw settings in Photoshop, it shows the following message:"Use Graphics Processor: Off. Your system does not support Camera Raw graphics acceleration."Here are the details of my setup:Mac Studio with M2 Ultra processormacOS and Adobe Photoshop are both updated to the latest versions.Despite having a capable system, I cannot enable GPU acceleration for Camera Raw. I usually use the eyedropper tool to mix and mash colours, especially during rendering of some artworks, but for the last 2-3 days the picking a colour with the eyedropper tool only changes the last colour shown on top of the swatches tab, the remaining ones not changing upon picking another colour. It seriously hampers my work since i have to pick colours from shaded parts of the screen, meaning i cant use the base colours i used for the shading in the first place. Any ideas if this is a bug or a problem on my end?  working in a m2 macbook pro\ 16 \512 gbs

I'm having problem with Tools, that not keeping in their last selected state and it is annoying. When I select Magic Wand tool, then I select different tool, close image, open new image, press W, Magic Wand tool is not selected anymore, instead Quick Selection tool is active and I have to change it back to Magic Wand again and again.Same for example with Laso tool and Polygonal Laso tool (L) How do I make tools keeping their last used state?
