Photoshop

Hi. The below issue has been happening for a while. Yesterday for example, I freshly re-installed Windows 11 again along with my Adobe products and it happened on first try. In Photoshop, when using Filter --> Camera Raw Filter --> Presets,Photoshop will freeze or sometimes display an our of memory error.) Does not matter if I disable onboard GPU.I'm using studio driver. Game driver made no difference either.All drivers updated.

Just got a new Mac Mini. Using latest Photoshop. There is now nearly a second’s lag between clicking on menu items and the response. Tried many things but nothing works. Help please!

Open ik het RAW scherm in Photoshop dan ziet de foto er anders uit. De kleurruimte (Adobe RGB 1998) en bit (16 bit) is in beide schermen hetzelfde. Ik krijg de indruk dat het probleem ontstaan is nadat ik als Nikon gebruiker Hasselblad files uit Hasselblad Phocus in RAW en Photoshop ben gaan uploaden. Hoe krijg ik dit opgelost?

Hi Adobe,Since updating to the latest Photoshop version, Generative Fill occasionally gets stuck on “Generating…” and never returns a result.It seems to happen more frequently with larger selections, while smaller selections usually work. Restarting Photoshop temporarily helps, but the issue comes back.I’ve also tried disabling/re-enabling the Graphics Processor, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.Is this a known issue with the current version, or is there a recommended workaround?Photoshop: 27.9.1OS: Windows 11Thanks.

I would like to know how to disable or hide the "AI Assisted" and "Pro Editor" mode switch button (shown in the attached screenshot) from the workspace/header.I prefer a clean workspace without these AI feature toggles. Is there a preference setting to turn off this UI element? 

Hi everyone,I am stuck in a critical crash loop and desperately need help. Photoshop (both v2025 and 2026) instantly crashes on my MacBook Pro M1 Pro (14-inch, 2021, 16GB RAM) running macOS 15.0 Golden Gate 27.0.The crash happens every single time I click 'OK' in the Camera Raw filter, or when I change the Image Size. It happens on standard files (300MB) from the internal SSD. I cannot contact official Adobe Chat support because my account is managed by a school institution, and I do not have administrator privileges.Here is what I have already tried (nothing worked):Tested on a completely clean, personal Adobe Trial account (still crashes). Reset all Photoshop & Camera Raw preferences. Disabled GPU acceleration, checked/unchecked Metal, disabled OpenCL. Deleted NGL caches, disabled Generator, and turned off Background Save. Cleared Mac system caches, tested on a brand-new macOS user account. Uninstalled everything using the Adobe CC Cleaner tool and reinstalled.The Apple Crash Rep

Hi, recently struch thus error for the first time, while using the healing brish to spot out dust spots.what is strange is that is could easily spot other aares of the image with the healing brush, but a few spots would always give this error.? very inconsistent..Regards, Sandy 

Photoshop v 27.11 and Beta - pen pressure now only works with use windows ink enabled in wacom tablet with or without PSUserConfig file

I’m in the middle of designing and retouching in Photoshop when, without any warning or the usual lagging/not responding issues, Photoshop suddenly closes and resets my settings.I’ve already enabled Auto Save and Recovery, but every time I experience this issue, Photoshop resets everything on its own. And honestly, it sucks. This has happened several times already, and it’s exhausting and incredibly disappointing.Adobe, you’ve been eating up so much of my memory, yet your software keeps doing this dirty. The customer service was rude, too, and didn’t even come close to providing the bare minimum of support.We’re paying this much for software, only to deal with bugs, lagging, crashes, and running out of memory? Oh my God.If it weren’t for my work, I would’ve left Adobe a long time ago.

My imac is a powerful imac intel i7 - unable to install the latest photoshop because of compatibility.please provide a link to a working download link version for intel i7? photoshop 2024? I cant find any sort of access to older versionsthank you

Issue summary: Corrupted data warning when opening EPS files. Product and version: Photoshop 27.10.0. Operating system: macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 (25G83). Steps to reproduce: Open any EPS file. Expected result: No message should appear when opening the EPS file. Actual result: Upon opening the file, the following message appears: 'This document contains Adobe Photoshop data that may be corrupted. Do you want to continue and ignore the Photoshop data?'

I've been using Photoshop since the 1990's and the Save For Web function is critical to my work. For several years now this was made a "legacy" function, thus I use the Alt + Shift + Ctrl + S keys to "export" for web.Last week this worked fine, today nothing happens when I either use those keys or select the File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy) function.This is not good. I use this function ALL. THE. TIME.Would really appreciate help on this!! THANKS.

Since updating to Photoshop 27.11, the Remove Tool stops working while I am brushing over the area I want to remove.While I am still painting the selection, the tool suddenly deactivates on its own. Only a small part of the area I wanted to remove ends up marked, and the rest of my stroke is lost.The only way to keep going is to click Cancel and start again, then try to paint as fast as I can before it cuts out. This makes it impossible to select fine details accurately, which is a big problem for my daily work.This did not happen before the update. It began right after I installed version 27.11.Steps to reproduce:1. Open any image in Photoshop 27.112. Select the Remove Tool3. Start brushing over the object you want to remove4. Keep painting for a few seconds5. Hi. I opne small 200K to 1meg Jpeg and Jpg images, the upsize them byt 4 to 6 times in Gigapixel. resulting in images from 25 to 50 Megapixels. Norlay i save images in Photoshop Psd format, but when i want to run them images through other programs, i Save as plain Jpeg. problem is that several times the save format options does not display ordinary Jpeg or Jpg. i get the below options only. why.?Regards, Sandy (photoshop 27.10.0., Mac Mini M4 Tahoe 26.6.2) (I do make very large prints, up to 1 Tb as i have a large format printer, but most in the 50 to 100meg) 

I have attempted ot d a gradient map on letters that were made into a smart object and liquified. The gradient map does not spread the colors out at all, when I reset everything and started it over, it only did the edges. I have the map in smooth. I am going for this look. 

Remove background. Result. Generate again. Follow up Question: How do you turn this off?

It currently does not look like the 32 bit HDR histogram.

When will you fix the Remove tool? The Cloud and the Device! Use AI to fix the program's bugs, not to add new features. The noise reduction feature is terrible, and there's this bug too. This is a huge step backward.

I touched something on my keyboard by mistake, and now all my open tabs are gone. I still have one of the .PSDC file open, but I do not see its name at the top either. How to get back to my missing tabs (with the names of the opened files)?
