Photoshop (Beta)

Photoshop Beta 25.11 : modifications on masks are not displayed on thumbnail in the layer panel.You don't have a visual feedback anymore on the layer panel on what you did on a layer mask.A bug with the latest beta version.

Some functions of the extension "Stoll-artwork" do not work or don't work properly with Photoshop Beta directly when you click on them (Create Color Overview, Float Jacquard Check, Stoll-ikat plating Check, Knitting Pencils (Basic und Stoll-ikat plating Pencils)). After the update to v.25.12 it seams that The function of the Generative fill is not allowing  access to it

Below is an example. I used the exact phrase for both the beta generate tool and the tool included in the current photoshop version. The prompt was "Realistic City Under a darkened sky".  This is just an example but it is has been consistenet. Everything I try to generate is highly saturated and uses basic graphics. The tool for generating based on a reference works great. Just minor issues with the beta's scene generate.  Hope I can be of help with this.  Thank you for your time.

I've had this problem in the desktop app and online versions. When I am using the brush and eraser I use 'B' and 'E' to toggle between them. I've noticed that sometimes it will immediately switch back after I tell it to change. Sometimes it doesn't respond to the shortcuts at all.

I have worked the same way in photoshop a really long time. But in the last two weeks it seems I have been struggling with banding and harsher edges to the soft brushes. I can't seem to get a nice smooth look especially when using black. Seems all the brushes are doing it including default brushes. My co-workesrs are NOT having the same issue even if they open my same file (I am on a mac and they are on a PC). If they open the file they can get smoother opacity edges without the banding and weird antialias look to the edge. Opacity and flow does not seem to make a difference in the banding. I also feel that using the brush at 1% opacity still doesn't act normal and takes off too much. Attached are some examples. I did do a recent update in the last 2 weeks. Images used to generate fast, now the green bar gets stuck at near 100% and it usually just times out before generating anything. When it times out, I get this error message: “The service is not responding. Please check your internet and try again.” But my internet is actually quite fast. According to the Ookla Speedtest, my download speed averages about 600 Mbps while my upload speed averages 100 Mbps. I’m running the latest version of the Beta. I tried uninstalling it and deleting the preferences before reinstalling. This made no difference. One thing that might be worth mentioning. Is that my Creative Cloud Membership is from the United States, but I’m currently in Israel. Is it possible that would cause Photoshop to try to connect to a processing server in the US rather than one that is close by? I’ve never had this problem before in Israel, so I doubt it, but I have no idea how that works.

Try generative expand on a very contrasty B&W photo and it will generate convincing backgrounds except purple in hue, difficult to fix in post for my smooth brain. My Creative Client does only show Illustrator Beta. And after a long search I finally found the install button on adobe.com and it brought me back zu the cloud and showed me Photoshop Beta - frist steps. But when I click on the button nothing happens. This is very frustrating, can somebody help me?

After the last update, problems arise again - the palette opening function (main color), recorded on the "K" key, does not work

Photoshop beta desktop latest update on windows 11. The layer mask thumbnail in the layers panel does not refresh when brushing on a photo.

I have updated my MacOS to the latest developer beta version which iis beta 2. However, whenever am trying to open photoshop it crashes immeditaly when I use magic eraser or when I am using Openraw. I don't know what is the issue and I would appericate if someone can suggest any soultion for this issue.  

Hi, Ever since I updated to latest version, if I go to camera raw and open the presets tab it crashes. every single time in  both beta and normal version.

Scrubby zoom not working

In the new Beta photoshop, the remove background and replace option has dissapeared. I cannot find it or access it.

Currently my 25.11.00 release is not giving me an option to run a generative fill. Not running an expension but replacing elements.Selection is made using laso tool, the button is greyed out and not givien an option to generate.
