Photoshop Elements

I have created captions under a lot of my photos in the Organizer using the "click here to add caption" capability.  This "caption" data gets stored in the metadata "description" field for each photo. I want to create a photo book (or even a slide show) and have that metadata "description" field show up under or on top of each photo automatically as the photo caption. I cannot find any way to do this and do not want to have to re-enter all my caption data in individual  photo "Title" fields when I create a slide show or photo book. I can't find any way to do this. HELP!

I own Photoshop Express 20.0 Windows Platform. However, I own a Mac Studio Sonoma 14 currently. How can I download Mac .dmg Install? I also own Preimere EXpress 20.0 Winmdows, so I would like to change both to Mac. Is this possible w/o $$$? Can I Upgrade to the Mac versions?What are the better choices to accomplish this? Thanks, Billy

Hello, I am using Elements 2021. Lately it happens very often that when I draw something in black, there are little white spots in it. exampleNow I apologize for this horrid drawing, this is very tiny in the actual image so there's a severe lack of detail and proper anatomy.  And it is very dark so I brightened it a bit, making it look even worse.  But you see easily the white spots. I can fix this by locking the layer and just painting black over it again.  But I don't know why it happens in the first place, it's kind of annoying and it was never a problem before, I have obviously had the program for years (and older versions before that, I've been using elements since around 2006).  It weirdly happens only with line art like this, not with coloring larger areas. I realize it's a shot in the dark but I was wondering if anyone else has this problem, or if anyone would know how to make it stop.

I just downloaded PSE 2024 and tried to install (Windows 10 64bit).  First thing it gave me is an Installation Options window with Language, Location etc. There are probably other options and the button to continue, but they are cut off (See screenshot).  The window is fixed size and can't be resized or maximized, so I am stuck.

I imported some images, about 200 into organizer directly from the chip I took out of the camera.When I imported them they got imported into the files of the same date--- all images I took with my phone.  Now have 7 dates that contain both images I took with my phone and with my camera.Is there a way to sort the images,, based upon the meta data, in particular, by the camera type?  All the camera photos do not contain gps data, all the images taken with my phone do contain GPS data, so using the gps data is also another option for sorting. This screenshot is from pse 2023, I have since set up Organizer 2024 with all my images.  I can do one at a time by viewing the meta data of each image, but I would have to review over 600 images.I have all the adobe products: PSE 2024, Photoshop. illustrator, etc....

Printer will print 2-4 inches then auto disconnect itself -- Epson p90 folks say the printer checks out ok -- Elements 22 ws doing fine till yesterday

Siehe MAGIX Photostory 2024.Ich fotografiere in 4k und besitze  auch einen 4k Fernseher. Da möchte ich dann auch 4k sehen. Die Bilder werden dann aber in HD gerändert. I generally have to launch the editor twice.  It normally crashes the first time launching.  Second time seems to work fine.  Pretty sure this is a bug.  MacOS Sonoma 14.0

The usual question...I am using PSE 2022 and I cannot read the RAF files from a new Fujifilm X-S20. Is there a solution? (no DNG Converter please)Will an update come for PSE 2022 come? Would PSE 2024 help?

I am currently running Windows 10 and Elements 2020, and wish to upgrade. The question is, which do I install first? I am leaning towards Windows 11 first, letting it settle/run in for a couple of days the install Elements 2024. System--- I am using a Dell Inspiron 3881, with Intel i3 10100 processor at 3.6Ghz (+ boost), WD Blue 1Tb SSD as C: drive, and 32GB of 2666Mhz Ram, standard Intel UHD 630 graphics, photos are stored on a 4Tb Hard Disc.  (A graphics card would be nice but will probably entail a new PSU.)Thanks for adviceJohn

After I updated my photoshop to the latest version, it stops showing contents of my mov files and renders a still black screen. Anyone experiencing the same issue or know the fix?

When importing videos of MP4 type, I experience that the videos won't open until I have had a sign on the screen saying "wait or exit/restart program" and the screen kind of frezes. After having clicked exit, the video runs. I also get this message "Unable to load file because program does not have right compressor or codec". What to do?

I have installed elements 2024 but can only install one plugin. On elements 2022 I was able to use several Luminar products and DXO's Nik Collection.  With 2024 if I install the Nik collection it comes up as aplugin but then when I add a Luminar, I then loose the Nik as a plugin. How do I install more than one pluggin? 

When will Photoshop Elements 2024 be introduced? To date I have heard nothing about it.

Hi!I am using Elements 14 and I feel it is enough for my use except I need a newer Camera raw version handling CR3-files (Canon). The version of Camera raw that handles CR3 does not work with Elements 14, they say.If I buy Elements 2023, is it possible to install it and not loosing my Albums and Maps that are in Elements 14?/Lars

How can I export the descriptions with the associated pictures?I use PE 2020

Hello everybody When moving to my new computer, I messed things up!  I copied many files, but not all. And now it is  too late ?   😯I have a copy of my catalogs folder with catalog.pse15db etc  . My "real" photos are on Onedrive.With PSE2022 I cannot open the catalogs.  Is all my work (faces) lost? Advice would be welcome.   

Hello all, I need to transfer components of one image onto layers in the primary piece I'm working on. I have no idea how to do that at this point (I've forgotten most of what I used to know!)I want to bring leaves from one photo, make them larger,smaller, rotate them, place them in assorted locations, you get the picture! The opening page of my Photoshop Elements 2021 suddenly did not open whie resuming my project. Deleted all apps from my mac book pro and reinstalled app. But still no opening page as I cannot continue my work. Need a simple solution to the problem as no one on the Adobe phone is able to help me. It worked fine yesterday on my Mac Book Pro, OS Sonoma 14.0.  Thanks.
