Photoshop Elements

whenever I choose a new brush in Photoshop, my previous brush setting disappears and comes to the default brush setting. I had to set that brush setting again. And it happens how many times I choose a new brush for the previous brushes. Can anyone please help me to get rid of this problem?

I'm trying to assign photoshop elements to be the only app that opens JPEG files. I cant get Microsoft on my PC to do this. Help?

I purchased Elements long ago and updated several times.  I use it intermittently.  Today, it required me to login to Adobe and said I don't have an account and won't let me use my program (elements 12). I don't have/want/need a subscription service, I just want to edit my photos with the program I bought. What happened?

I have recently downloaded PSE 18 to a new laptop and the screen layout is far too big (fonts, tools, rulers, pop ups). Is there anyway of resizing it so that the workspace is larger? Drop-down menus are the same as the OS (Windows 11) which is fine.

Just posting this because none of the solutions suggested elsewhere for the previous versions of PSE to solve the infamous Contact Page II error didn’t work for me. All of the successful solutions involve finding and deleting the Contact II Sheet Prefs  file, you just have to know where to look for it with your specific version of PSE and operating system. For reference, I have:

Running on Mac OSX 13.4 (Ventura) What worked for me: 1. Shut down PSE 2. Start in your user library (while in your finder window, hold down your option key, then scroll down the "Go" menu items at the top of your screen and and select Library) 3. Locate and open these folders, in order:Containers/
Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor/
Data
/Library
/Preferences
/Adobe
/Elements
/21.0
/Adobe Contact Sheet II
4. Trash the Contact Sheet II Prefs file (not the folder) 5. Restart PSEGood luck!

I cannot open my PSE 2020 catalog - it gives me the error "The catalog could not be opened. An internal programming error occurred."The only advice I have been able to find refers to PSE 2018 on this thread, https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/catalog-could-not-be-opened-internal-programming-error-occurred/m-p/9982739 ,which seems to be along the lines of using the convert catalog feature. This doesn't seem to work for me - I can't find any catalogs to convert.Before this, I had moved the catolog, which is on a removable drive, from my (Windows 11) laptop to my (Windows 10) desktop. Something confusing happened with OneDrive on the desktop downloading files. For reasons I do not understand, some images ended up linked to the onedrive folders on the C: drive rather than the removable drive.I stopped synching to onedrive and tried to fix it by moving files within organiser. That fixed some cases, and I tried to reimport the remaining ones, but PSE wouldn't

Guten Tag,ich versuche vergeblich seit einiger Zeit auf Photoshop Elements 2023 die neueste Camera Raw 15.4 zu installieren.Wenn ich unter Hilfe auf "Camera Raw installieren" klicke wird nur die Version 14.4.0.1121 installiert.Ich habe bereits den Windows-Installer für die Version 15.4 herunter geladen, jedoch verändert sich nach der Installation der Camera Raw Version nichts und ich kann die NEF / RAW der Nikon Z8 nicht öffnen.Verwende das Betriebsystem Windows 10.Ich hoffe Ihr habt mir einen Tipp was ich versuchen kann.Vielen Dank und GrüßeErich

I own a PS Elements 14, and it won't transfer to my new Mac Desktop - OS Big Sur 11.4.  This product was already installed the system on my old computer, but  is not installing again on to ne oneI re-downloaded it, but it has a no entry water mark over it.  Please help

When I open a photo in the Pictures file it automatically opens in Elements. Can I turn that off? I want to sort through my photos in the Pictures file without them going to Elements. Then I can choose which photos to to export to Elements. Any help would be appreciated. 

How do I add numbers onto an image, like in a car manual to identfy different parts i.e.  1, 2, 3 ...

Does anyone know what I mean by misted photos? It's like the edges are not there and the center is, hard to explain.Not sure if a mask is used or what. I love these photos and want to learn how to make them. Photo I want to learn to do is attached.

I have adobe elements 12 and I had to get a new printer, old one broke. Installed new printer but now can't print from adobe, works fine everywhere else. Please help. 

Can someone help me please. I have paid for Photoshop Elements 2020 and premier 2020 on my computer. I was under the impression I could also download on my IPad as well ( 2 devices as long as only using 1at a time) Can someone tell if I can do so and if so how do I go about it please. I have downloaded Photoshop app from Apple store and looks like I am on 30 day free trial for. The monthly subscription version. Obviously I don't want this and would want to have the Elements 2020 on IPad thanks

Elements Oganiser naming place stack.This does not work. When you place a photograph on the map you first have to input a place name so that you find the correct part of the world map, so the place is known. When you come to place the photo a place name is selected, often completely wrong. It can be the name of a road when is hundreds of miles long or a large town which is nearby but certainly not the nearest town. It can be a large area like the country or continent. You can edit the first part of the name, but this changes all if the instances of that word or phrase. If the place description is incorrect after the first comma nothing can be done. 

Hi,I just bought version Photoshop Elements 2023 for my desktop. After starting the Photoeditor program, I use a google account to sign in to the Adobe account. A new page will open with the message, "You're all set! You can now close this browser tab and go back to your application." But instead of the photo editor window, there is a blanc window. How to fix it?

Bought a Epson XP-970. I prints from all applications except photoshop. The message I get is, "The saved printer information is not compatible with this version of photoshop Elements or the saved printer is no longer available." Do I need to upgrade to Elements 2023?

After installing Apple OS update to Ventura 13.4.1 on my MacBook, PSE 2021 does not open.

When I open photoshop elements 2021 photo editor it creates a folder called "photo quotes".  How can I make it NOT create that folder

I was running Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 on my 2010 Mac Book Pro running Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13.6, untilI started getting the green screen. Time for a new computer.Took it to a computer store to do a transfer on to a mew Mac running Ventura 13.4.1Not told of any issues doing the transfer, but after returning home one by one I opened all my programs and find I no longer have Photoshop Elements 11. Photoshop Elements 11 is still working on my Mac Book Pro. What could have happened and what is my choice for upgrade / replacement. TY
