Photoshop Elements

I have problem like this one that is still 'unsolved'', different history:After printing photos on epson1430 normally I put PC to sleep. [W10-64.] Returned 2 days later to resume, nothing else was done on the machine, & PSE was never closed. I was able to get into epson print menus normally but when print clicked, error:"because the default printer cannot be opened."I did test page & printed photo in another editor. This time when I went back to PSE could not access print menus, error:"the printer does not exist".I followed advice on 13.1 update, clearing prefs and also unpluging 1430. There is no USB (wireless).This seemed to fix "printer does not exist" as I got access to print menu (for how long I can't know). But will not print, first error above, 'default printer cannot be opened'.Please be clear that nothing was done on or to PC in short interval. PSE open entire time. Maybe this can narrow cause & help fix? No new hardware, software, changes. I checked W10 updates fo

I cannot create more than one map place name for a larger lot size that has only one address, how/can I? ... for a 50-ACRE address divided by a road and has Lake frontage? All Pins, no matter where placed assume the same assigned address or the same custom label even though locations pinned are thousands of feet separated. Separate pinned names are desirable. Thank you for your time and effort. I am now using Elements Organizer  2023.

I have a few older versions of Photoshop & Premeire Elements I would like to sign out of before recycling the computer, but it won't let me. I have changed my email address on my Adobe account. The sign-out dialog box still has my old address, and when I click "Sign out", I get a message "Please connect to the Internet and retry. Unalbe to sign out." How can I sign out?

I am looking for a software that will allow me to create a digital scrapbook spread that i can save and then add to pages in an album from Shutterfly.  I want to be able to use a Disney font and graphics.  Is that possible with this software?  TIA

I recently got a new macbook pro with the M1 processor.  I am also using PSE 23 for editing photos and creating digital scrapbook pages for printing.  It has always been a struggle to get the right settings on my macbook screen to match my prints (mostly because of backlighting), what looks great on screen is dark when printed.  I noticed there are some new onboard presets available with my macbook/ventura and I want to know if anyone has tried them.  The default is: Apple XDR Display (P3-1600 nits). But I see settings for Design & Print (P3-D50). This setting seems to have a peach color cast and seems very bright on-screen.  I also saw the Internet & Web (sRGB).  It seems to have a blue cast but the backlighting is dialed way down and maybe it would be closer to an actual print.  Has anyone tried these with PSE and printing through Shutterfly or any other printing service?  sRGB is the color space I am using in PSE, and I'm wondering if

elements 13 crashes when I try to print. 

Anyone else lose elements organizer photo downloader function "none detected" message when referring to plugged in card reader? I can't upload photos from mymemory camera card?This happened with upgrade from Ventura 13.1 to newer version last week 13.2.1. Thanks Mark

cannot convert a 9 layer psd file as an animated GIF file. Using elements 2023 with windows 11. Am only offered options to save the images which generates a files containing the photos in the photo bin.

I have 2 symbols that I see on my thumbnails in media View in Elements Organizer and I can't find their meaning in the user guide.  One is a circle with a line through it and the other is three stacked picture frames but they are in a different layout from the symbol that indicates a stacked set of photos.  Can anyone explain what these symbols indicated and/or privide a full list of the symbols used in the program?

Bonjour, j'ai acheté Photoshop en 2014 mais je viens de changer d'ordinateur et  le nouveau (Mac Ventura13.2.1) ne veut pas télécharger Adobe Elements 12. Je suis pourtant enregistré chez Adobe j'ai le numéro d'identification) mais il semble que Safari ne puisse pas télécharger le logiciel qui m'est indiqué. En plus, je ne trouve pas comment contacter le "chat" d'Adobe (ou autre moyen de les contecter) pour demander de l'aide. Qui sait comment je pourrais faire ? Merci

I have an issue with adope photoshop elements when i now try to open this i get the follwing message Elements 14.0 WXPSE - your application install seems to be damaged. please reinstall.Well having bought this pre-loaded onto my notebook, i dont have a disk and everything was carried out online. I have been on the adobe my profile but i cant find anything even though it would have been registered. Therefore i have no idea of a code to put in for my product. Its annoying that doing things online is supposed to make life easier, but it doesnt.

I recently brought Photoshop Elements 2023 but found that the Organizer Drop Downs don't work at home when I connect to the internet via a docking station.  I went to a course where I had to connect to the internet via Wifi and the Organizer Drop Downs worked.  How can I get them to work when connected to the internet via a Docking station connected via wire to my router?

When I delete photos from the catalouge in Elements they show up in the wastebin in Windows 11 if I then clear the wastebin do I remove the photos from the files on the computer?

After installing E6 on a new Windows 11 machine, the program will not launch. I get a spinning wheel for a short time and nothing. I have run the license repair utility with no change.E6 was working on my old Windows 10 box.

J'essaie d'utilisier un fichier que j'ai acheter pour glisser des photos dans un calque en conservant les propriétés de reflets et autres qui ont été créés pour les fichiers.  Dans Photoshop ça ouvre une nouvelle fenêtre me permettant d'éditer ma nouvelle photos mais dans Elements, je n'arrive pas à faire ouvrir cette autre fenêtre ou pouvoir y glisser une photo.  Quelqu'un peut m'éclairer?  Merci

I have read a similar post in 22 but seemed to be a Windows user not a Mac - I've tried following those instructions and got nowhere.  When I try to import nothing goes across.I tried importing into a folder on mac first, which worked, but nothing imported from it to Elements. Please help - I don't really want to have to convert the format of the photos every time to get them across, this seems like it is hard work, for something that is supposed to be easy and relatively intuitive. Thanks and happy to give more details on setup etc - or to try things out and then feedback.

My PC computer is running PSE15 for one catalog and PSE2019 for the 2nd catalog. I plan to install PSE2021 on the PC & keep this computer as my main work computer. I think this setup involves simple backups and restore to install PSE 2021 with the two catalogs.I have recently purchased a 2020 Macbook Air M1 with a 512GB internal SSD.and an external 1TB SSD. I want to copy the 2 catalog backups and their associated original photo files to the Mac external SSD. I have already downloaded PSE 2021 on the Mac internal SSD and it runs fine using a few test photos.My question is how to install PSE2021 to run on the internal SSD of the Mac but with all the other files for the two imported catalogs on the external SSD. What is the difference between 'convert' & 'restore' when creating new catalogs?

Once again, I am confused by Adobe Elements instructions and need guidance.  I have Elements Organiser 2020 (Ver 2018) and plan to upgrade to the new Elements 2023.  Knowing that the new program will install separately, how can I ensure that my catalog (My Catalog 2020 Current) and all of my Tags and Keywords tranasfer or copy across to the new program.  The Catalog is saved to my D data HDD drive, the program is on C:\ an SSD. I am using Windows 11 Pro, 22H2.Grateful for any assistance.  I know that I asked a similar Q some few years back, but can't find the linl.Grateful.
