Windows laptop running Windows 10 64 bit Version 21H1, Screen res 2496 x 1644 Elements 22, Ver 20.0  . . . . .The home screen font is really tiny.  Nothing I have tried so far in windows, or the App have fixed the problem.  App runs fine but I need a magnifying glass to read the font.  (Eyesight Rx is up to date in case you are wondering)Thanks\Skip Kerwin

I have lots of scanned picturs in Photoshop Elements where the date is set to the moment they were scanned. By means of "Adjust date and time" in Elements I have changed the date to when the picture was originally taken.Is there a way of updating the exif data in the original files with the edited ones to get a chronologic view in other picture programs?

Ich habe PSE 2022. Der Organizer erkennt die CR3 Bilddateien meiner Canon EOS R7 nicht. Ich habe den Adobe DNGConverter X64_14_5.exe und Adobe Camera RAW x64_15_0.exe heruntergeladen und installiert. Di Daterien werden aber immer noch nicht erkannt.

I have been using Photoshop Elements 14 for over a year now. I have noticed, along with the pictures I have been saving/editing in this program, there are files created on my hard drive with the extension of .json. I have well over 2,000 records with this extension now which is adding up as memory/storage:1.What are these files?2. Is it necessary to keep them?

I've cancelled my Creative Cloud subscription and purchased a standalone copy of Photoshop Elements, as I am not interested in monthly subscriptions!!! I only need the standalone program Photoshop Elements.BUT, when I purchased the new standalone program I used my SECONDARY email address by mistake.This means I cannot see the program in my Adobe ID account! If I try to add it, I a am told that the serial number is already in use!How can I transer the ownership of this software from the secondary account and add it to my Adobe ID account???

Dear all, Has ever someone managed to download a testversion of PSE 2023 ??? I can imagine that ADOBE is more interested to sell more expensive programs, but why they are offering a testversion of PSE 2023 ??? I tried it several times on different platforms, but no success. First of all it is not easy to find the correct page because the cloud is more in the focus. Since 2019 I am using other excellent programs for my fotos, easy to download, easy to use and unlimited.I gave Adobe another chance with PSE 2023 but it seems Adobe is not interested in a single license PSE 2023.

HI All,I trust you'll help me again!!My dad uses elements editor to crop pictures to a 9x9cm size and then places 4 of them onto a template I set up for him, so that he can print one A4 piece of paper with 4 pictures on.He then prints on the rear.These pictures go into coaster holders.The problem we have is, when we go to print, it shows all the open pictures on the left hand side and Dad often forgets to check this, and remove the unwated pictures, and ends up printing the 4 pictures he wants on one piece of paper and the 4 pictures on other pieces of paper.I've gone through the settings and can't find a way of telling it just to print the active picture.Can this be done?He uses a Mac. I've added a picture (from the help files I've been reading) of the stage we are at when we see all the pictures and I know we can select a picture and click remove, it's just that dad doesn't remmeber to do this.

Trying to print panoramic sized photos from Photoshop Elements in Mac, System 11.7. I've tried all the options in paper size, print size, more options, and page setup. Tried printing from Expert and Quick. No matter what print settings are, prints always come out wrong orientation, small horizontal image across vertical panoramic paper. I even bought PSE 2023 (had 2019) to see if that worked - didn't. I did this years ago, but no luck now. Anyone have experience to share? Thanks for any ideas.

Hey Leute, habe Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 gekauft und installiert. Einmal ging es , beim zweiten Mal ging es nicht mehr. Habe es deinstalliert und neu installiert. Trotzdem öffnet sich Photoshop nicht mehr.  Mal steht da  etwas wegen " Updates" mal will das Programm  öffnen passiert aber nix.  Was kann es sein?wurde auf meinem Mac installiert 

Hallo,Ich habe vor vielen Jahren Photoshop Elements 11 gekauft. Bei Einrichtung eines neuen PCs konnte ich das immer wieder downloaden und problemlose installieren. Gestern ging das auch noch. Ich musste dann meinen neuen PC nochmal neu einrichten und wollte das Programm wiederholt runterladen, jetzt kommt nach download und klick auf die Datei plötzlich immer ein Fehlerhinweis: "Der Dateiarchiv-Teil von Photoshop Elements 11 fehlt.... "?Habe es jetzt an die 10 x versucht. Was ist zu tun? Betriebsystem ist windows 10, so wie vorher auch.

I have an old version of elements.  Can I download a free trial of the newest version and if I decie to keep it, can I still get the upgrade price?

Using Photoshop Elements 2022 with Windows 11. Suddenly, the only way I can open the program is by clicking on a photo in my files; it won't open when I click on the icon. Elements Premiere opens just fine when I click on the icon.

When can we expect in Belgium the app for tablets to upload pictures to PC version of PE 2023? Already possible in the States I heard

I moved some files around and now under the People Heading in my catalog a number of the names have no pictures and when I click on them nothing comes up. I am running the latest version (2023) of Elements.

Hi,I have no idea how to do this. My serial number is valid for two computers, so I need to deactivate one of them before installing my disc on a new computer

I have installed Photoshop Elements 12 in my new laptop (using the same license I had in my previous computer) and I am having problems.  I need to deactivate the license in the old computer and I do not know how to do it.   The desktop computer is off.  I have only the laptop on.Thanks in advance for your help.Patricia

Hi. I am wondering why the 8 bit option under image>mode is grayed out. I have an older version of photoshop adobe elements. If it is for newer versions, why is it even there?

adobe elements 2020 using windows 10want to use seagate external drive and card reader together to place photos taken from my Nikon D600 want to directly have photos go on external drive immediately then downloaded  into organizerexplain import to? verus export from or to?do the photos go to hard drive on computer then into organizer?
