Photoshop Elements

Hallo,habe die System-SSD (mit MacOS 10.8.5) wechseln müssen und möchte jetzt Photoshop Elements 13 wieder installieren. Leider kommt bei der Registrierung die Fehlermeldung dass keine Internetverbindung gefunden wird. Ist aber vorhanden und aktiv. Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

I have PSE 2022.  The Editor opens but is totally frozen when I try to use it. Can anyone help?

The PE installation is failing.  This is what comes up and then nothing happens  at all.  It just freezes there.  In Taskmanager there are 2 instances running but consuming zero CPU resources.  What to do?     {Thread title edited by moderator}

I downloaded (from Adobe's website) Photoshop Elements trial.  Tried to install on my Dell XPS 8940 (Win11).  Got an error: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable".  Rebooted.  Tried to install again.  Got a 501 error.  Hunted around on the web.  Found a post (Google search) that suggested I needed to install Creative Cloud first.  Downloaded and attempted to install Creative Cloud.  Got an error:  "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."  Clicked CANCEL in dialog box and the install proceeded.  Tried to restart Creative Cloud and got a "189" error as it was trying to update.  Clicked on my originally downloaded "PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64.exe" file.  Again, tried to install but failed.  Got an error again (can't remember what it said).It's not a particularly good look when your trial software fails to install or you need to

I am trying to deactivate photoshop elements on devices that no longer boot.   I looged into adobe.com and see the product registered, but no activated devices.   Please help. 

Same issue again. Using a solid color and wanting to give it a "sun fade effect" under "styles" effects. I'm using a solid dark gray and it keeps turning it into a brown fade. Tried with various colors, does the same thing. Must be a setting but I can't figure it out. Thank you. 

I have used Elements 2022 for several months since I bought it, but now it won't open the photo editor function. I installed an update after experiencing this issue, but after installing and relaunching, it still won't open.

Bei der Installation von Photoshop Elements 2022 ghet es nach der Anmeldung nicht mehr weiter. Das Installationsfenster öffnet sich und leitet automatisch zum Browser weiter, dort wird die Anmeldung korrekt mit dem folgenden Hinweis durchgeführt:Im Installationsfenster änderst sich die Anzeige allerdings nicht und es kann auch nichts angeklickt werden. Die Installation kann nicht fortgesetzt werden.  Woran kann das liegen? 

I installed Photoshop Elements 21 a few months back. I've turned off the Auto Creations feature. I just want to use Elements, and only Elements. I've not had a problem until booting my laptop this morning, and now Elements Auto Creations 2021 is at the top of my Task Manager and using over 15-25% of my CPU resources. I haven't used Elements in over a month, yet this started today. My laptop fans keep cycling on and off while I'm not using it, with the Auto Creations being right at the top of my Task Manager as a huge resource hog. This is unacceptable to me, and I need a solution ASAP....or I will uninstall and never use another Adobe Photoshop product again. This has been happening for over 2 hours this morning already. I have turned off the "media creation" feature in the organizer. There is no reason this should be happening if I don't have it selected. You need to make Auto Creations an optional install for those of us who just want to use Elements.  If I don't

Why? It doesn't make sense to me and the result without further editing looks like crap. I know it's rather easy to use Levels or Auto Levels to correct for this flaw, but that increases the chances of introducing banding/posterization because of the additional, 

I added a number of pictures that had tags attached to them.  I would like to set up my own categories and move the imported tags to sub-categories.  How can I accomplish this? I can add the tags to sub-categories but then the tags show up as duplicates and I can't remove the imported tags.Hope someone can help. Pat

I am using a trial of Photoshop Elements 2022 with 29 days left. I know NOTHING about it and really only need it for one purpose. If I can make this work easily, I'll buy it!I create security badges. I need to use submitted photos of various sizes, but I want to remove the background and replace with a neutral color (gray). Then I need to resize the photo to a specific pixel size (ie 300px x 400px). I searched but was unsuccessful in finding a simple way to do this. If someone has any suggestions, I'm all ears. Keep in mind, I have NO familiarity with PSE.

Installation of Photoshop Elements freezes at first installatio screen 

New computer, Windows 11.  I cannot save as jpeg, the option is not there.  I could do it on my old computer.  I do collages, then merge visible layers, then save as jpg.  Worked on the old computer and it was Photoshop Elements 2022, but can't do it on Windows 11.   Also tried as some suggest, File, Preferences, File Handling, enable legacy save as - I don't have those options. What is the workaround please?

Brand new iMac M1 yesterday. I set it up as-is right out of the box to start as fresh as possible. I launched Safari and logged into my Adobe account to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022. After doing so, I now have a Creative Cloud symbol in my menu bar at the top right of the screen. Did Elements put it there?  I do have an active subscription to CC -- it will expire in March, as I chose not to renew -- but I did NOT download any of CC's apps on my new Mac; I only downloaded and installed Elements 2022.

I have the image below. How can I replace it so it's just one uniform aqua color (a color I pick from the image itself)?

Beim Anmelden bekomme ich die Meldung "Ihr Browser oder Betriebssystem wird nicht mehr unterstützt.Ich habe natürlich alle Updates für Windows 11 installiert.Logge ich mich im Internet über meinen Account ein, kann ich sehen , das Version 10 und 14 Registriert sind. Den Versuch mit meiner Seriennummer zu registrieren kommt die Meldung "Diese Seriennummer wird bereits verwendet".Wie kann ich das beheben?Gruß Christian

 It was simple to build a shortcut in PSE2021 to launch the photo editor without navigating the home screen. All you had to do was locate the appropriate.exe file and make a shortcut to it. I've been attempting to do the same with PSE 2022 but can't find the correct.exe file. Adobe appears to have made some changes in PSE2022 to make things more difficult (if not impossible). Is there any way to get to the photo editor without going through the home screen? If so, what exactly is it? Thanks

Hi,Had to reinstall my OS and after reinstall it says Cannot process Serial Number Validation for Photoshop Elements 13, on MacOS Sierra.It cannot see an internet connection although it is connected and the internet is working fine.Thanks, Karolis.

I cannot add any more photos to PE because my C Drive is full. How does one export photo albums to a external drive?

Hi, I just wanted to check that in Elements 2022 it stores the face names in the file itself so if I move the image elsewhere my work/time is not wasted?  I have a lot of images and I don't want to have to redo it, but I can't find clear info on this. Any help greatly appreciated! Mike

I have Photoshop 2022 on my Windows computer and I do not have the rectangular tool in my toolbar. With my research, I've tried to Edit > Toolbar, but there is not a toolbar option in the Edit tab. Neither is there three dots at the bottom of the toolbar to bring up an extended menu to make changes.Is there another way for me to edit my toolbar and access the rectangular tool?
