Hi, I'm getting totally frustrated now, I have been using Photoshop Elements 14 for many months now and all of a sudden when I tried to open either Photo Editior or Organiser I received the following message: PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe - Application ErrorThe application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150004). Click OK to close the application.In desperation I've tried un-installing and re-installing - this made no difference.I'm running Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit OSAny ideas please?Many thanksJon

My recently purchased Adobe Photo Shop Elements 2021 is not working on my iMac with Monterey operating system.  Help 

After 6 very long months of  cascading issues, Apple finally replaced the logic board in the Mac I bought in April. So when starting the computer home from the local shop, PSE Editor will not open, Organizer is working fine. Should I delete the ENTIRE PhotoShop Elements21 suite including the Organizer, then download a new copy of PS Elements to have everything work together? Or is there something else I should do instead? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I have a trial instance of photoshop elements 2022 running on my modern system with a 4K monitor. I'm actually trialling the software on behalf of a family member who is considering purchasing the software for themself. My only issue I have with photoshop elements is that for some reason, the user interface seems very dated, graphically. I'm not referring to the graphical user interface in itself per se, but instead I'm commenting on the fact that text in the program, as well as icons and photos appear to all be very pixelated. It seems like the organizer and the editor are running or rendering in a very low resolution. Is this normal? The first and most glaring issue I had with this product was that many windows would not appear to scale - for example if I tried to open the print menu from within the organizer, the subsequent window would be way too large, and I could not even click on the print button because it was off-screen. Bin im besitz von Elements 2018, habe mir jetzt die Panasonic FZ 1000 II zugelegt.Kann die RAW Dateien dieser Kamera nicht Öffnen!!Angeblich ist Elements 2018 auf dem neusten Stand. Was kann ich tun um die Raw2 Dateien zu öffnen??????

won't keep default setting changes printer. I change paper feed from sheet to manual rear on an epson 3800 printer and every time I print a picture it changes wright back to sheet. Any fixes?

Years ago, when using Elements 2 on a Dell, I had this same problem.  After using Save to Web to then Preview (using the web) thousands of animations and graphics, I got an error message that stated I could not Preview.  Now, I am getting the error message  "Access to file denied."  I am using Elements 15 on an iMac (2017).  I have to believe that the solution to my problem is emptying all the temporary files stored in a Cache folder.  But I am having no luck finding that folder.  I have tried numerous paths to looking for such files in my Adobe folders, but to no avail.  I also have tried to follow paths suggested for emptying both browser caches and my iMac hard drive caches. 

Hello, I've noticed problems with some tools in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021. All problems appeared on 4K display come with 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution. "Polygonal Lasso" tool works on central part of screen only. "Magic wand" selection looks improperly. My Windows 10 screen is scaled by 250%. Is any way to fix it?

Every time I open my adobe Photoshop elements 12 on my computer the toolbar on the left hand side appears very small. Almost impossible to read some of the text and I don't seem to be able to make everything bigger. How do I adjust this issue in Photoshop?

Hi there, I had successfully installed PSE 2021 on my iMac with the M1 chip set. A few weeks ago it stopped working. The blue PSE pops up for a few seconds and then vanishes again. I have downloaded Photoshop Elements 2022 from the Microsoft Store. It is still a trial, but I have a problem: Whenever I click on its icon, the welcome screen appears, and I would like to open the editor directly, as I only use that, and I don't need anything else from the welcome screen. Now, the problem is that even though I pin the editor itself to the taskbar, whenever I click on the icon the welcome screen appears, not the editor itself. This has worked well in Adobe's own version (trial), but not in the MS Store version. I also tried to look for the editor's own exe file to pin that to the taskbar. The file, as it's a Store app, is installed at this path: "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AdobeSystemsIncorporated.PhotoshopElements2022_1.70.0.0_x64__ynb6jyjzte8ga\VFS\ProgramFilesX64\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2022\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe" However, the system doesn't allow launching it individually, even if I click on it, or pin that exe to the taskbar/desktop. I've finally got Organizer to give me a list of missing files but I don't see an option to Delete the files that can not be reconnected.   I've tried highlighting those files in the list and hitting Delete but that was a "no go".    I'm sure there must be a way.   I'm hoping that someone here has the time to let me know how I should be trying to Delete those files.Thanks!Using Windows 10 (if that makes any difference) 

I used "Find all missing files".   Is there a setting I need to find that will get PSE to find the files needing to reconnect for me without me having to go thru them all one by one?    I don't remember ever having to do this before my old PC died.   ThanksUsing Windows 10

Hi, I've just got Photoshop Elements and can use it to edit photos. Can I use it for anything else eg Create a Greeting  Card or do I have to buy another products. I can't see even how to Start a Project. I'm signed in but everywhere I go all I get is offers (sic) to buy more products !!! It's by chance I got into the Community ! It was was under heading About Community. I'm About Fed-up !!  I used the old Photoshop a decade or so ago and it was so, so, very easy ! It had words that were easy to read and under stand. Not like the vague symbols that pervade everything now. So CAN I CREATE A GREETING PROJECT  WITH PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS OR NOT ? Thanks for your help

I was going to upgrade to adobe photshop elements 2022 as I have 2021. But still running Mojave and I see it only works with 10.5 and up is that so?

I know the elements I am using is old, but never had issues until recently. Have tried everything I can think of to get it to launch and it just wont. Ones that come to mind is uninstall reinstall, hold shift while launch, hold ctrl+shift+alt or whatever and nothing. It launchs the little loading screen gets to scanning for plug ins, then just closes. No error code or anything. 

Hallo zusammen. Ich wollte unter Windows 10(neueste Updates sind installiert) wie schon hundert Male zuvor Premiere Elements starten. Das gelingt nicht mehr. Es erscheint ein Fenster mit dem Hinweis, dass ich das Betriebssystem und den Browser(IE11 solls sein???) updaten soll. Es gibt aber keine Updates für meinen PC und die Frage nach dem IE11 gibts auch das erste Mal. Bisher funktionierte es mit Chrome tadellos???Bin ratlos-Hat jemand eine Idee? Einen Support scheints ja von Adobe nicht mehr zu geben...VGSchlumpel

I purchased a copy of Elements 2013 from Best Buy in 2015.  The Elements 2013 and ACR 9.0 support my Pentax K-5 II just fine.  I was going to get a newer camera and knew I would need to use a more recent ACR version for RAW support of the newer camera. I downloaded a free 30 day trial version of Elements 2022.  I am not going to use the Elements 2022 software as the camera deal fell apart.  How does the 30 day Elements 2022 trial period end; does the software cease to work or what? Also, a big disappointment for me to find out that from Elements 2014 forward, no support for PDF files.  I have numerous PDFs in a catalog I access from my Elements 2013 software.

Hi everybody!I really need your help! A couple of weeks ago I bought online Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022. Once the installer starts to install the above software, it stops when it reaches 2% of it and I get a message: Error 113!!I have clicked on "Get Help", I followed the instructions given on Adobe's webpage, tried already the procedure on 3 different computers with 2 different internet connections (VDSL 50Mbps and FTTH 100Mbps) and I still cannot install the software that I bought.Any suggestions what went wrong? I have ESET Internet Security Antivirus, Firewall and Antispyware software, which I disabled when downloading Photoshop Elements. Windows Defender is anyway disabled due to ESET's installation. All cookie switch-off extensions on all of  my browsers (Edge, Chrome and Firefox) have also been disabled, but I still receive the same Error code:113.I would really appreciate, if somebody could help me with this trouble.Thank you very much in advance.Kind Regards, Pascalis

Since the Adobe files are big and up to 10GB in my computer storage, i decided to delete it because i dont use Adobe anymore. But when I tried to delete it, theres a file names CCXProcess and i have tried many times to deleting it, but it dont work out. Please help me to find a solution to delete the files permantly so I can have storage for my work in the future. Thank you

My replacement pc is partitioned in a way that makes more space available on 😧 drive than C:If I could move my photos to 😧 it would open up a lot of space on C: and I'd have more room for fututure photos on 😧 but....   I don't want to lose all the tags I've used in Organizer. Would this be possible?   If so, is there a step by step guide to walk me through the process???Thanks for any wisdom you have to share on the subject.I'm using Windows 10

I have not upgraded, changed computer - nothing.  I just went in to my Photoshop Elements organizer and all of the hunreds of keyword tags I made are missing.  I have hundreds of digital elements for scrapbooking and sign making.  I went into manage catalog and the buttons are not available, but rather just gray and not operational in the square that pops up, so I can't use "repair catalog".  Help please.
