Photoshop Elements

When I edit a photo and go to save the edit my program cannot find the file. The photo file is in my "Pictures" folder and has worked properly in the past but now the save function can't find my file to save. How do I fix this?

I have an PSD file and was trying to open with Photoshop elements 15 and i get following message some text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output after some research i found out that some fonts might need update but i wasn't sure of the Font name how to identify the Font Name from Photoshop elements 15 toolsome text layers might need to be updated before they can be used for vector based output

Would you PLEASE tell us how to get ride of the above warning..... in terms that are understandable to 90% of us users.. 

I have PSE13 and just recently it started printing only to one printer. I have 2 printers I use for work - Canon TR7520 and Epson ET-M2170. The Canon has been used for awhile and was connected wirelessly. It quit printing wirelessly but I was still able to print with the USB connected. I recently bought the Epson and it connected, installed, and prints wirelessly. Just yesterday, I printed with the Canon (USB) and then tried to print with the Epson. The Epson didn't print, instead the Canon printed my document wirelessly. Both printers work fine with my Ipad. I talked to Epson, they had me remove and reintall the printer, check the WiFi, some port, everything is fine with that printer. It will print other documents from different programs. They determined that its PSE13 that has the problem. My laptop is running Windows 11

Das Polygon-Werkzeug funktioniert im oberen Bereich einer Grafik nicht. Man kann eine Form in einem Bereich von Null bis ein paar hundert Pixel vertikal nach unten nicht beginnen und nicht beenden. Beginnt man unten und gerät man in jenen oberen Bereich und klickt dort für eine Ecke, so wird die Form vorzeitig beendet, und sie lässt sich mit "Hinzufügen" in jenem Bereich nicht erweitern. Mir scheint das ein Programmfehler zu sein.

How do I get the drawing tool back onto my tools pallet.

I have 2 photos of the same subject taken at different times. I want to create 1 image of both photos, as a side by side comparison.What are the exact steps to do this?

Does the 2025 Nik Collection work with 2025 Photoshop Elements?

Hallo Ich habe Elements 12 2015 gekauft und auch sonst immer genutzt.Ich habe es bisher immer auf dem alten Rechner genutzt. Habe nun einen neuen Rechner aufgebaut und möchte Elements 12 installieren. Habe dies schon von der iso als auch von Adobe Download versucht.Nach Eingabe der Serial  werde  ich aufgedordert mich innerhalb von 7 Tagen bei  Adobe anzumelden. Das Fenster  dazu blockiert  den weiteren Start der Software, also  werde ich schon gezwungen, mich direkt anzumelden, anstatt innehrhalb von7 Tagen.Melde ich mich nun mit meiner ID an, verschwindet dieses kleine Fesnter der Software aber Elements 12 startet nicht und beim Versuch es  erneut zu starten,  kommt  wieder dieser  Anmeldehinweis.  Ich habe das  nun bereits 5 Mal versucht und nun wurde  auch  noch mein Account temporär, aufgrung zu vieler fehlerhaften Anmeldungen, blockiert. Euer Ernst jetzt? Was ist das bitte für ein Mist? In the new PSE 2024 the Styles tab is not showing complete name of the styles. Example: Photographic Effects shows as "Photographic Ef..." . The cog on the right side that says show style settings is not working either. None of the names of my styles will show so I know what to choose. Abbrevations on them is not helpful. Is there a place this can be adjusted?

I'm running photoshop 2020 on my old computer. Looking to buy a Surface Pro 11. Can I transfer my paid for version of PS onto the new computer or do I have to download a new version and pay for the subscription?

I'm using Phototoshop Elements 2024 for Mac.Anyone know how to fix "adobe_licutil quit unexpededly"I tried deleting the PE app and Organizer, as many folders and files in /Library/Application Support and /Library/Preferences. Then I downloaded a new install from Adobe, but the "adobe_licutil quit unexpededly" still pops up upon opening a photo.Any help appreciated.

My brush tool is not working. When I mask a layer and want to reveal using white or conceal using black it does a combination of both. When making my brush black it doesn't conceal or work at all. When making my brush white to reveal (after clicking control i) it will alternate between reveal one second then conceals the next second. Please help. Thanks!

I have created a set of simple photo collages manually (using shapes, jpgs and clipping masks).  However the resulting .psd files are huge (one is over 2GB).  The collages have 15-16 photos and shapes, (each photo is around 3-5MB jpg) and one simple text layer.  The overall size is A4, with 300 pixels/inch resolution. Can someone explain why the collage files are so large please?  I can't attach a .psd file as an example as they're so big, but here is one saved as a .jpg (size 1.9MB) to show the type of thing.  The .psd I saved it from is 1.92GB.. i am trying to reinstall premier elements 2021. but it goes from 6% installed to 100% in a second. then i get a message saying " administrator privilege needed to proceed...  error code: 24"  what is this error code and why administrator permissions? this is just a home pc for personal use? thank you

How do I get the Photo Downloader to order my photos by Date Taken?  I read somewhere this is how the Photo Downloader is supposed to be but, sadly it is not the case for me.  I have an SD card with photos that I would like to import into Photoshop Elements 2025.  When I view the contents of the SD card in File Explorer (Win11), I can sort the photos by Date Taken, Ascending or Descending.  This is not the order that the Photoshop Elements 2025 Photo Downloader presents using the same SD file contents.  It makes importing a huge time committment.  In previous versions I've owned the file order was as expected so I remember a time when this actually worked well.  Any ideas?  I am super frustrated with this broken feature.  Thank you.

Editing text and background in an invitation card image

I have installed PS 2023 the other day. Still unable to install the Camera Raw Filter in the Filter dropmenu. When opening a RAW-file, the window only offers the basic adjustment tools, nothing on the upper or right hand side. All tutorials seem to have another PS 2023 interface, so I am hardly able to adjust mine. Even the preferences menu is nothing like the ones in the the tutorials, videos etc. I am running out of gas on this one...

Hello, I'm unable to deactive PhotoShop Elements from a laptop I no longer have access to. No devices are shown on the "active-devices" webpage, however my account does show PhotoShop Elements registered to me with the correct serial number.  I have tried logging in with an older email addess. Adobe chat won't let me communicate to a person without an "active plan".  This product is not subscription based.  Thanks!

I have P S Elements 2025 installed on two Dell laptops, one with W10, the other with W11.Untill about Sunday everything was fine with both. But then, on the W11 computer, every time I tried to print something from PSE the program would close out of the workspace and return to the home page. I had a long session with a customer service rep from Epson (my printer is an ET-2800), and we determined that the problem lies with the computer or PSE 2025. Other programs work fine, and the W10 version on the other computer is fine.Anyone have an idea what is causing this or how to fix it?Thanks in advance! Craig Wisch 

First I searched, only to find most recent on this topic was 2020, so I must ask here.  I recently upgraded to the 2025 edition, and it said I had an update.  But when I click on install now, I get "There is no application set to open the URL auphd://update? sapCode=PSE&baseVersion=25.0&platform=osx10-64&skipUpdateInfo=true." I use Firefox, but under choose application that was greyed out.  After enabling show all apps, I chose Firefox, but only two search results, from 2020 and 2023, and no update option.  So I chose connect to app store, the result being "Cannot Connect to App Store". I don't understand why (1) I have to log into Adobe every time I oppen PE2025, and (2) why it can't update application from within the PE app, like almost every program I have used. How do I install the upgrade? And can I not log into Adobe just to use PE? It was a one time purchase, not a subscription, so I don't think Adobe needs to know when I use t

Ich habe ein Photoshop Elements 9 und bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Der Rechner auf dem das Programm lief ist ein Totalschaden. Die Daten sind alle weg, die Platte ist defekt. Seit ich das Programm auf einem neuen Rechner installiert habe, motzt Adobe das Programm wäre noch auf einem anderen Rechner instaliert. Elements 23 (with Windows 10) will not load ARW Raw files from my new Sony A6700 camera.  Apparently the problem is that while Adobe's site says Elements 2023 should work with Camera Raw plug-in version 15.1 or later, Elements 23 will in fact not load any Camera Raw version later than 14.5.  And Adobe is disinclined to do anything to rectify this omission. After reading the posts I tried the recommended solution of downloading the latest (16.1) version of the plug-in directly from Adobe's site, but after downloading it I received a message that the download "Could not be verified" and I could go no further.  Interestingly, when (just to satisfy my curiosity) I downloaded version 14.5 of the plug-in from the same Adobe webpage, I received a "Verified" message immediately.  Presumbably, if I had proceded to install the verified version 14.5 I would have been able to load any old Raw files except of course, the ones I am trying to load from my new camera! Any
