Photoshop Elements

Guten Tag, Ich hatte vor zwei Wochen auf meinem Notebook eine Bitlock Sperre und musste mühsam diesen 48 stelligen Code suchen. Dazu musste ich eine IT-Firma in Schaffhausen aufsuchen, welcher den Harddisk von meinem Notebook entfernte und glücklicherweise meine Daten retten konnte. Der Harddisk startete selbst nicht mehr auf. Somit habe ich Adobe Photoshop 9 auf meinem Home Notebook installiert, damit ich weiter arbeiten konnte. Diese Installation habe ich anschliessend deinstalliert und auf dem Noteboook mit neuem Harddisk wieder installiert. Leider meldet nun Adobe, dass ich bereits eine Lizenz installiert hätte und deshalb ich eine neue Lizenznummer brauchen würde. Ich habe diese Anweisung von Adobe Schweiz von Herr Robin heute erhalten. Ich möchte keine neue Adobe Photoshop Elements Version kaufen, da ich mich in die Version 9 sehr gut eingearbeitet habe und ich diese Lizenz auch gekauft habe. Eine Bestätigung , dass dieser Vorfall passiert ist kann von der IT-Firma und von meiner

Sobald ich das entfernen Werkzeug nutze, und mit der Maus den Pinsel vergrößern oder verkleinern will, stürzt Elements ab.Hat noch jemand diesen Fehler?

Ich benutze die gekaufte Photoshop Elements 2024 Version auf meinem Mac Book. Ich ziehe immer einen Ordner mit RAW Dateien auf meinen Organizer von Photoshop und wähle hier einzeln meine Bilder die ich bearbeiten möchte. Dies funktioniert manchmal einwandfrei. Dann gibt es Tage an denen ich aus dem selben Ordner meine Datei in das Programm zum Bearbeiten ziehe und muss dann feststellen, dass die Qualität sehr schlecht ist. Da habe ich noch nichts an dem Foto verändert.Im Vergleich zu meinem JPG das ich parallel immer noch speichere ist das RAW in der Qualität dann viel schlechter. Das kann und darf ja nicht sein!Wie kann ich das beheben?Danke für Hilfe! Denn so kann ich mit dem Programm nicht mehr arbeiten.

Ok, so I have downloaded Photoshop Elements, and I’m not happy with it. I would now like a refund. It was downloaded just 1 day ago, so is within the 14 day refund period. Now, my question is, how the devil do I request the refund? Adobe seem to have made it infuriatingly difficult to contact them. So, if someone would be kind enough to detail the process I have to go through to request my refund then I will be very grateful to them. It really should not be this difficult. Thank-you. 

I currently have PE2026 running from an external hard drive.  However, I didn’t think about where to have the backup files stored, and now I have run out of space on my C: drive. How can I change my settings for where the backup files will go in the future?  I have a USB 3.0 with 512G I can store my backups on.                                                                                                        Where are the current backup files on my C: drive?  I need to free up memory, and I also want to make sure that I only remove the backup files and not remove any of the actual system operating files. I greatly appreciate your help!  If there is someplace I can find this information, I would be happy to do this myself, but I haven’t found the information online.  :)

Several years ago I was using PSE 2023, with all my photo files stored on my C: drive.  I did not continue PSE since then.  When I was not using the PSE system, I moved all the photos to an external hard drive.  There are no photos at all on my C: drive currently.Today I purchased a new subscription for PSE 2026.  I thought I would be able to use the Organizer to Get Photos like I had done before, and I would tell the Organizer where the photo files were now located.However, PSE 2026 apparently recognized the OLD files, although they no longer reside on the C: drive.  The photos are still in PSE 2026, but now the file locations are all wrong.  How can I get the PSE 2026 to show the photo files on the correct D: drive, while still keeping all of the tags and other descriptions I had added previously?  Thanks for any help!  

Bei Bearbeitung eines Fotos mit dem Photoshop Editor wird nach dem Speichern im Organizer eine geänderte Uhrzeit angezeigt, 1 Stunden wird dazu addiert. Dadurch wird das geänderte Foto im Organizer an der falschen Stelle angezeigt. Im Windows Explorer steht im Feld Aufnahmedatum weiterhin die richtige Zeit.Wenn ich das bearbeitete Foto aus dem Katalog lösche und erneut importiere, wird das Foto im Organizer an der richtigen Stelle einsortiert und wieder die tatsächliche Aufnahmezeit angezeigt.Bisher habe ich also nach jedem Editieren eines Fotos die Zeit über den Button „Datum und Uhrzeit ändern“ korrigiert.Wie kann ich mir diesen Aufwand sparen ?Seit einem halben Jahr benutze ich:Elements Organizer 26.0.0.0Core-Version: 26.3 (20260417.EO.ae34c5c7)Sprachversion: 26.3 (20260417.EO.ae34c5c7)Vorher habe ich mit Photoshop Element 2021 gearbeitet und hatte dieses Problem nicht.Gruß Barbara

Have had numerous versions of PSE. Prior version was 2022 on mac. Cannot resize a layer for height or width without it changing the entire layer size (drag from side and it changes the proportions as if I were dragging in the corner cannot resize height or width without unchecking constrain proportions every time.  Have tried going to Image> Resize> image size and unchecking constain proportions (only resample image is checked). What I would like it to do is what the former PSE versions did,  go to the corners to reduce or increase image size proportioanlly , go to the middle and drag reducing either height or width.  

Hi.Ich habe mehrere ältere Versionen von Photoshop Elements (10 und 12)sowie Lightroom (4 und 6) vor etlichen Jahren gekauft.Bisher habe ich ich problemlos damit arbeiten können.Nun musste ich einen neuen PC anschaffen und wollte meine altenProgramme wieder installieren.Das Problem ist nun folgendes:Nach der Installation verlangt das Programm mich mit meiner Adobe-IDanzumelden.Dazu scanne ich den QR Code und lande auf der Webseite von Adobe.Ich gebe meine email-Adresse und mein Kennwort ein, dann bekomme ich peremail einen 6-stelligen Code.Den gebe ich in das Feld ein. Dann erscheint die Meldung, dass ichwieder dahin zurückkehren kann wo ich aufgehört habe.Aber anstatt dass das Programm sich jetzt starten lässt erscheint wiederdie Aufforderung mich mit der Adobe-ID anzumelden. So geht das dann inDauerschleife.Was kann ich tun oder woran die liegt der Fehler?

I have tried manually arranging individual flower PNGs, but it is very time-consuming and the results look flat.I am looking for an online tool where I can:- Build a digital bouquet by selecting different flowers, colors, and wrapping styles- Get a shareable link or image I can reference in my designs- Use it for birthday cards, thank-you notes, and anniversary postsDoes anyone know a free browser-based tool for creating virtual flower bouquets? Bonjour Je souhaite acheter Photoshop Éléments 2026 (donc avec licence 3 ans) et je voudrais savoir si pendant les 3 ans je bénéficie de mise à jour du logiciel en version 2026 mais et surtout si une version 2027 ou 2028 sortirait ?Merci

Each time a raw photo is edited, then saved (Save as... jpeg), the new jpeg image (shown in a version set) displays the wrong time in the organizer, exactly 4 hours earlier than the original. But when I bring up the file properties in windows explorer (properties -> details), that still shows the correct time the photo was taken. The cameras being used to create these photos are set to the correct time zone and date/time, as is my PC. Is this a known bug, or do I just need to change a setting somewhere?   

Hallo zusammen,ich nutze (noch) PSE23 und habe einen neuen Rechner. Den Katalog habe ich auf dem alten PC gesichert - allerdings ohne die rd. 13.000 Fotos. Die liegen schon auf dem neuen Rechner in der identischen Struktur. Allerdings ist der Laufwerksbezeichner ein anderer…Grundsätzlich ist das Prinzip mit dem “erneut verbinden” klar. Allerdings fragt er mich bei jedem einzelnen Foto erneut nach dem Pfad. Das ist bei der Anzahl der Fotos nicht zielführend. Was mache ich falsch, bzw. gibt es zum kompletten Backup mit den Bildern und neu einlesen eine Alternative?Danke im VorausMichael

Photoshop Elements 2026 (paid) on Windows 11 won’t install. The 8MB installer fails before install with “Sign in failed” (sign-in window never loads). Tried CC reinstall, Cleaner Tool, admin, hotspot, updates. Need offline/full installer link (Win64). 

I’m trying to move a copy of PS Elements 2019 from Win 10 to Win 11.  After much wasted time at ProDesignTech I found a copy to download at adobe.com, namely,  PhotoshopElements_2019_LS30_win64.exe. I double-clicked on it, got a warning from Win11 about making changes to my device and told it to go ahead.  A new window labelled Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019… opened and then nothing more happened.  The install never finished, even hours later.Help!!

This is the email I got - the pictures would not download so I clicked the coded box at the bottom right-hand side.It took me to a page where I entered the Redemption Caode, which in turn took me to a page to download the software.This is what I got:Thankfully it didn't install which is when I noticed it was 2022 not the 2026 I had purchased. Would be really grateful for you advice and assistance.Catherine  [personal information removed by moderator]

I bought Premiere Elements 2020 years ago and have not used it quite often. Yesterday I installed it with my license key and received the message that it is already installed at two computers. The message is that I need to install it first on one of the two computers before I can install it on the new computer.I can't uninstall it because the computers don't exist anymore. Adobe Support told me that I can deactivate them in my portal. The portal only shows me Adobe Photography Plan and nothing more.Adobe support told they are not allowed to remove the activation and I have to go to Premiere Pro Plan.I need help for my lifetime license, how can I remove the activations

My brandnew Photoshop Elements 2026 can not handle CR3 files.A message appears that thsi file type is nos supported, although it does appear in the list of supported file types. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Regards, Erna

Hi everyone,I batch-process a lot of photos in Photoshop Elements for client work and personal projects. I need a simple way to count things like:- How many images I've edited in a session- Steps completed in a multi-stage editing workflow- Design variations I've created for A/B testingI don't want to install a mobile app or use a physical clicker. Is there a free browser-based tally counter that works on desktop? A sound feedback feature would be helpful so I don't have to look away from the screen while editing.Also, if anyone knows of other lightweight browser tools that help with design productivity, I'd love to hear about them.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I create a lot of social media graphics in Photoshop Elements and often need to add symbols, arrows, checkmarks, stars, and emojis to my text overlays.The built-in symbol picker in Windows is clunky and the emoji panel doesn't always paste cleanly into PSE text boxes. Plus I need specific Unicode symbols (math symbols, currency, decorative arrows) that aren't in the standard emoji set.Is there a reliable website where I can browse a large collection of symbols, copy them, and paste directly into Photoshop Elements text layers? I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and it has has worked perfectly until now. Now I get a message saying I have installed it too many times (I have only installed it 2 times)" .They told me to reach out to the Adobe Community for help because they can't help me due to they don’t support Elements 14 anymore.Thank you in advanceRandy

I noticed this morning that the links for downloading versions pse 2026, and pse 2025 have changed location to the top of my products page, prior to last night they were located at the bottom of the products page.The links are black (all other links are white) and  don’t  do anything.I’m assuming it’s an “Adobe work in progress”, correct?Yes, I am aware that subscriptions do not stack and Each version of pse has it’s own expiration date. 

Need help. Photoshop Elements 2025 crashes when I click the print command to print a photo. Doesn't show a print screen at all, just thinks a bit and crashes. It worked fine  the day I installed it on my new Windows 11 computer until about a week ago. I was able to print photos with no problem. Need to know what happened and what to do. From what I read online I'm not the only person having this problem. I've used Photoshop and Photoshop Elements for many years and have never had a problem like this before.
