Photoshop Express

Hi, Every time I edit a photo in Photoshop Express, it automatically saves a copy to the "projects" file. This is entirely unnecessary as the photo is already saved under the main edit file, so it's simply a duplicate I don't need or want.Is there a way to turn this unwanted feature off? It seems like an underhanded way to fill up my storage space so i have to buy more, which is super annoying and bad business. As of now I'm going in and deleting the extra photos but that's a pain as well and I'd rather not have to deal with it since, again, not something I need, want or asked for. 

I would like to know if either Photoshop Express or Lightroom Moble apps have the ability to resize photos (in pixels) ?  I need an app that I can standardize on across iPhone/iPad and Android Phone/Tablet.  If not Adobe any suggestions.  Thank you.

My Photoshop express application has become nearly unusable due to 'low memory' issues like the below.   This occurs especially when using 'Combine Photos' but has also occurred when doing simple edits. I have tried restarting to clear RAM, closing apps, deleting projects, clearing phone memory, and reinstalling the app. Nothing helps. I can hardly use the app in this condition. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Several of the “Lenses” features do not seem to be working correctly in Adobe Photoshop Express.  I remembered using the lenses in the Photoshop Camera app and was excited to find that they had been moved to the Photoshop Express app but they are either broken or not as exciting as I remembered them in Photoshop camera.  Some of them work but specifically Scenery, Blue Skies, Ambient Skies, Night Shift, Interstellar, and Celestial seem to be either broken or not what they used to be. I have tried the lenses on several different photos and they don;t work.   I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone but this doesn’t seem to work either.  Please help!!  

I've use the app on my android to edot photos. I've noticed that there are some featires that are no longer available? Under heal the copy and paste edit is no longer available and under adjustments I was able to select subject to apply edits to instead of entire photo. Are these features no longer available? Ty

Helo. Selective tool not available on photoshop express

This seems to have become a problem lately with the new AI / touchup features. Whenever I'm trying to exit the tool and just get back to my other edit options, I click the "<" arrow, and instead of taking me out of the specific tool, it cancels my entire photo editing session without warning and returns me to the main home screen. I have lost countless edits because of this awful workflow - it happens at least once a session for me. You'd think I'd learn but it hasn't yet. Is there a way to recover a photo you were in the middle of editing?? Or could it possibly warn "are you sure you want to discard these edits?" like it used to??

The standard letter size print has about a 2 inch margin that I am unable to change. There are no options to change any print settings in the print popup window on my PC desktop of the free version of Photoshop Express. Note this is about the Express version, not Photoshop paid version.

Hi community. I have this photo that I need to fix the background. I do not want the cropped-out person included. I just want the main person to be the focus of the image. I want the half-cropped-out person to be completely deleted from the image. Can someone please help me with this? The background being white would be perfect. Thanks

I'm using the latest version of PS Express on my Iphone 13 Pro with Ios version 17.6.1 I downloaded the app and granted full access to all photos and then in the middle of the screen, the blue loading symbol just spins and I can't click anything.  I've tried: -Closing and opening-Deleting and re-downloding-Removing access to all photos-Removing access to all but a few photos-Closing, deleting, re-downloading and granting no access to photos, some acess and no access The software works when I re-download it to show me the intro slides - but freezes once I get to the main page.

Hello Adobe team,I'm using Photoshop Express on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and noticed that the "Heal" tool only offers the basic spot healing option — no Patch, Clone, or other extended options.Strangely, on my Galaxy S25 smartphone, using the exact same version of the app, all Heal options are available.This is very frustrating, especially considering that the tablet is more powerful and better suited for photo editing.Please bring feature parity to Android tablets. We should have access to the full set of tools, especially for a flagship tablet like the Tab S10 Ultra.Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am using PS express on Windows 10.Unfortunately I am unable to open .arw files. It shows an error message which says that the selected file has an unsupported filetype.(see  screenshot) Why is that? The Microsoft Store page says that .arw files are supported.Everything works fine with other filetypes like .CR2 or .jpg. Kind regards 

Can someone from Adobe explain how it's ok to take away features that were included in my yearly subscription away, two months after I just re-upped. Now I need to update to premium to use features that I previously had and paid for? This is not ok!  Does anyone have a point of contact? I've already paid for a year and just lost the tools I used the most! 

What are advantages of upgrading to Photoshop Express Premium?

Today i had a long conversation with supporter and as a paying user of Adobe products, I’m disappointed to learn that AI features and selective adjustments in PS Express are not supported on Android tablets, despite these devices being fully capable of handling such tasks. I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, which is high-performing and optimized for creative tasks. This limitation feels illogical and reduces the value of my subscription. Please consider extending full feature support to Android tablets in future updates.

I am not able to access google photos library from PS Express (release 25.25.0) on my Iphone.  This started happening recently. I have done the standard trouble shooting including deleting the app and adding it back again. log in and out of google photos and more. Any advice or help is appreciated. 

I’m a paying subscriber to Photoshop Express and have been using the Remove Object feature for months without issue. It’s been one of the most valuable tools in my workflow. Today I suddenly got a message saying I’m out of monthly generative credits and have to wait until the 20th or upgrade to continue using it. This is extremely frustrating. When I subscribed, there was no mention of any usage limits on core tools like this. Now a feature I rely on regularly is locked unless I pay more? I understand Adobe is investing in AI tools, but adding a cap after users have already been paying for full access without clearly communicating the change feels misleading. If you’re going to change what the subscription includes, that should be made obvious and transparent up front. Can someone from Adobe clarify: When this policy changed?If current subscribers were notified?Whether there’s a way to access the full feature set I originally paid for without being pushed into anoth

I just bought my new iPad Air. When I restored the data from my old iPad mini, the "Mix" feature was missed. Even I tried to login again and again, and press the "restore purchase " button for many times, it is still disappearing.My premium subscription is expired soon, I really love to use the app for my creation but if I cannot use the mix function, I will cancel my subscription and find another app to replace.

I have recently been using Photoshop Express on my ipad and iphone to create reels.  Is there a way to add original audio over the reel?  I've not found it and have been recording separate audio and overlyaing in instagram.  I'd rather create the whole thing at once if it is possible.TIA

I upgraded to a subscritption that included access to Photoshop Express. The Adobe site advertises that this app can add a Watermark to images. There is even a step-by-step tutorial on the Adobe site. However, today (after a long chat session with IT) I learned that the desktop version does NOT include the Watermark capabilities. Why am I paying for something I cannot use? I feel like I was tricked into upgrading. Now I am having to go through Adobe Express and manually try to add a watermark image. It is more complex and time consuming. I expected to be able to do this in the Photoshop Express app on my desktop. Please open this feature for desktop users in Photoshop Express. 

when i try to open photoshop, nothing happens. like no loading symbols or anything, almost like the button doesn't have a link in it or something. i do have windows 11.i tried opening the app from a few different places.also, illustrator & Indesign opens with no problems, so that's odd....also! when i tried to uninstall photoshop it told me that i can't uninstall a program while it's open ) Any help?

Why does Photoshop Express not support .CR3 RAW files? It's the standard RAW file type on almost all current Canon mirrorless cameras. Talk about an open goal!!!! Cue corporate side-step excuse incoming!Dumb move, really - I am introducing a group of new photographers to editing/post processing. Most use Canon EOS R cameras of some type. They know to shoot and edit in RAW - .CR3. I want to start their editing activities in a free, simple app... Photoshop Express... and then they might, as others have, progress and graduate to Lightroom and Photoshop... i.e. REVENUE GENERATING!!!! But not now with NO .CR3 support. Poor show.Please explain this glaring omission. (Shakes head in disbelief...)

I need a way to pause/switch off mandatory syncing to cloud in PS Express.  PS Express on iPhone syncs all my edited work to creative cloud. This is bad. I mostly use PS Express on iPhone for editing personal, private images. Unfortunately, all these images get uploaded to creative cloud and mixed with my work stuff. I don't want my personal images to show up in every cloud app that I use for work. There seems to be no way, currently, to pause/switch this off (it is possible on desktop, however, so why is it missing on mobile?). AdobeSupport Chat suggested to sign out of the app. But then I can't use the extra editing features that I pay for. This can't be the solution and it's not even a work-around... Please add a way to pause/disable mandatory syncing to Creative Cloud to PS Express on iPhone, too.
