Photoshop Express

I tried to log in to Photoshop Express on my iPhone just now and it wouldn't give me a way to do so, other than downloading the app again. So I did. Now all my projects going back years have disappeared!!! Why do you make logging in such a confusing operation? There's always a ton of superfluous screens to get rid of. I'm a subscriber and I expect much better l, more transparent, access to an app I'm paying for! Please please tell me how to restore my projects. Thank you!       {Title edited by Moderator}

Is it possible to see the photos from PS Express on photoshop automatically? I thought the photos I edited using PS Express were going to be there automatically when I opened the Photoshop using my computer.  I understand that PS Express is for cellphones, but if I'm using the same account, shouldn't the photos be there?

This was happening before I updated to the latest version of Photoshop Express and latest version of IOS 16.Every time I try to Edit a photo, the whole app flips upside down and no matter how I turn the device, it stays that way.I have to shut down the app.

Hi guys,i have just installed Adobe Photoshop express on Samsung Tab S 7 FE When the program opens, the gallery refuses to open in Landscape even though the tablet is manually locked to landscape mode! I have it this way because i have the tablet "docked" and am using a mouse and keyboard with it. Once i select an image from the gallery, the app then goes to landscape, however, if i edit the photo by adding say Text for example, the flaming screen goes back to portrait again...then back to landscape after i add text, then back to portrait when i want to do something else etc etc etc. Its driving me flaming nuts. Im certain the developers have simply stuffed up their programming, however, just in case ive done something wrong...does anyone have some ideas on what an android user might need to do to overcome this issue? (I have tried reinstalling)

Ps Express changes photo color when exporting image The image is more opaque, off, with less lights, how can it be corrected? from iphoneHelp Please

On my Galaxy fold, when I have it open PSE only gives me the option to do things like adjust, crop, or make a collage. When I close it or even just shrink it to a window, I get all the AI features and quick actions. Why is PS Express less functional than the default image editor when I want to go full screen? 

The website says I should be able to combine/and layer photos with this: Mine looks like this:IPad. I've got Os 17.2 Premium subscription, and I've deleted and reinstalled the app like 10 times now. I've even powered down my tablet for several hours in between app reinstalling.  Is this function no longer available?  There is an overlay option but I want to overlay my own stuff, not the stock options. The Adobe website is where I got the picture of this "combine" function. If there is a different way to combine and layer photos I need instructions because the website keeps returning we to the combine function. Also I can't find any tutorials on YouTube. 

I have the desired pixels at 1600x1600 and it keeps tripling the dimesions 4800x4800 when i save through the export function it does this with all dimmesions tripling the size on all so if its 1920 it saves as 5760x5760. i just want it to save as the dimension im am trying to save it at. i am using an iphone 16 pro max and an iphone 12 mini is doing the same thing.  i am using the latest photoshop express and am signed into my acount with premium

Hey everyone, happy new year!  My new year started not-so-well and this is one of the reasons I'm here. Apart from being down with the flu since 00.00 on 1/1, I discovered that... I cannot edit my phone pics (RAW files, of course) on Photoshop Express. Reasons - technically unknown. When I try to open a RAW file, it says "file unsupported or damaged". Files are OK (*lightroom mobile opens them allright) and I'm using Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Have been using this app for like 8 years to edit RAW files and this is the first time I have issues with it.  I did a Google search and my wild guess was  Please note that I have been a subscriber for photoshop and lightroom for PC since 2021. Hello, I have been using this app for years, love how much control it offers over photo adjustments. Recently started using on iPhone 16 and noticed that as soon as a photo is imported there is an adjustment to color and lighting. Attached original photo and photo after just being imported to photoshop express and exported at maximum quality. No manual adjustments made and auto-enhance is turned off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, same issue. Why is this happening? Thank you! 

I use watermarks almost all the time but PSE started showing white background on .png files with transparent background. The background transparency box next to the Opacity slider doesn't work anymore. To troubleshoot I tried the following:The standard watermarks that come with PSE are working fine, and the background transparency box is functionalI downloaded and tried different .png files with transparent background but the issue is still the sameThe Opacity slider works fine on .png filesI tried saving the image to see if the background transparency is applied, but it wasn'tI used my other iPhone and my iPad, but the issue is not there. Watermarks work just fine... until I upgraded my other iPhone to PSE 24.17.1... Now it has the same issue... so I turned off automatic updates from my iPad so I can use it for the time being. Here's some background info 1st iPhone: iPhone 11 Pro Max, running iOS 17.4.1 and PSExpress 24.17.12nd iPhone: iPhone 7, running iOS 15.8.2m

I last edited pics in Photoshop express 2 days ago. Now, all day today, I can still edit pics but am not able to save a single one. Every time I hit save/download it just gives me a spinning wheel of death. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I changed my password. I've even upgraded to premium and nothing has worked. Anyone else having this issue and have a solution? TIA

Hey Everybody, These updates are really creeping in. I've got Photoshop 24 crashing all over the place and now all these new AI programs are available but most of them need me to be OS X 10.13 compliant (Ventura). I begrudgingly do not want to update to the new OS X primarily because I can still have a droplets folder in Monterey. I'm a production designer/animator and OS X is like my third main program. Like if I had to work on a PC I'd have to get a new career because it'd feel like using a 9-key touch phone for folders, I'd click myself into a frenzy. I'd know why they call it Windows, either me or the laptop are going through it. Anyway, can anybody confirm that they have used a PSD-based Droplets folder with success on OS X Ventura? There's a lot of hack information online for 10.12 10.13 and 10.14 but it's very 50/50. The one for Monterey did. I tried the online hacks for Sonoma and it didn't work. Going Ventura is a big move and I don't want to do it unless I can.&nbsp

I was a religious user of Photoshop fix. Since the discontinuation of it, I've started using photoshop express which is suppose to be the exact same version but with additional features. photoshop fix has the feature to manually lighten, darken and sharpen the objects which I do not find in photoshop express. help me with this issue and if I'm aware of this feature in express, let me know.

Fiquei desapontado ao descobrir que as funções I.A não estão disponíveis para Tablet  Android.  Uso um Galaxy Tablet s9 fe que é um dispositivo  moderno,  e estou decepcionado pela adobe ainda não  ter liberado os recursos para o aparelho, que hoje é um dos Tablet mais vendidos. 

I open Apple DNG raw file with HDR metdata into PS Express.I make edits on the original image, so to preserve RAW format + HDR.But after modifying the RAW image, PS Express doesn't preserve the HDR brightness levels.  Apparently this issue doesn't exist with Lightroom? Apple ProRAW + HDR are fully preserved even after heavy editing?

Hi everybody, I was on LinkedIn a few weeks ago and happened upon an video ad by Adobe that was showcasing some kind of AI-driven ad creator that could responsvely flex aspect ratios to build a full set of ads.  Has anybody seen that or know what that was referencing? I can't seem to source online what was being showcased. Thanks for any feedback. 🙂 

For the past couple of weeks, every time I use generative fill it leaves a very visible patch on whatever I'm editing. It doesn't even try to blend it in anymore. I have emailed about this but I haven't had any response.  It is completely unusable. Are you aware of this problem, and working on a fix? It just seems to be getting worse, and  the patches are difficult to get rid of, so I've cancelled my subscription renewal until it's fixed.

Hi all,Does anyone know if there's a way to switch off the auto save on photoshop express on iphone please?I don't want every photo I edit to be saved in the projects within the app. The Adobe team said switch off auto save in preferences, but I don't have that option at all.Also doesn't let you delete multiple projects at a time which makes it more annoying, Any helps massively appreciated.Thank you!🙂

At least since the beginning of the year, I've had problems with PSX on Android, where the app doesn't want to open RAW DNG files from the phone (it pop up error message that file is not supported or corrupted), but Lightroom opens them on the mobile without any problems. I reported the problem several times and also sent a sample file, but no fix was made. Why doesn't Adobe finally fix this problem? Is it possible to download an old version of PSX somewhere so I can work normally with the app, or get the latest 2020 PSX for Galaxy devices where everything worked and the basic functions (light, exposure...) were better too? 

Is there a way to duplicate a project in photoshop express on iPhone? I can just open a new project, delete or open an existing one. I have a project that I will like to use as a template so that I don't have to start from scratch projects that have some similar items. regards
