Premiere (Beta)

I am trying to replace my files in the Premiere Pro timeline with an After Effects composition, but an error occurs almost every time.

W11 B14 Ess Sound won't open when tagging an audio clip in the timeline.

Now that there’s an object masking tool that can track subjects, is there a way to make a text layer or graphic follow that tracked path—similar to what we do in After Effects? If so, that would be a real game changer.

*Feedback* Maybe there is a point to it but it seems counter productive and hiding everything seems like a time buster.  Especially when some of those items in the menu don't have assigned short cuts.  Was it done to help with screen real estate when workiong on ..smalls creens?  Seems like you could just fix the dropdown instead of making it more difficult to do things.  If its a catagory thing, well you have have seperaters and bold type to help that within the drop down menu api.  so why has this been done?  Do people like it like this?  I don't.  I figured i would give my feedback oregardless. 

I've been having a few bugs with premiere pro beta so I uninstalled the app from my computer (imac late 2015, monterey OS) and now it's vanished from the creative cloud. I've tried uninstalling CC, logging out, restarting my computer, and I even logged in using a different account. PREMIERE PRO BETA IS COMPELTELY GONE and I have multiple projects, missed deadlines, and I'm about to put my fist through my computer. I apologize but the frustration is beyond me. What could possibly be the solution? It seems it's something with my computer and not the account. 

When we use MXF video in Premiere, we encounter an audio issue. The audio waveform is visible, but there is no sound. Closing and reopening the program fixes it, but then it disappears again. There is no such issue in Premiere version 24.6.8, so I have to use that one. The same problem persists in the beta. When users change the value of a slider parameter declared by a plugin with thePF_ParamFlag_SUPERVISE flag, Premiere fails to notify the plugin via PF_Cmd_USER_CHANGED_PARAM.  Steps to reproduce:- Take an existing plug-in based on the AE SDK, and make one of its slider parameters observable by setting its PF_ParamFlag_SUPERVISE flag.- Set a breakpoint / print something to the console / beep when handling the PF_Cmd_USER_CHANGED_PARAM command.- Apply the plugin inside Premiere Pro.- Change the slider’s value and notice that PF_Cmd_USER_CHANGED_PARAM is never invoked. Expected:Plug-ins should receive a PF_Cmd_USER_CHANGED_PARAM command whenever the value assigned to a slider parameter is changed. Notes:Sliders can trigger a large number of changes very quickly, and it would be perfectly fine if Premiere were to coalesce multiple changes into one. there's daily updates that reset my custom keyboard shortcuts and other settings i've adjusted, is there a way to sync this or save this across each daily update? beta 26 build 14

While editing projects in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta, the app closes automatically without any warning or error message. It happens randomly during normal editing tasks such as trimming, moving clips on the timeline, or applying effects.

Both release and beta versions of Premiere Pro 25 appear to have a regression whereby they ignore dynamic UI changes in the inspector for the very first instance of an effect, and only for the first instance used. A quick recap: contrary to what happens in AE, the sanctioned way for third-party plugins to hide/show parameters in the inspector is to change the PF_PUI_INVISIBLE flag while handling PF_Cmd_UPDATE_PARAMS_UI or PF_Cmd_USER_CHANGED_PARAM. The docs also state that upon changing such a flag, plug-ins must call PF_UpdateParamUI() to notify Premiere that the parameter’s state in the inspector has changed.  Now comes the interesting part: Premiere Pro ignores such changes for some parameters (there is variability to this) and only for the very first instance of the plugin. I am not trilled by the idea of Gaussian and Directional Blur going legacy. The new Gaussian blur does not have horizontal or vertical setting. The Angle in the new one is only active when aberration is set. But still does not match the legacy one. Directional blur has gone from effect to transition, which does not cut it.

Steps to reproduce:1. Have a PNG in a bin that I want to tweak in Photoshop.2. Dig thru menu to find "Edit in Adobe Photoshop"3. Photoshop opens, I make the tweak4. File | Save (save over original) Result: ..."Could not save as <filename> because the file is already in use or was left open by another application."Expected: ... For the file to save and the bin and timeline to be updated automatically (as it always has in the past). After closing Photoshop I could rename the file to have it auto-update in the timeline while Premier was running. And if I'm exporting from PowerPoint and overwriting an existing file, it works as expected. Used the built in crop effect and it appears to have the left and bottom tags incorrect; see sample here;  I croped the bottom, but ir crops the right side of clip; Basicaly the top/bottom is mixed up with the right and left crop...  easy to duplicate Beta 26.0 Build 16   

When i attempt to export an OMF or AAF in beta it freezes, but when I downgrade the project file and export it out of Premiere 2025.5 it works perfectly. Specswindows 11 proram: 96gbRTX 4070 tisdd main driveext. hdd for the footage

Beta 26.0 windowsI get unsupported format or damaged file warning (they import into resolve) edit:re-installing helped for one session, next time I restarted the beta, it went back to not recognising the filesgrrr  

I created a multi cam sequence in Pr about a week ago. I saw the opportunity to download beta so I did. I imported my old project into it and began adding my additional content to the multi cam sequence that I had created in the non beta. I inserted my presenter cut and moved a multi cam sequence in directly after it. Now the audio is there but the video is blank. I saved and reopend hoping it was a glitch that would self rectify. Nope... good thing that it made me make a copy of the original to begin the editing process and I'm only 2 of 7 inserts into this. My multi cam sequence is gone and I'm closing this and going back because I'm on a school deadline..   If you cannot handle the most versitle word in the english language used just once, then you shouldn't be coding software for anyone. EVER!

Premier Beta 26.0.0 Build 16, the use of BCC+DeNoise ML causes all sorts of issues....The effect will render for the program monitor and be properly displayed when movign one frame at a time witht he play head If you use a Render and Replace, it gets stuck:When you give up, and cancel the job, it generates an encoder error; but it doesn't crash premier or windows If you try to export it with Media Encoder, it can generate the first frame of video, and after maybe 5 min, the estimated time left to complete and the elapsed time clocks stop counting.  You can cancel the encode, and no crashes result. The clip is a ProRes LOG recorded on an iPhone 16 Pro IOS 26.0.1Windows 11 25H2 262200.7019Nvidia 581.57 StudioRTX 5090 Render Seq seems to work;  but for a 5 min test clip, I think its frustrating slow, and is estimating it with take 69 hours to render  The Media Info for the file: The effect is BorisFX Continuum Version 2026.0.0, s

I have Premiere Beta Build 14 and AE Beta Build 18 on a Macbook Pro M4 and when trying to use Render and Replace of an Dynamic Linked AE Comp, or a regular asset on the timeline,  it just hangs on "Render and Replace Progress.." theres no movement of the bar at all. 

The denoise slider and a few other settings in the RAW tab are not working. Will this be fixed?
