Hi there,I installed Premiere Elements 14 on my new laptop and when I tried to start it, the message showed as you can see in the screenshot - too many licenses in use. I deinstalled Premiere on my old laptop, but still the same. Then I found out, that I have to deactivate / sign out and not (only) to deinstall the old Premiere. So I installed it again on my old laptop, chose there Help > Sign out.But different than expected: Both laptops show this message now.Can me help somebody here?I didn't finde any other tips and am really helpless now 😕😕
I have a trial version of Premiere Elements 2021 and want to clean up a grainy video. The help video says to go to FX find reduce noise and drag to video. I can't find reduce noise, is this available on the trial download?
Hello,Running Premier Elements 2018 on my Win10 (Home) PC, I normally run my sound to my external Presonus AudioBox22VSL audio interface. I do this for all programs I am running. That is, from the system audio output choice, I switch from the default "Realtech(R) Audio" output to "AudioBox 22VSA" setting. This works fine for all applicatons on my PC except for Premier Elements 2018, which reverses the speaker output choices. That is, in order to get the sound output to channel to my audio interface, I must select the default PC speakers (Realtech Audio). If the setting is set to the audio interface (AudioBox 22VSA) setting, the sound will come out of my default PC speakers. So I must change the speaker setting to be the internal "Realtech Audio" setting that will (strangely) send the audio output to the desired external audio interface instead.Sure, this "workaround" works but it's a real pain in the backside. I often jump back and forth between my DAW (Digital Audio Workstation
Hi! I was wondering if anyone here can help me. I have noticed at problem, when I'm going to download my project. It creates a boarder or frame around it, so it doesn't show full screen...or full frame. Don't know how to explain it otherwise. This boarder/frame can been no matter what I do. I have tried to edit my video preferences, pixel and...well, all the logic things I could think of. It still does not show full frame or screen - which ever term is correct, and it's driving me crazy! Before and after editing. I have done nothing but edited it a bit.⬆This is how it shows on Facebook. As far as I know, the videos for my projects are recorded in HD. Please, can someone tell me what to do??Kind regards,Gitte, Denmark
I'm struggling to make Timeline Markers useful to me. Problem 1: after adding some timeline markers to flag places where I want to go back in and add titles, special effects, etc., I stretched a clip at the beginning of the timeline. NONE of the succeeding markers shifted by the amount of time I added. Is this how these are supposed to work? So, if I delete or add a clip, stretch a clip, whatever, all my previous timeline markers later in the timeline now point somewhere I don't want them to? This makes sense why? Luckily, sorta, PrE crashed while I was still trying to adjust all of these mangled markers so I lost all the bad locations. (And some effects I'd created that were part of the stretch and stuff that screwed them all up. Sigh.) Question 2: There is a "Duration" showing in the Timeline Marker dialog box and the Adobe Help topics suggest this can be adjusted (what? nothing shows there besides the word "Duration"...) to create a marker that runs over multiple frames. how to get the images back?

I'm creating a photo slideshow for my daughters 8th grade class in the classic version of Primere elements 2021 where you add each photo and transitions in between. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the photos pan and zoom (especially the vertically oreinted photos) Is there an automatic application for this like it would automatically do when you let the program create the slideshow? Admittedly its the first time I've used the program and fairly green to using it. Any help appreciated. Links to tutorials or instructions.
Adobe says that: "Premiere Elements 2019 automatically synchronizes the audio with videos that have VFR footage"(https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/premiere-elements/using/adding-media-premiere-elements.html) However Premiere Elements 2020 fails to sync audio with vareiable frame rate video. I just spent over an hour with tech support who confirmed this is the case and instructed me to use free third party software Handbrake to first convert (= resample = degrade) my video to contant frame rate before bringing it into Adobe. Why does Adobe: 1. Make film editing software in 2020 that can't handle the ubiqitous VFR video format?2. Charge money for software that requires free third party software to work?3. Falsely advertise the capabilities of its software?
I downloaded Premiere Elements for a trial version and importing MP4 files worked fine. I purchased a code and activated. Now when I import MP4's they appear fine in the timeline but in the workspace the color layers don't line up. It appears as unaligned purple and green images. When exported as MP4, they look like the the workspace version. These files open just fine in Media Player, Windows Movies and VLC Video Player. I even tried recoding with Handbrake. I spent 45 minutes with a chat advisor who seemed fixed on a driver problem and got nowhere. Pretty sure it's not a driver issue. Any help is appreciated.
I have used a MovieMaker Pro device to scan Super8 cine movies into 1440x1080 video files in 4:3 aspect ratio. In Adobe Elements I found that when I create a new project to edit these videos I have to select "PAL->Hard Disk->Standard 48Khz". This is because this is the only project with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The preview window is the correct aspect ratio (4:3) and when I add my media it correctly fills the entire preview window (see the attached "standard" image). I then export the video using a custom format which gives me a 1440x1080 video. This all works but what I want to know is when I add the media to the project does it scale it down to the 720x576 frame size of the project? Am I losing information at this step even if I finally export it at the original frame size of 1440x1080? I have tried selecting other projects with 1440x1080 as the frame size (see the attached "Widescreen" image) but all these appear to be 16:9 aspect ratio meaning I end up with bla
Hola! Gracias!

Installed Premiere Elements 2021 and I now get this error message when shutting down the computer (Microsoft 10). Does anyone know what it is and what I should do? Doesn't seem to affect the Elements performance.
BAD NEWS: I just built myself an AMD-based system for Premiere Elements only to discover I should have gone Intel to get H264 hardware encoding support using Intel QuicksyncGOOD NEWS: Premiere Pro 14.2 supports H264/H265 hardware encoding using the GPU so maybe it will arrrive in PRE 2022?QUESTION: Is this likely to happen and please can I join the beta program!
Blank Text Style box for Premiere Pro 2018 - I cannot use the text style because that box is blank.I have closed and reopened the program several times.I have restarted my computer.Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks
I recently called Adobe support, waited on hold for 30 minutes just for the agent to tell me they can't help me which was dissapointing.I purchased Adobe premier elements 15 and recently upgraded to a new phone. The video sound is not in sync by several seconds only in this program. The videos play normally otherwise and in other editing software. I just purchased this program a few years ago so I can't imagine that already new phone videos are not compatible. Assistance would be great as I use this program for work and school.
Is there a keyboard shortcut to bring the CTI back to the start of my video instead of grabbing it and pulling it back ?
I am using PRE 2019 on a Windows 10 computer. It is the first time I have got to the stage of exporting my completed project and I am a bit confused about "rendering." After rendering the timeline the orange lines turn green but there are some areas where the line is neither orange or green - just grey. Is this anything to be concerned about? When I use "Export and Share" the sytem displays the message "Rendering...". Is this a different kind of rendering? I ask because I have noticed that if I start with an unrendered timeline (orange) the Export and Share "rendering" does not turn it to green. Should I always render the timeline before exporting or does it have no bearing on the quality of the export? Your advice would be much appreciated.
I use PE 2020 and want to extract scenens from a clip to HDD to use them later on for new assemblies.I have marked, cut the scene, activated the scene, but when I try to render and export it Premiere only offers me to export the whole clip ! Even with activated "only working area" I get the same result 😞 Please help me, how can I extract only the defined and activated scene from a Clip ???Regards Wolfgang
Is it possible to mute voices in a video but still keep all the other audio? Thanks
I have new HP laptop (only a few months old) but an older copy of Premiere Elements 13. I was going to install and edit a video real quick but when I launch PE 13 it shows the splash screen and I choose Expert mode and the whole program crashes. The event log shows something about UIFramework13.dll erroring out. I have an nVidia GeForce MX250 with the latest drivers (first thing I did was update the drivers). Are there any fixes for this that don't include me purchasing a new copy of Premiere Elements? I use it for personal use, I'd rather hold off on buying a brand new copy when this worked on my older computer if I could.

Instead of trying to drag the slider to adjust timeline view... I'd like to be able to adjust it using the mouse wheel. Most audio editors (DAWs) use this function. Is there a setting for it, and if not, might the Adobe folks consider coding it in?
I have been using Premier elements 2018 to make home bideos for a while but i am finding that it keeps crashing. It also seems so slow that it often plays the sound to one bit and picture freezes or is from a previous part of the clip. I am trying to remake some old home videos and really struggling lately.
