Premiere Elements

I have a movie on a DVD disk which contains some sections that I want to add to a movie project which now contains only slides.  The movie was improted to the timeline of the project but the video did not appear (only a black screen).  A red line above the added movie indicated that it needed rendering.  After 2 plus days the green line above the added movie finally appeared.  Now instead of a black screen there is a blur.What have I done and can  it be fixed.  Windows 10 Pro Version 1903AMD FX (tm) -4100 Quad Core Processor

I'm older and a tad slow. While looking for music, my video project turned red as in disconneted. Nothing will load up from my past projects. One statement noted was posible codac error. How do I fix this and get my project back.Maybe I'm not bright, what topic lable fits my requet from down below? Why did the Adobe service rep send me here? Why didn't he just help me? I feel lost again. I have been using photoshop premiere since 2013. I'm not new. Not instalatlion. Not activation, Not ccFAQ. I guess cloud?

I've read that AVCHD uses the DVD format.  Does this mean that the nice HD camcorder recordings I have will, after being processed by PE, show nicely on a wide screen television?  Does this question even make sense.

Hello, I'm new here so this may be a repost. I couldn't find anything really online to answer my question/issue. I have Adobe Preimere Elements 2020 and when I use the Time Remapping feature to slow down a small portion of my video, the audio keeps playing at 1x. How can I slow down the audio to the same video speed in that section of the video?

My goal is to be able to make simple lyric videos with my premiere elements package. I would like nice annimated text maybe a template of some sort. Is this possible with Elements? How so?

I was excited to see the 20201 Premiere Elements had GPU support FINALLY.But imagine my shock and disappointment when I see this:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 is unsupported.How can that bem the 1080 is one of the most popular graphics cards.Can we get a FIX for this?

I just switched from 2018 to 2021. What I want to do is take smart phone videos and crop them in a circle in order to make "ornaments" on a Christmas tree.

Hi all Premiere Elements 14 Experts! HELP! I have created a project in Premiere Elements 14 - I would like to use the created project in another project (copy the created section into another project (new) - and still be able to edit the clips in the new project).Is this possible? Or is it only possible to export the project as a video file? I hope you get the question - and hope you can help me 🙂

As mentioned in title. I created some custom motion titles in Premier Elements and every time I go near them it crashes. I don't even have to select them, just scroll down and display them. Once this happens Premier Elements hangs and can't be fixed. This is very frustrating and can't be fixed as I can't even delete the titles I've attached a video of this happening and a screenshot of my task manager a minute after this. I'm running this on a new Dell XPS Laptop i7 16GB.

My clip cannot be shown until the end on my timeline. The original is longer and when I double click on the clip, the popup window can also play the full length. I've already downloaded the clip as media again, restarted etc, so that doesn't work. What am I doing wrong. See below. Clip ends well before end on monitor, but clip continues in popup.

I've got quite a few DVD's that I made a few years ago which I didn't make a very good job of. I've tried using the option of adding media from a DVD but this doesn't seem to work properly.  The files come up as VOB files (whatever that means) so I've tried finding a program that will convert to MPEG which seems better. And I can only find free trial versions. Can anyone advise (in simple language) the best way to go about this that would enable me to put transitions, effects and titles in that i should have done in the first place if I'd known what i was doing? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, I'm new to Premiere Elements, so apologise in advance for the noob question.I downloaded the trial version of Premiere 2020 and loved the workflow, so I clicked "Buy Now" from the application and proceeded to checkout. I didn't realise that I was brought to the checkout page of Elements 2021, so I did the purchase without actually realising it. The 2021 license won't work when I try to activate Elements 2020, and I cannot upgrade my Mac OS because of other softwares compability issues.Is there a way to obtain a license for 2020?Thank you very much,regards.

I am running Premiere Elements 12.1 on an iMac running macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6.  I have successfully created a number of 2 hour DVDs with Memorex +R DL DVDs using the highest quality option.  I recently ran out of those and purchased Verbatim +R DL DVDs and get "unknown error 2130932483" every time I try to use one.  I have tried to create 15 minute and 2 hour DVDs but all fail. Does anyone know what part of my overall configuration is causing this problem?  Any help would be appreciated. I now have 3 version PE15, 2020 (18) and 2021 (19).How do I pull all my projects from the previous versions into PE 2021 prior to uninstalling them? 

I realise it's obviously possible in expert mode. Overall quick mode is more than sufficient for the level I am at and very short simple videos I make. I am able to change the text colour in quick mode but not the background colour, which would be nice if possible.   Thanks in advance  

So, I was editing my video, when all of a sudden the area between the part where you view the video and the clips at the bottom went from blue to tan, and the add text feature was replaced by a single button that says "Edit in Expert Edit." Any way that I can change this back. Screenshot included. 

Hi!I am using Premier Elements version 12 (upgraded from 11) for a many years. Currently I\m looking for whats is new in PE2021. So I install the trial copy to my comp operating under Win10 (Intel 2500k, 16Gb, SSD) and realized that it's crushed every time I tryed to import and work with my camera (Panasonic HC-V770) MTS fullHD files (1920x1080 60p)I do not think this is usual behavior of the software, so please can anybody advise my to do something to fix the problem? May be I need to install some video libs or anything else? My PE12 on the same computer works fine with the files. Both PE12 and PE2021 recognizes MTS video correctly as AVCHD 1080p videous 59,94 frames/sec. But afterI put the video on timeline in Expert mode, PE2021 plays the video not smooth, with some interraptions and usuallycrashes when I try to edit or view/rewind.
