Is there any possible option to add a stop color in linear gradient in legacy title??

How do i start a new job so that it can be in 16: 9 format.I work in the PAL format. When I start a new job it will not be in 16: 9 format. There is something missing from org. the movie on the left and right side and only 4: 3 format is displayed even though I have set my new job to FULL HD 1080i 25 Niels Lauritsen, DK

Hey everybody, I'm wondering if theres a way to save an animated text layer that I created. Its something that I'd like to be able to use in multiple projects so instead of having to recreate it every time I start somthing new I was hoping there was a way I could save or import it from the project I created it in.Thanks

I have just installed elements 12 today on a windows 10 laptop, edited a couple of videos. Installed updates and uploaded video to Youtube. So I go back later on because my friend wants a file for her computer. The video and files are all missing. Says that the codex for them is missing. I think the data is there but they will not load on the editor. Any ideas?

When I download my photos into the Adobe Premiere Elements 15 program, some of them are distorted as the video plays.  How can this be corrected?  They are all jpeg files and all are a high resolution.  What gives?

I recently purchased Photoshop/Premiere Elements and did was able to produce one video perfectly. The last three times when I try to publish in any form, I get audio but no video. I am using an iphone 7 and Windows 10. It plays perfectly in Elements but not when I save or try to publish directly to YouTube. Thanks,Chuck

Hello,  I've been working with the trial version to se if I like the product. I finished my work and realized the final is marked by "created with the free version". So I bought the product because I enjoyed using it. Otherwise it still apply me "created with the free version" on my old project. Could you help to figure it out? Regards

Hi,  I would like to create a IGTV video where the frame will be vertical to suit a phone (1080 Horizontal and 1350 Vertical) How do I get this into my project reset? can I create or download a preset for this? I currently have Premiere Elements 2019  Thank you 

If there is a way to insert a traditional time code into my clip/video in my using PSE 2020 I have not been able to find one. Aparently pro has the feature but not elements . Any one have a suggestion?  Thanks in advance

Hi,Adobe Elements 17.0 (20180830.daily.1636760).Recently, an import is with bad color :Correction with Gamma = 9, Light (just below Gamma correction in the right side) = automatique, make video OK nearly exactly as small pictures.With these correction, export .mp4 is OK since I verify with VLC, but if I import that one then the color is always bad, as the original, as shown under "LOAD".How to get correct import as usual (as I never modify anything in parameters !) ?Regards

Bought A Prem. Elements 2020. Supposedly compatible with my system.It's crashes every single time I attempt to export video. Message "Error. Adobe Premiere Elements is unable to save data...Please ensure you have adequate folder permissions and restart the application."What? I wasted three days trying to triangulate what the hell that even means. I want a refund because this program is completely unusable.

Upgraded from Free Trial to paid version, and apparently the thanks I get is my project trashed. 10 video tracks painstakingly aligned to a music track. After the upgrade, all video assets were randomly repositioned in the timeline by an average of 15-30 seconds, making the video now useless. Is there a way to undo this feature? Hi everyone.I have an audio preset that includes three effects.  I am trying to add another effect to the preset, but I cannot figure out how to do that?  I cannot find any documentation anywhere that says how to do it, and I cannot find any videos online that say how to do it.  Is it even possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi there I have been using the above for many years now and have a single catalogue. The issue is that the cataloge now is enormous and I am struggloing to back it up (it runs for hours and hours). Is it possible to split the catalogue into multiple (but still accessible) catalogues?

catalogue size help.  I did a full backup, then recoverd the catalogue into a 2 terabyte drive, but the catalogue says its 1.45 TERABYTES!  why is it so large on the hard drive if it is not supposed to be storing images? if i search the size its only a few hundred gigabytes, but the 2T drive  is almost full, only 373 gigs left.   There is nothing else in the drive.  when I search teh folder, there is a folder that includes all the images, at 1.31 Terabytes, and a folder called photos, that has considerable less.  Can I safely delete the first folder that is huge??  those images are stored in a separate hard drive. 

I earlier saved about 7 videos as MP4s on to a hard drive from Adobe Elements 2018. I then went back and put all of those MP4 videos back into one video, and tried to save them all as just one video, which is about 33 minutes long. I tried about 4 different times, and each time, there would be "Export Error" at the very end of the export procedure. I tried saving it as a smaller resolution, but still same thing. Not sure why it goes for an hour, to the very end, and THEN gives "Export Error". Is it too long, too big? Not sure. Any ideas?Thanks much! 

Please help. I am creating a video where I am playing each part of a 9 part piece. I want to put them together which means lining up each entrance carefully. I know I can't have 9 separate audio/video tracks. That's fine. I'm going to combine them into small groups once they are synced. I am having a great deal of trouble getting the tracks to line up exactly. I can get them very close, but that's not good enough. It seems as though the tracks just want to start at a certain place and I'm not able to control that. They have to be exact. I am a novice user of Premiere Rush and I'm hoping this isn't too difficult to address. Thank you.

Hello,after several attempts to run Premiere Elements 2019 on my MacBook Pro (Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4) and clicking on the Video Editor tab, I keep getting a message that "Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged"It then directs me to (see attached screen shot) which appears to be an endless loop of links; where is this "application manager" hidden? I have unisntalled/re-installed the app several times hoping that the application manager would be included with the new install but no such luck.I don't have a trial version; I have paid for this app and have a serial number.Thanks in advance for any help! 

I am editing a 4 minute program using MP4 video.  The first 30 seconds or so of the video and I get the green render line.  When I rendered, I would get the popup box saying something like "Rendering video 1 of 1". Moving more clips to the timeline and clicking the Render button only restarts the video.  There is no orange line above the unrendered video, and that video is choppy.  I did export what I have to the desktop, and ALL of the video looks good when exported, it's just a problem in the timeline while editing.  One issue could be the video in the first 30 seconds comes from shorter clips squeezed down from a 5 minute video section.   The latter video I am adding to the timeline comes from a 28 minute segment that I squeeze down to shorter clips.Any solutions to fix this?  

When using the horizontal type tool to create a text box in a new layer, the cursor will randomly appear in the upper left handle, not in the text box.  Pasting in text results in a miniscule, unreadable font size.  The tet is set for font size 18.  Closing the program and reopening it does not help.  What causes this, and more importantly, how to I fix it?  Michaele

Greetings, After installation, AP Elements 2020, the EULA window keeps poping up when I launched the app, even if I accept the EULA.  I scrooled down and it didn't help. It keeps poping up endlessly every 10 seconds.  I rebooted the computer (Under Windows 10 latest update) no luck. What did I miss? TIA
