Premiere Elements

Hi,It seems there is no way to scroll horizontally on the timeline view? It only scrolls vertically and there is no modifier (control, alt, etc) that allows you to do that. It would be an understatement to say this is really inconvenient and it's unacceptable to have to click and drag on the bar to move my timeline around.I understand Adobe has not provided an answer on this that I have found at least. Does anyone have a workaround for this?Appreciate any input on this.Best,Jonny.Additional info:Running the latest version of Adobe Premiere Elements 18 on 64b - Windows 10

Hello,I have just upgraded from Premiere Element 2020 to version 2024.With this new version, I'm having a problem with the playback speed of the editing tape (in expert mode).When I play the video I've just imported into the edit strip, in the preview window its speed is accelerated. This was not the case with version 2020, where the playback speed was normal.I haven't found any settings to change this playback speed.=> How can I return to normal playback speed in the preview window?Thanks for your helpAlain

上記記載の通りになっており、ほかの再生方法について問題なく動作しているのですが、真ん中の再生のみ速度が速くなってしまっています。 設定ファイルの再作成や、アンインストールして再度インストールしても同様の現象が発生しています。また、「space」での再生/一時停止は実行できましたが、速度は速いままです。 環境設定フォルダーの再作成で初期化して再度、新規プロジェクトを立ち上げても変化はありませんでした。確認に使用したビデオ素材もとくに問題なくPremiere Elements以外では通常再生可能なことは確認しました。  OSバージョンは、Windows 11 Pro 23H2Premiere Elementsのバージョンは、24.0 通常再生の速度を元に戻したいです。どなたか解決方法をご存じではないでしょうか。

I have a video clip that was recorded in monochrome, how do i convert it to color?

Have attempted PE 2024 on an M1 iMac and an Intel MacBook Pro both running Sonoma. In both cases there is no audio during playback. Audio-only clips play fine outside of PE 2024 and if I export my project the audio plays fine using the resulting MP4. Only playback within PE doesn't work. I've tried all the audio setting combinations (not a lot available with CoreAudio) with no success. Very frustrating; I was able to complete project on my old failing Windows machine with PE 2019, but very undesirable since I just spent $150 to run latest version on my much faster iMac. 

My PC died this month. The computer guy could not get 2023 Photoshop Premiere Elements to install on the new machine with Windows 11. Neither could I. It gives error code 183 and none of the "help" items to fix it work. Is there any reason to think 2024 would install?

Is there really no preset to export 4K video at 1080/60?  I was able to do it, but I had to go into the custom output settings and configure everything there.  The presets all seem to switch the fps to 30 when I choose one of the 1080 options. Another weird thing...in the custom output, I set the size to 1920x1080, but I had to uncheck the box to keep it proportional.  Otherwise, if I put 1920 for the width, it'd make the height too large.  A bug maybe?

Hello,2023 Premiere Elements continues to freeze on me after uploading videos.  Sometimes I have to wait a long time just to be able to save my progress.  When I do try and close the program, I don't have access to the close options and have to force it to close throught the task manager.  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it.  It worked great for about 30 minutes before the same problems came up again.  Any help would be appreciated.  I am using Windows 11 Home Edition and I am not very techy.

Hey all, are these export settings OK?  I upload to Facebook and Youtube, but my main concern is outputing a file that is good quality to save on my PC.  Also, I've been shooting in 4K and downsampling to 1080 on export.  Not sure if that is really worth it, or should I just shoot at 1080 to begin with.  My main video camera at this point is a DJI Osmo Action 4, and I'm mainly shooting kayaking and underwater activities.

Title about says it all. Adobe Premiere Elements, photo editor no longer responds. How can I restore or fix or whatever to make it work again. Thanks

I was using Premiere Rush for my basic video editing needs, but I didn't like that all the features weren't unlocked.  I don't do enought to justify renting it, so I saw the Elements is standalone software that's similar, and has even more features.  Decided to get it, but I'm wondering about a couple things.  First, when I launch it, it defaults to the window with all kinds of options (see attached screenshot).  Is there a way to make it launch right into the video editor and skip this initial window? Second, is there a way to keep the 'tools' section expanded?  It collapses when I go to a different clip in my timeline, which is annoying.  Also, within the 'tools' window, there are the various adjustment options.  For example, if I go to color, it shows very basic controls where I just click on one of the small squares.  I'd prefer to use the sliders, but to get to these, I have to click "more".  Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to keep

In PE2015, I have a project in which there is one audio+video track, and one audio-only track. When the audio-only track appears, I want that portion of the audio-video track to be silent. How do I do that?

For some reason I had to sign in and use my seriel number to open Premier Elements 2020.  It claims I have too many computers activated but when I went into my account it says I have no computers activated.  When I used the chat bot it says they have no products registered to my email despite the fact that I can see my products on the screen in front of me complete with the seriel numbers.  I can use both products but am concerned that when the 29 day time limit to deactive I will be locked out.  Not sure what to do.

I installed Premiere Elements 2024.in Dutch language (my native language). However, I have been using Premiere Pro in English language. Now I am missing the English terms. How can I change the language (settings) in Premiere Elements? Or should I re-download in different language? Does that work with the same licente key? Your help is highly appreciated. HiI have been using Premiere Elements 2019 without issue since its release. However, the last time I imported a video clip it replicated the audio from it into every channel. I.e, I have a single clip of the video in Video 1 but audio in Video 1,2,3, and 4 as well as in music and voice - six channels in total. It does this for every clip. I have reinstalled the program, reimported the raw video, changed project setting from 5.1 to stereo and back again - all to no effect. There also appears to be a duplication in the Audio 1 channel! Can anyone tell me what the issue is and more importantly, how I can stop this happening? No idea.Thanks.  

Hi, Since sevreral decades, I have been using several versions of Premiere Elements and several models of Sony video camera. My present equipment is based on:Premiere Elements 19.0 (20211007.daily.2243969) purchased on Fall 2019 and installed on a powerfull desktop Dell computer (Precision 5820 Tower X-series, 32 Gb RAM, NVIDIA Quadro P4000 8 GB graphic card, Win 10 21H2 version, x64), using currently the Expert mode,Sony HDR-CX740-05-30 video camera, producing 50p-HQ 5.1 video clips (MTS files). Since early 2022, I face a strange behaviour when importing these MTS video clips into the time line of a Premiere Element project (selected configuration: PAL / AVCHD / AVCHD 1080p50 5.1 channel). Instead of importing the sound track of each clip into track 1 of the time lime, as it used to do before early 2022 using Premiere Element version 19.0 (or former versions), the sound track is now imported into 6 parallel sound tracks, namely sound tracks 1 to 6. Hi!When I import mov-files and mp4-files and put them on the timeline I get yellow vertical stripes all over. The sound works well. I guess this is a codec problem/solution. (I'm a beginner with this version Premiere Elements 2021). Any suggestions?Lasse KSweden

The function to add titles in Premiere Elements does not show the complete font family Sitka that I have on the Fonts directory of my desktop Windows 11 computer.  Only shows 2 variants of the font :  Sitka Text and  Sitk Text Italic.  The Fonts directory shows 36 variants

how do you do a panning shot inside a single image in Premiere Elements?

Hello Community, I've noticed many YouTube videos can go up to or are set at '(1080p60 HD)' / (1920x1080) 1080p 60fps [screenshot attached: "Setting 1080p60 HD"]. Does Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 support setting a project at these specifications when starting a new project? Additionally, can it export videos in the same 1080p 60fps format through 'Export & Share'? (Adobe Premier Elements 2018 lacks this capability). Please respond with clear and concise answers with necessary proof, such as screenshots within Adobe PE 2024 of the project settings and export settings (dialogue boxes / drop down menu etc) showing these options. It would be greatly appreciated especially for those who may not understand. Cheers.

This is my second Elements project.The first project successfully exported and shared to my YouTube account.This second project freezes on the rendering screen when exporting and sharing to YouTube.I was able to render the project outside of the export and share.This second project is different than the first in that it has two video tracks.Another thing I noticed is that the second video track shows no thumbnails for the scenes but the first video track does.Any suggestions?

I have a huge problem. It seems like i have created my project with the wrong settings. Resolution is 1280 x 720 ... I want full HD as usual, that is 1920 x 1080.Is there any way to change this? The problem is... the video is completely finished. Accordingly, I'm pretty desperate right now because many hours went into the work.In the project settings I can no longer change the frame size. Does anyone have a solution suggestion or do I have to make it completely new?Would there perhaps also a possibility to copy the workspace into a new project or so?Please help!Thanks a lot

Hello, why can i not upload movies into Premiere elements 2023? The movies are around 2 GB and in MP4. The program keeps saying that it isnt possible.What am i doing wrong?
