What is the step by step process to change a person's formal shirt color to white. The formal shirt color is purple.

Hello all, I have made with a new 'standardtext' two shapes with two texts, see my picture. I also made it move in and out with keyframes. Everything works fine but how do I save this now, so that I can use this later on with other projects?  If I save it as a preset, I need to make a new standard text and when I add my new added preset, my shapes are gone and the new added text interacts it only with the keyframes.  So in a summery, how do I save this so I can use this 'nametag' thats what I call it, and how can I open it later on again without that I have to edit the shapes, texts and so on? Can I save it as a kind of 'standaline' file? That I don't need to add a new text fields of something. I watched a lot of Youtube tutorials but nothing seems to cover this problem. Thanks in advance.

I have bought few years back the Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 version and it has been working fine. Couple of weeks ago it stopped working, won't start up at all. I had already ordered a new laptop so thought the reason would be my very old MacBook. But now with my new MacBook (with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1.) it still won't work. What is the reason and how to fix this?

Hello, a few months ago this error occurred from one day to the next. I have not made any update, nor changed anything else.The problem is this : When playing back in Premiere Elements 22, but also when I export the video to for example mp4 there is always a black flickering of the image. It is completely different how often and where it occurs. Very like the error is at transitions or also for example at green screens. But it can also happen in the middle of a video track, as seen in the picture.I have already reinstalled Premiere Elements and downloaded the latest graphics drivers. It seems to have decreased a bit, but it is still far from fixed.Has anyone had the same problem and know of a solution?Thank you for ur answer!

Where do I get the serial number to access Elements 2023 Video Editing software?  There is a screen that comes up asking for a serial number to open it. It is loaded on my work computer and I need to get a Serial Number.  Any other suggestions?  

How do I combine several small videos into one big one in Premiere Elements?

In Premiere Elements I have a video that is about 15 minutes long.  However when I output the vido, it is over an hour long.  After the 15 minutes, the rest is all black. How do I "delete" all the extra nothing?

I've had the program for a short time. I've edited about 10 video projects. Everything works without problems. So I wanted to install the Neat video demo into it for a test. I installed it according to the manufacturer's instructions, only after starting it it tells me that I'm missing a codec for playback.

I am using PE 2020. I have a bunch of home movies 2 + hours long.  Each video spans months if not years. I am clip each segment to separate different functions or timelines. How do I save each clip individually or separately to make smaller video files? 

I bought this program in a bundle a little while ago with photo shop elements. Photo shop elements works it opens just fine but when I try to open premiere it loads for a little bit then stops. How can I fix this issue Ive deleted and redownloaded it a bunch of times and it still does not work. Is there some setting I need to change or something like that?

I have the bundle and PhotoShop Elements works fine, but Premiere has never launched. It always crashes on launch. (Yes, I've sent the reports both to Apple and Adobe.) Is this a known problem?This is a new Mac Mini M2 with the Pro chip. I didn't transfer any of my old apps as I wanted a clean Apple silicone installation for everything available.

I have Premiere Elements and would like to build slide shows.  Unfortunately I keep getting dumped into Organizer which I don't use and son't want to use.  I have been able to create slideshows within Organizer but only with the limited themes available.  Is there anyway to do something different? 

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 020 (up to date).  I am trying to use ‘Add audio to the soundtrack’ (which looks useful) but not all the sound effects are there.  Specifically Sound Effects – Foley.  They are listed alphabetically and the furthest it goes is ‘Clunky Rattle Scrape’.  I’m looking for Steps or Footsteps.  What should I be doing?

Is there any way to add some transitions from net to Premiere Elements ?Many free video editors have some modern transitions. I see free 100 for Premiere Probut is possible to have some in Elements ?

I couldn't find any way to report a bug to Adobe so, hopefully, this is the correct way to do so. Just installed Premiere Elements 2023 and decided to give the organizer a quick trial.  I pointed it at some folders and it immediately threw many assertion failures.  Tried other folders and the same assertions pop up -- looks like it's encountering something it can't hanlde but is not doing so very gracefully.  Screen shots below.  The latest cpp redist I've got installed is (I've got earlier ones as well):     

Hi All, I use an iphone X to shoot video in 4K at 60FPS.  I have windows 10 all patched up with the HEVC and HEIF add ons and I'm having a strage issue when I try to import media into premiere elements 2020.  It gives me an 'unable to import media error' that says "Your system needs to be configured to import HEVC or HEIF type of media.  Click on 'learn more' to know how to enable these formats for import.  And of course I do that and it takes me to a 404 error on the adobe site. The weird thing is it does import most of the videos but not all and I can't figure out why.  I'm not importing direct form the phone.  I have the files on a local drive.  The extensions are all .mov and it is able to import other .mov files...  maybe 150 out of 200.  I reset the add ons and tried to update everything but can't figure out what's going on.  Any ideas?

Hey there, I have a problem. I have Premiere Elements 12 (old I know) and I'm trying to edit something that involves movies. The picture is crisp as it should be but the audio has a weird glitch going on. the foreground audio (like the dialogue or lead singers) is either low or completely gone, but I can hear the background stuff (like the music, some sound effects, and background voices/singers). In short, it's not picking up all the audio properly. And there's nothing wrong with the movie file itself, I checked before importing it into the project and the audio is as crisp as the video quality, so I know it's my program I know this is a very unique and weird problem and a solution might be difficult to find but if anyone can help me that would be very much appreciated. Editing videos from on an ice surface (hockey rink) and want to get rid of background noise from people shooting the puck while explaining a drill to a goalie. I recorded with 5.1 channel on my camcodrer. What audio effect should remove the sounds of pucks off the glass?  I have premiere elemnets 2023 and the only effects I have are; channel volume, Delay, Fill left with right, Fill right with left, Highpass, Invert, Lowpass, simple notch filter, swap channels.  It seems I am missing denoiser. Thanks

Hello, I have a problem in Premiere Elements 2021, I cannot activate the function "render" anymore. When clicking on it, it just starts reading the project, but no rendering. No green line, neither red one...Thanks for your help! J-M

Hello, I have a problem with the quality of the images in the exported video.I created a several-minute movie from old shots from 20 years ago, which were 720x576 resolution. At the end of the video I wanted to throw in some photos takenalready with modern equipment, most of them in 2016x908 or 2160x3840 resolution. I have a huge problem with the quality of these photos after video export.The photos are blurry, pixels are visible, it's hard to recognize faces (videos look ok). It doesn't matter what options I choose for video export: whether I set 4K or 720p - the pictures are of terrible quality. I've tried reducing the photos to 720x576 and it has no effect.I suspect that the problem is the project settings, which have changed themselves to 720x576 and the program automatically brings the photos to such poor quality.Has anyone encountered such a problem and can it be remedied somehow?

Hi, I'd really appprieciate some help. I've been using Premiere since 2014 so I'm familiar with the set up, but I've recently encountered a problem I can't solve. Starting earlier this year, I've started to have a problem (with PE22) where my final export has started to contain random single frames. often several times in the timeline. The original files do not contain these additional frames. But when I export the final cut for the first time, the random frames 'sometimes' insert themselves on the timeline, and sometimes do not, but they always appear in the export. The random frame isn't blank, but from one of the other clips. Usually, but not always from the clip before. I can go back and manually cut out the added frame, but it's becoming a pain with every video. Tonight, I decided I had the solve the problem, so I did a fresh install of Premiere. However, I've finished my first project, and not only do I have several random frames (from other clips in the timel

Hi, I encountered a new problem with Sony a1 footage and don't know how to correct this. Hope the gurus can help me, PLEASE. I am still using PE 2020 Window version and never had an issue with Sony a1 footage until yesterday when I noticed layers of color bands -- red, green, blue, violet ... -- suddenly appearing on top of each footage. Please see attached snapshot. All sony clips are auto-captured as Rec 709. I uninstalled/re-installed the program and problem didnt go away. I tried using another computer but also showing same problem. How to correct this issue? Please help. Thank you for your time and patience. 🙂 TS 

Hi, does anyone know how I can add a different language (but still work in English) to Adobe Premier Elements 2023? I have searched a lot how to do this but only finding tutorials on adding custom language fonts for Premier Pro CC. I am trying to add Urdu font to the monitor screen on Elements 2023 but it appears as crossed boxes. I would really appreciate it if someone could help. I have the font installed on Windows and it works fine on Microsoft Word. I just can't add it onto my videos. 

I made the mistake of wearing a shirt that is the same color as the background so it looks like my head and hands are floating in space. Is there anyway to fix that.
