Hi all, I'm still learing PE 2022, and did something stupid. I created a project (near done w/ it) on custom sequnce settings and unbeknownst to me it changed the settings when clips were added. My recordings are in 2650 x 1440 and the project settings I had were the same. When I added media to it, I never checked the settings and continued working on it. It automatically changed the settings to 1280 x 720. I have spent hours working on this project and don't want to have to do it all over again. My questions:- Is there a way to transfer the clips with all edits, texts, audio, etc. over to a new project with the correct sequence settings?- If there is, would it affect the video quality? Thank you for any info you have! It was stuupid of me not to check the settings after clips were added, I've definitley learned that mistake. I just don't want to be forced into biting the bullet and having to do it all over again.  Thank you!

Is it necessary to install both of these programs to get them to work? I've only installed Premiere Elements on my MacOS (v.11.6.6) so far, and I can't get the Photo Editor or Organizer to open.

what is the system requrements for Premiere Elements 2019? I have windows 10  21H2 version.  

Why can't I get the Drop Shadow setting to save in Premiere Elements 2021? I click on the drop shadow box, set my angle, distance, softness and looks great. when I play it, its not there and when I return to those settings they are reset to zero. Is this a glitch? I'm using Windows 10.

It's been forever since I have started a new project and I have a newer HP computer. Spec of Processor:  Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHzInstalled Ram:  16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)Since I have not done a project in a long time I still have installed on this computer Adobe Premier Elements 12. When I go to it and click "start a new project" is scrolls across, then quits and never opens.Are they not compatible, or is the program too old, any suggestions would be great. Thanks  

Okay I am trying to change my VOB file and am looking for a free converter as this will be a one time project. I downloaded VLC for Windows and it converted the file but the quality was extremely poor. It was faded and the image "jumped" and pixelated. I then downloaded a program from MOVAI and the quality was great but ----- they wanted me to buy the program and I didn't want to do that for a one time project.I am thinking that I get what a "pay for" or don't pay for, it there any other solution to this project? I can't do an img burn as the quality of the disk has deteriorated and won't play through the whole way. So I am trying to do a work around without having to redo the whole project.  That is why I would like to be able to convert the file that I already have. Thanks

I've found multiple threads about a very similar or even same problem and they weren't resolved, so here I'll go and try it again:My Elements program doesn't recognize newly added footage as un-rendered (colored in yellow/orange) anymore and when I press render, it just plays the video from the beginning instead of rendering anything.I am 100% sure that the footage has yet to be rendered, because it's still choppy and blurred in the final exported video, as that is where rendering should come in.I've tried a lot of things from unchecking settings for media to adding more footage or adjustment layers that should add a new piece of unrendered footage or even reinstalling or updating the software, but nothing worked so far. Is there anyone experiencing a similar problem or knows how to fix this? It's only been happening ever since a recent update and all of the old footage in my project is still rendered ("green").

Under my Adobe PE preview files folder I have a PRV folder and in it are rendered AVI files. When I select a file and input it into a DVD maker program I get the video portion but no sound. Is there a way to be able to also input the sound that is with that file?  This came from a PE 12 project

The render function in premiere elements 2019 recently stopped working without any noticeable differences to my system or video files. I click render andmy default audio hardwa the video just started playing. I upgraded to premiere elements 2021 hoping it would fix it. No dice. I've deleted rendered files for all projects and tried changing the default audio hardware as was suggested in other threads. Still no luck.  The last thing I tried was letting an hour long zoom video play through in it's entirety after clicking render, hoping it would actually render the timeline. It didn't. Got the same choppy, impossible to edit video. Any idea what the problem could be?

Bonjour,quel enfer pour contacter adobe ...j'ai changé ma carte mere et j'ai oublié de desactivé le produit adobe premiere element.Résultat premiere ne se lance plus j'ai tout essayé comme desactivé l'appareil sur mon compte mais aucun appareil apparait alors que je rentre le numero de serie au demmarage il me dit bien qu'il est activé sur un autre appareil.j'ai desinstallé reinstallé, fermé des sessions sur mon compte ... rien a faire.Impossible de les contacter aucun sav rien, plusieurs projets videos et plus moyen d'ouvrir premiere element.je sais plus quoi faire.a votre bon coeur

Bonjour, je viens de tester la version gratuite d'Adobe premier element: vidéo sur youtube "la truite de Basile 2022". je trouve que le montage vidéo ne permet pas de restituer la qualité des vidéos ressources ( gopro hero 9). J'avais une version très ancienne d'adobe qui ne me donnait pas satisfaction non plus. avez vous une explication sur cette perte de qualité? y a t'il des solutions? merci pour votre réponse.Hervé Brun

I cannot get OBS to work with Premiere Elements I do not know if it is just not compatible entirely or what 

We are having a problem with Adobe Premiere Elements where video clips keep getting corrupted. The clips play fine in other players on the same laptop but fail to play from either Projet Assets or the Timeline. The only solution we have found is to delete the file(s) from the project, rename them in File Explorer and then re-add them. (Renaming is important, just re-adding doesn't work... like there is some meta data in Elements that is still around). Attached is a video of a good clip followed by a bad one. This keeps happening and is very frustrating. I don't even know what to search on to describe the video problem.

This graphic processor was added to the list of supported cards just under 2 years ago and everything was fine.  Then just under a year ago Prem Elements (2021) suddenly started saying it was detected but unsupported.  Community Professional Ann Bens solved the problem by telling me to add it to the list here: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Premiere Elements\19.0\Online\Hw Acc Render\All_Lang\HW\Files\allowlisted_cards.txt Now nearly a year on it has become unsupported again!!  Any help greatly appreciated

How can i get a refund for premiere elements? it was working finr for a while and now wont even load. ive har enough of trying to solve it. cost me like GBP90 and id like my money back. useless product.

Running fully updated Premiere Elements 2022 on a brand new Alienware R10 with RTX 3080 Ti graphics and AMD Ryzen 5950x CPU. Also running the latest NVIDIA Studio  Driver (V 516.94). Whenever I add animation to text and then render, the render hangs on frame 1. If I double-click the text clip, Elements freezes and must be closed. Everything works OK as long as there aren't any text animations (which I need for my project).I've rebooted multiple times and tried with HW acceleration enabled and disabled. Inexplicably, GPU accelerated effects option isn't available because Elements does not support RTX 3080 Ti.

When working on a project, playback freezes and when I restart it will play for 10-15 seconds or less and freeze again. The only way I can playback the whole project is to unplug my network connection. Premiere Elements is the only program that does this. This is not normal, does Adobe have a fix for this bug?

When adding text to titles in premiere 2020 Im finding the addition takes a while to appear . I have checked the recommended settings  70% disc and cache at 4  the Ram is 16  . is there a cpu issue I wonder? Can anybody help ? It does seem to only happened recently I dont remember seeing this problem last year 

I try to install new update to Preimere Elemets 2020 but is not working?I get message that my windows or browser is out of support?I using Windows 10 and Chrome browser.Any ideas?

Hi,I have been using this software for years and on my latest project the videos play fine on my drive, then when imported to the time line they are jumping, corrupt, not playing.... I have re-installed premier elements and it has done nothing... also updated nvidia card. Nothing. The videos are just not playing right in many parts... why!!!

Tengo editada la película con los marcadores de menu de pelicula en la línea de tiempo. Cuando exporto la pelicula solo me envía el vídeo y el audio pero no el menú. ¿Como puedo hacer para que me aparezca el menú en el resultado destino?
