Using a PC and APE 2019.

I've accidentally switched on Menu Themes before burning a video to a DVD. How can I switch it off again, please?

Thanks for any help the group can provide.  I'm making a simple video of photos for my in-law's 60th anniversary.    After export into an MPEG4 option,  the landscape oriented images are boxed into the narrow portrait mode, rather than displaying wider on the screen. All portrait images show up great.  I have tried every single option for export -- see options image attached.  ALL of them offer portrait mode only, and the ones that look like they will offer wider options for landscape still look the like image attached.  The Adobe Premiere Elements help screen shows lots of landscape options, but none show up on my export options. I've tried every option for exporting this video and the landscape images will not go wider than the portrait mode images.  

Hi there.  How can I set up 2 screens on Adobe Premier Elements so that I can work on 1 screen and see my work in full screen on the other?

Just lost a complete hours worth of work in Adobe Premiere Elements, it normally auto saves every so often but apparently wasn't this time, because it didn't save anything I did from the time I opened my project an hour ago. This is not the first time, and I spent hours trying to find a solution. I bought Elements so I didn't have to tie myself to some rediculous subscription plan. But this program is almost unusable. So sad that a company like Adobe can put out such garbage and not even support it. Guess I'll be researching a new video editing solution.

I purchased the Photoshop and Premier elements bundle from Dell.  When I look at my product registration on Adobe's myaccount it shows Photoshop Elements but not Premier Elements.  I thought these were two different software packages.  Should both show on my registered products?

I have created quite a lot of new titles/text templates and my computer has now become very slow when working in Adobe. I would therefore like to delete them but cant find out how. I have deleted them from "project assets" in the project i created them in but they dont disappear from the "library" (add titles and text to your clip) where you find all titles. Does anyone know how? And i have tried to right click on the title in question but no option occurs.  

I'm using Premiere Elements 2021 (V 19.0)I have a silent video to which I've added a song soundtrack.  The video is a bit too long and I'd like to remove a verse from the song, then edit my video track to suit the length of the "new" song.  I don't seem to be able to edit the sound track separately however.  Clipping on the timeline affects both video and audio and deleteing the clipped timeline deletes both video and audio.  Could someone let me know if there's a way to shorten the audio separately from the video?Thank you.

The mixer shows the audio during play but there's no sound. The same files are audible during normal playback in 3 different players. Am I missing a setting or switch?

I just bought elements to begin editing videos. However, I'm unable to import any video of any length into the software to begin editing. Anytime I try, it says, "This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed." Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hi,I found this scratch disk location bug with Premiere Elements 2021, but the same problem exists in 2022. I open a project and change locaion -Now I make changes to my project, save it and open the project again. I find the scratch disks location have been changed to original -Now I open the file with Premiere Elements 2018, do the same and now eveything is fine. The reason I want to keep the scratch disks location separte is to keep the project folder clean. But now I cannot. It looks like garbage -With 2/3 updated after the release of Premiere Elements 2022 for Windows, I believe Adobe team took this application seriously. My request is to look into this issue and fix it before the next release.

Hello, I upgraded  from Elements 16 to Elements 2022 and now some things don't work as well as they should, or at all! I'm on Windows 10 on a fast machine purchased for film editing.Pan and Zoom shows me the whole video clip that was filmed, not just the segment I want to work on, so I have to guess where to put the boxes, check the preview and adjust, time and time again to get the zoom or pan where I want it to be.If I use an old video (not filmed in 4K) as B roll, there is some weird metalic fuzziness on my finished video as it transitions from the old footage back to my new 4K footage. I can't see this in Elements while I'm editing, it only shows once the video is exported.All transitions, like film fade or cross fade, also have the metalic fuzziness on the finished video, but not on the timeline.Any suggestions for how to change these issues would be very gratefully received.

Hello, I just purchased and installed PRE 2022 v20.0 (20220702.Git.main.e4f8578). My video card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) is listed as a recommended card. It is detected by PRE 2022 but it is not supported. My PC runs Windows 10 Pro v21H2 and the CPU is Intel i9-9900K w/ 32GB memory, C drive is Samsung SSD 970 PRO 512GB, D drive is WD Black 2TB HDD. I have the latest NVIDIA Studio driver installed for the video card. Also, the video card IS detected and supported by PSE 2022, and PS 2022 v23.4.2. Is there a solution to fix this?Thanks for your help. A few screenshots are below.

I've been using APE 11 since its release, to edit my holiday movies, and have had no previous problems with it. However, for part of the movie that I am currently editing, the video is running slowly and is out of synch with the audio. The clip in question is of considerable length - around 50 minutes - and I'm wondering whether this may be related to the problem, although another possibly relevant factor is that, unlike the rest of the movie, the clip is from a Samsung Galaxy 'phone, whereas the rest of the movie clips are from a JVC Everio and an iPhone. Thanks for any advice.

I just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 and to be honest I'm shocked by the performance! Everything is jerky and sometimes takes seconds until something happens! Even Drag & Drop of some pictures to the timline is a mess.I am using an iMac 27" 2020 with macOS Monterey 12.4, 40 GB RAM and SSD.I do not need all the possibilities of premiere pro, so i bought PE 2022. But now i am very unhappy to have spent money for that....Also the "Update-Button" is grey and cannot be used. The istalled Verion is 20220702.Git.mai.e4f8578...

Hi,i want to use the Motion Titles. I can put one of the available Motion Titles to my timeline and that works. My question is, how can i change the default background picture of the motion title?When I go to the background tab there is a dropdown with a selected "Backgroundimage" but no option to change the image. How can i change it? Thank you

I would think this is a simple task, but I'm not finding how to replace an existing picture with a different one on the timeline. I've finished adding transitions and music, so I'd like to keep all that in place. Is there a way to simply replace an existing picture for a different one?

What is the easiest way to use the Photoshop Elements Organizer with Premiere Elements? By search on Adobe Support I found the following on how to use the Photoshop Elements Organizer with Premiere Elements:Right-click/Control-click the media file, and select Edit With Premiere Elements. . . .You can open Adobe Premiere Elements for editing video files using the Editor > Video Editor option in Elements Organizer.Organize your photos, video files, and audio clips in Elements Organizer, and drag them onto the Adobe Premiere Elements Project panel.(1) The first 2 don't work because I get a box telling me to install Premiere Elements (already installed, with a permanent license) from a DVD, or to download it from Adobe. Hello...I need help with title effects.. I need to make a "Star Wars" effect for the intro title but I cant seem to find the way into the Basic 3d effect, can anyone help me with that? By the way 🙂 I'm using Adobe elements 2018 Martin 

Hi everyone! I recently picked up Adobe Premire ELEMENTS (the 2021 version) for the first time ever to help me make reels for instagram, but for the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to use some of this programs settings. This is despite their being a beginner mode and an expert mode.For some reason, some of my settings appeared to be "locked" and I do not know why. Can anyone tell me why this is and how I can fix this?My copy of Adobe Premire ELEMENTS also seems to look fairly different compared to some of the versions that I've seen in Youtube channels which kind of just adds to my fustration.    Text edited by mod: changed Pro to Elements.

Is is possible to crop the sides of my video to narrow it? I dont want to scale it cause that zooms in and i dont want to do that. The recording is wider than i want, but I cant find a crop tool anywhere. I use Premiere Elements 2022.

Hello.I bought HEVC codec on the MS Store but the file still won't import neither in Premiere Elements nor in Elements Organizer. The files are from an iPhone 11 so should be pretty standard. Everything works fine with HEIF files or playing the HEVC file in the default reader from Windows 11.Also, if the problem cannot be resolved, does someone know how to get money back ? It seems required to contact support but none seems available.
