Premiere Rush

Hello,It started with the video track not showing in my projects — only the audio track was visible, with a black screen. Now all my projects are gone. I saw the message “Are your projects missing? Connect to Wi-Fi or enable the option ‘Allow sync over mobile network’ in the settings.”I’ve done that, but I still don’t see my projects. I’m also unable to add new media or create a new project — the “Create” button remains inactive. Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you very much!

So yesterday i open premiere rush and all of my projects are playing double speed, (not an issue with just speeding up a video funciton) they are all set to normal speed. If i create a new project it plays double speed right away, all old projects play double speed, this is only happening on my laptop, surface laptop 3,  running windows 11, never had any issues until yesterday. have been on to adobe support multiple times, tried many things, but no resolution. to me it seems just in general the playback is stuttering fast, even if i use the speed funciton to half the speed of the video it sounds stuttering, im thinking could it be a hardware issue on the laptop? has anyone come across this and resolved?

Every time I upload it won't open any files because it says not supported  on iPad & iPhone ?

Bonjour, je monde des vidéos sur Rush depuis un an ; les plantages étaient réguliers mais là c'est catastrophique, il tourne un temps, puis commence à planter, puis n'arrête plus...J'ai l'abonnement premium et pourtant impossible de synchroniser mes projets sur Ipad Pro pour les récupérer ailleurs 😭 La video fait 1Go ce qui avant ne posait pas de problème, j'ai perdu un temps fou (travailler à ce rythme est infernal vous passez plus de temps à relancer qu'à travailler - et tout recommencer sur une autre appli... aucun support réel de Adobe... format video H264 30fps.

I'm having issues with exporting video with Adobe Rush on a iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest IOS update. Each time I export a movie it loses its color sharpness. Sometimes it even gets slightly pixelated. Has anyone else had this issue? I just reinstalled Rush to see if that would fix it but it didn't work. Any thoughts?

Hi, Adobe Rush mobile app cannot create a new project after adding videos. iOS 18.2 iPhone 16Pro. Videos have HDR turned off.  

Hello, I have instaled app Premiere Rush on iPad Pro and after start of the app, I only got spinning blue wheel, but I cant start a new project. Please do You have any idea how to solve this issue? Thank You very much.

I'm using Premiere Rush on my iPhone 15 Pro. Here are the steps that led to this problem: Create a project.Add video as source.Trim and add fade/black transition effect.Check playback in Rush and it's perfect.Export to 1080p, matching framerate. Completes successfully, no errors.The end of the exported video repeats about the last 1/4 to maybe 1/3 second of audio. Once this happened, I went back and looked at some other videos I've made with the same workflow and some of them have the problem, but not all. Some videos used 1080p30fps HEVC source, some used 4K30fps HEVC source. This sucks because I otherwise like this app - I use Premiere Pro and this app seemed like a handy way to do quick edits with a familiar interface and posting on social media while in the field. Trim to find a good segment, fade in, fade out. Capcut or even iMovie can handle that without messing it up.  I've attached an example where it happens. 

Hello, I have had motion graphic templates as .mogrt files used for a while. We recently updated our stock color palette and had a few that we used over and over that I wanted to make sure were updated. So, to be clear, they were made in Premiere Pro, not After Effects, around 2020-2021, following the same instructions from Adobe at the time. Now, when I follow the same steps in the latest version of Premiere Pro to a motion graphic that has the exact same properties as before, just changing the color, and follow the same steps, it refuses to load in Adobe Premiere Rush, giving me this error:I have also tried adding them to a Motion Graphics Templates Creative Cloud library, and those do not load in Rush. From this forum post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/mogrt-not-installing-in-rush/td-p/12757540 The apparent workaround was to export from Premiere Pro v 15.4.3. Plantage sur application Rush sur Ipad Pro.Malgré l'effacement de projets, donc pas de problèmes d'espace. Plus de mise à jour ?! ralentissement terrible du rythme de travail, plantage à chaque cut, et plus d'export 😞Help ? 

Premiere Rush App needs to recognise emojis!! Every time I need an emoji I have to save the transparent image to my files and import it in.  Super annoying. Please add this feature in asap

Need automated captions in Premiere Rush app ASAP.   How is this not a feature yet?

Pleaaaase add auto tracking for masks, images, text etc. over videos in Premiere Rush.  This would make my workflow tons tons easier. How is this not a feature already?

The timeline is out of sync again. 2.30 turns into 3.00 sec and 2 clips of 1.15 turns into something like 3.09 on the timeline. Terrible because I want my clips to be 1.15 and the total of the sequence to be within 1 min.  The problem occured before on an Iphone. Then it was solved and since the newest version the problem is back again. 

Hi Adobe team, I've looked through the discussions in the community and can see that there's currently no support to import custom .mogrt files designed in After Effects, into Premiere Rush. I just wanted to see if this is likely to change in the future? What's the intention behind that? Where is Premiere Rush heading in the future?is it worth educating or encouraging others in our team to use Rush if features are going to be removed? I just amconcerned about committing to a lite version of software, that may just be dropped from Adobe in the future.  Thanks, Josh

my video was fine yesterday, and now a part of the clip i showing af red background with at !.. why is that, and how do i get my old video back, with out begin from scratch agian?

This app crashes so often and it takes forever to load the videos I try to edit or doesn't load at all. What can be done about this? 

After I edited a video using Rush, every time I wanted to save the file to the desktop, a message popped up at a fixed point in time asking for the HEVC extension module, but I already had this module. Then the software crashed and would no longer continue converting. This is not the performance of a paid software. Don't question my hardware, I have a top-notch computer

Can I get help with something? So whenever I try to open a project I get a gray screen and it is like that for everyone of them, even new ones I start. They shouldn't be corrupted and I don't know what could be causing this.

FYI: Need a reverse speed effect for your video clips? Unfortunately, this is not possible directly within Rush, but you can run clips through the Creative Cloud App's "Quick Actions" for video. You can also use Creative Cloud Express from the browser. One of these quick actions is to reverse the video. Drag the clip into the drop zone, make choices around speed and sound, process the clip by pressing the Download button, then import the resulting clip into Rush. I have tried this, and it's straightforward to do.   Although the effect is not natively inside Rush, at least you can do what you want with an Adobe tool you can access. I hope the info helps.   You can upvote this feature request if you want to see the effect natively within Rush.

Greetings all, I am having an issue with Rush. I can use Pan & Zoom on Windows with no problem. I cannot use it on mac with video clips. Is this a bug or is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

Hi!  When i go to export my project I keep getting a error message telling me to try again. (Mobile version of rush run on Samsung s24) Vid is 7 min long consisting of video filmed on Samsung s24 and iPhone, Mostly 4k. I've added a track and some text. Some iPhone videos seemed to not be supported as they could not play back while editing. Even if I remove those I still get an error message when exporting. Any remedies?  //Felix 

Frustrated with Premiere Rush on iPad Pro (with latest iOS) being unable to edit text for title overlays.  Also surprised it does not have a text button to simply add titles.  I have to use the built in titles but I can't change the text from the default text.  Tutorials show to select the title in the timeline and then double click to edit in the preview window.  It selects the text but won't edit it.  Also tutorial show there should be a text layers option on the right side of the screen, which I don't get on iPad.
