Premiere Rush

The picture of my videos has disappeared, it's completely black. It says media file is missing. How can I remedy this?

When uploading a video from my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) into Adobe rush. The audio isn't matching the video when I'm speaking ie it looks out of time. Even after publishing it's also out of time. This has happened on multiple occasions now. So far I've cleared cache, no change.  Note-  when I play the original video file in standard gallery in my phone the timing is fine 

I would like to have support for multiple audio tracks separated on the timeline when imported, rather than it merging into one, and ability to pull Title metadata from the audio track if it exists. If I look at the audio details tab, it shows multiple left and right channels, i.e. if I have two tracks, it has L, R, L, R. But I have no idea which track is which without listening to them one by one. The imported video asset has metadata titles for each track.Premier Pro do separate them into different tracks, but Rush does not. But it also seems like Premier Pro does not pull the metadata Title for those tracks.

I have issues with app after use the app for long time now I can't use it with my 4k video it's not showing my video pictures only voice with out picture 

Before the new iPhone update I was able to upload cinematic videos. Never had any issue editing them but now I can't even upload them. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice would help. 

I can't export Rush videos on my iPad. I created these videos on iPad. The message I got is' unable to render successfully'. Please help. 

My videos inside my projects have disappeared. I still have images and audio. I have logged out and logged back in with no luck. How do I fix this?Thank you!

Is there any sort of “known issue” with Adobe Premiere Rush crashing? After downloading Premiere Rush from the Creative Cloud Desktop and can open the software without issue. When “Create a New Project” and open a folder that has a video file in it the app crashes. When I open a folder that only has subfolders, JPEGs, and/or MP3 file types there are no issues. But if the folder has even just a single .mp4 file in it the screen displays the “not responding” message and then closes the app. Attached is the full error log. Any advice would be appreciated. ThanksEric  

Please add an art board background colour change option. So when changing the format of a clip it's easy to see if the image fills the space. When you have a light coloured clip with a black background it’s impossible to tell where the format of the clip ends and the background art board starts. I’ve had to download view and adjust a finished movie several times to eliminate a black line top or bottom or both. 

PLEASE, add mp3 creating button if we want to export just only voice part, and also copy and paste subtitles function to ad our own subtitles not writing by hand but using copy and paste function. And also selecting voices to apply them all one sound effect, too- now we do it one by one, it takes much more time. Also if you can add screen photo download to use as thumb or cover to the videos it will be great!thank you for your attention, hope soon we will use this new functions..

Please allow size and position coordinate to be entered to match up start and end frames. Currently it can take hours to match up the start and end of clips so where the clip ends and the other starts are in the same position. Using your finger to move the end to match up with the start of the next clip is frustrating. Even on an iPad where the image is bigger it's still hit and miss. I've tried adding a dissolve transition to hide the mismatched change but it doesn't work that well. If there was a way to type on the end and start positions of motion it would be life changing when using rush. 

I can't seem to find a function that will allow me to simply add text to a video segment.  Instead, I am forced to use the Title, Transitions, and Overlays, that I have to manipulate.  Please help!!!

HELP there is no way to extend the time of a still image! The typical arrows do not show up to drag. 

Probably a common question, but why does why my export lag at around the 50% mark? I've tried all framerates and the more I try to fix it, the video now lags in the app. What is going on? I edited a 33-minute vlog that I can't use, or even watch myself now!

Hi Recently, I have had an issue with my project audio being out of sync of the video, when I have cut the clips into smaller segments. The initial clip seems to be in sync but the other ones are not. The final clip is also out of sync slightly.   I have an image describing my issue here:   Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My premiere rush app keeps crashing when I try to export my video. It's only a minute long video with no effects or transitions. I've restarted the app, deleted and redownloaded, and it continuously crashes. I've been using this app for the last 2 years and have never had any issues. Any tips are appreciated.

Hello, I can't add audio files from my laptop (Dell). When I click on the "Audio" button, it opens the "Browse Audio" window. Very frustrating... Restarting the app doesn't help either... Does anyone know anything about this?

I have an HP Victus and recently downloaded the Adobe Premier Rush application from Creative Cloud. However, when I try to edit a video, I don't see the preview of the video, there is only a gray hole where I'm supposed to be able to see how the video is coming along, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

Can anyone please help? None of the nice titles are available in my Rush. It's just the basic ones + one I have used a lot before. It does not make sense. I am on an iPhone. But it looks the same on desktop version. It's a corporate account. So I don't think we have access to Adobe stock and Portfolio

So premier Rush tends to crash every time I try to record anything with an external microphone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Rush now and lost the entire project I was working on. I've tried to contact adobe several times to resolve this issue before. Seems they'd rather their users use other software.... totally left in the dark here. As I type this I've decided I'm over it. I'm done with adobe. Deleting and cancelling my subscription now. Was fun before you ruined it with whatever you did to make things not work.... You computer people are trash

So I have a video clip all chopped up in Rush, edited 1:50 down to 0:15 sec, but when I export it, the colors in some clips are completely off. Washed out, overexposed, it looks horrible. I didn't touch the color or do any edits aside from splitting, at any point. When editing, the color is as it should be, not until export does the issue arise. I've been using rush for years, this is the first time I've encountered this terrible issue.
