Premiere Rush

Message / Bug Description:Dear Adobe Team,I am experiencing a consistent crash in Adobe Premiere Rush (v2.10.0.30) on a HP ZBook Power 16 G11 equipped with Intel Iris Xe and NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada GPU.The crash occurs immediately after clicking on the "Sample Media" panel on the main screen.  Since updates happened the premiere rush does not sync anymore on my iphone although i have tried to re install install from both devices. All of my work is not even uploaded properly on devices. This is frustrating for me working on projects that i need to finish in time. I hope that the engineers will have a look at this problems to avoid the future issues . Is there someone else experiencing same issue?

Everytime i complete editing. I try to export everytime it crashes or stuck on 0%. I use iphone 15 pro max. Please resolve this. It wasted my lot of time on editing and my storage is having lot of space i checked.

I have a subscription, but I can't download premium videos.

As a dancer who uses Rush for most of my videos, I love the app but there's one feature that would be a game-changer: automatic audio sync. In Premiere Pro, I can select my video and an MP3 track, right-click "Synchronize" > "Synchronize by audio" and it automatically syncs perfectly.Getting that perfect alignment between the beat and movement is crucial for dance videos, but doing it by hand is time-consuming and frustrating.For dancers and music-driven creators, auto-sync would eliminate one of the biggest pain points in our workflow and make Rush truly indispensable. Would love to see this considered for future updates!

I can't export my project in rush and it also says I have no network connection but I have internet and I am up to date on the payments for the apps. The program keeps crashing on my iPad 

At which point will we get auto captioning on Adobe Rush? How is it possible that free apps have this feature, but this advanced, paid app doesn't have something that is geared toward social media content creation?

Please tell me the new replacement name of the other audio filter, with a different name. And please tell me where to find it in the Adobe Premier Rush mobile App?   [Subject changed by moderator]

You'd think such a simple feature would be a no-brainer in an app like Rush, but no. You'd think maybe it's possible to add a graphics overlay to censor part of a video but no.... all the graphics have nothing to do with blocking out anything. Could the team literally just add a graphic that pixelates whatever's underneath it? Or some graphic that doesn't have any of those stupid animations so that it could actually be used for, you know, hiding stuff? I see there was this suggestion that was completely ignored despite having active engagement. https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423/suggestions/36225406. Maybe it's about time to listen to what users want?

The Rush app keeps crashing at 74% when trying to export a 300MB video. I've tried several times to export, each time the app immediately shuts down. 

Add auto captions in Premier Rush same as CapCut. 

Hi, I'm on iOS 18.4.1 and premiere rush just won't load. I tried uninstalling, singing out and changing network, nothing help. I didn't have any issues before. If I try to select videos for editing, it won't let me create the project. Any tips please?

I can't use the features(adding audio, titles, graphics) because its stating I don't have internet connection. Yet, everything in my home, including the device I'm working on with the app, has connection.

This may seem like a silly question and I'm sure I can find this information in many places but I figured I'd give this a shot. How do I add text to the beginning of a video 

I would like functions for correcting exposure, sharpness, focus, etc. like for photos in Photoshop.

Everytime i click  download in 4k it goes to the upgrade page and once I click ot says that I already subscribe on the plan. 

Your app is not working properly. I synchronized the video does not export. There is also no option to add text. I pay so much money, I can't get the price.

When going to export my video to my computer, I get this error message about the HEVC codec. I was informed by an Adobe employee that Premiere Rush is free. Additionally, I never received this message any of the times when I had an active Adobe plan.
