I am using Acrobat Reader DC that I downloaded online for a very long time now. Today, I opened a PDF from my email using the Acrobat Reader. Then I saved it into my laptop. The first time this occurred, when I was saving it. Then the 3 other times, it saved properly, there was no pop-up. When I checked and opened the files again, that's when the error poped-up and it didn't have any words on it. How do I fix this?  (I have seen the other disscussion, it has nothing to do with the scanner firmware. I don't have one.)

Hello fellow Community,  i have troubles to get my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 starting...Installation looks fine with my licence key but after starting up the program it forces me to login into my adobe account. By clicking on the button i get an error:  Windows version is out of date / Browser version is out of date "This end then in en endless loop of login and error messages. - Microsoft Surface 3- Win 10 Pro- Win Version: 20H2- Standard Browser: Chrome Any ideas? thx in advance. 

I have 64-bit Windows 10 with 32-bit Office 2016 installed. The 32-bit reader worked fine on this machine for years.  But after an automatic upgrade to 64-bit reader, the PDF preview in Outlook no longer works, says there is no PDF previewer installed.  Inspection of Outlook settings confirms no PDF previewer available. It seems the only solution is to revert to 32-bit reader, but I cannot find any way to do that.  The installer uses the 64-bit version because the OS is 64-bits.  Is there a way to force installation of the 32-bit reader on 64-bit Windows 10? 

After I digital sign a document in Reader, the next signer is unable to sign in their respective field on the form. Why would that be?

I have a user who is trying to open PDF attachments in Outlook 365. PDF attachments will open a window and the document or image actually appears, but after about 10-15 seconds, Reader DC displays "Not Responding" at the top of the window, and Outlook hangs. To gain control of Outlook again, one has to exit Outlook and restart the app. I've tried going to Acrobat Reader DC and unclicking "Show onlin estorage when opening files", "Show online storage when saving files", and Show me messages when I loaunch Acrobat Reader", and the problem remains. I tried doing a repair install and also a full uninstall/reinstall of Acrobat Reader DC and this did  not solve the problem.  The user can save the PDF attachments and then open them  from File Manager, but it would be a lot  more efficient to be able to open the PDF attachments form inside Outlook.  Has anyone seen this happen and know of a fix?

I've been trying to apply an image as a signature on a document, but while the image (.jpg) looks fine when I open it separately, it appears as a negative (i.e. white signature on a black background) when I insert it. While I can change the "color" of the image using the Fill & Sign menu bar, it only changes the background to white, while keeping the signature white as well. Using Acrobat Reader DC.

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 21.005.20060.50737, re-installed on my laptop on August 20,2021, while trying to solve my problem. Adobe Acrobat Reader becomes unresponsive after loading a pdf file. I can view the top half of the first page, but cannot scroll down the page, and cannot close the Reader.

I am creating a document with links to different online manuals.  Most of these manuals already have a link, I can just right click and find the link so I can add that to my document.  There is one manual where I right click and the link to the PDF doesnt show up.   How can i see the link of an already existing linked PDF? Ideally, i just want the reader to click from my document to the PDF document. Any help appreciated.

So I am trying to print a book with Booklet Print handling and it doesn't seem right because in the end it would have some extra emty space. So I tried to create a PDF with numbering to understand how it worksI have a 1-page document which Page 1 (C as in cover) and Page 16 are the Covers of the bookSo Adobe should normally recognize and print pairs (1-16, 2-15,....) 8 sheets for 16 pages even distributed. This book I have correctly printed1(C)     2     3      4      5     6    7    816       15   14     13   12   11   10   9 But then with my other 30-page document (Page 1 and 30 are cover pages) , I don't understand why they don't pair the same anymore? For the first two pages 1 and 2, it pairs with nothing (I placed the X for illustration). and it start with 3-3

Hi, I'm trying to annotate pdfs, and every few minutes acrobat reader crasses - so frustrating. have tried the repair option in the help menu, and have checked for updates - all to no avail. When it does crash, a box appears - that I assume should contain the error code - but it's just blank, so I don't even know which error I'm dealing with. Any ideas, please? A

Since July 2021 we have picked excessive data usage on some clients. Only recently discovered that AdobeCollabSync.exe is the cause of this.When AdobeCollabSync.exe is running it can consume in excess of 50GB per day on some clients depleting user mobile data in minutes. Current version in estate is 2021.001.20155 where the issue was detected. Upgraded to 2021.005.20060 with the same results. Tested a previous version 2021.001.20145 where this issue does not occur, but we cannot go back to an older version and is in the process of deploying 2021.005.20060. Note, Process AdobeCollabSync.exe can be triggered by launching Adobe Reader DC > Edit > Preferences > Trust Manager. Trigger any of the AATL or EUTL "Update Now" buttons. Current work around is to rename AdobeCollabSync.exe but this is causing slow response in Adobe Acrobat DC Reader when users are trying to digitally sign or edit some documents.Chat support directed me to p

I have created a document with a set of instructions for a workflow. The user should be able to start several applications (all known to be safe) by clicking hyperlinks in the document. This works fine in Word, but from the PDF it returns an Acrobat Reader error (translated from dutch): This file was set to be started by this PDF-file. This is not allowed by the system administrator. Some paths are local paths (C:/Program Files), while some others are UNC server paths. If the user copies the hyperlink into explorer, the application starts just fine. Therefor it must be an error from within Acrobat Reader. I believe it worked fine a few weeks ago, but somehow this error came up since the last 2 to 4 weeks. Has anyone experienced this issue, and have you been able to correct it? We would like to allow the user to start a trusted application from the PDF file

Is a 64-bit version of Adobe Reader to download on Server 2012 R2? The current version of the adobe reader taking high CPU when opening pdf.So, we are wondering if there is a 64 bit version of Adobe Reader.

Recently all newly created pdf files saved show a created date of _ _ 2010. Does not show current date created, modified etc. Why it use to???????

I'm on the latest version of Adobe Reader DC 32 bit Continuous (21.005.20060) on Windows 10 and I am trying to install the Microsoft Information Protection Plugin. I am able to install it (meaning it's detecting the correction Reader DC product), but it doesn't appear in Reader DC anywhere. Is there a step I'm missing, other than just installing the plugin?

When printing PDF files, I am unable to change the orientation of printing. I can only print in "landscape" orientation although the print dialogue is set to "portrait". the printer settings are correct and I have downloaded the latest printer driver. All other files print correctly.This problem has only arisen in the last few days. Prior to that it was ok.

Hello, Is there any way your can change the page sizing so its like the picture 2? Picture 1 is the default Oage sizing and handling  The Default printer is a Label printer who has custom configuration in mm. see picture 3.
