Hello, Since the latest update on 12 febrary 2026, we have some bug :  We receive calls for tenders via PDF forms, we fill in the required fields, and we accept the offer, which creates an email in the drafts folder of our Gmail account with the completed data, the address of the recipient of the offer, and the PDF attached to the email.But since the update, it no longer works, even though I have checked several settings:The default email application is GMAIL.The email address is configured in Acrobat in the messaging section.I tape next : Accrobat Reader waiting with this screen and open a new google web page.i have the latest version : With a computer on  Windows 11 25H2 Can you help me ? 

For many years I have had trouble free borrowing from Borrow Box.Having changed my computer and moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11 I have experienced difficulties.I can borrow a book, download it to the computer and so read it but the transfer to my e-reader via Adobe Digital Editions no longer functions.I have ensured that the edition of ADE is current, even dis-installing and installing again but on opening the app I am confronted with a blank page. The top line with "File Edit Reading Help" is all that appears, there is no list of books borrowed, "Help" indicates it is authorised to the computer but downloaded thumb print fails to open. Can you please advise as I have no further ideas

acrobat reader使用時、すべてのツールのメニューでいずれかを選択するとメニュー画面が消える症状が発生しました。添付の通りです。原因がわかる方いらっしゃいましたら教えていただきたいです。Macユーザーです。＊再起動は試しております。 

Update 21208 of Acrobat Reader breaks the app, it won’t start on Windows 7.It shows “This program couldn’t launch because the object api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing” or something along those lines....Please fix. Acrobat Reader 32-bit, Win 7 SP1 64-bit

Since installing KB5074109 the WebBrowser component can no longer load PDF’s within applications utilising Windows WebBrowser component.Instead of displaying Adobe and the PDF in the browser a grey screen appears and the Adobe Acrobat Reader process is launched but appears to not do anything.Users are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (2025.001.21111, although had a previous version when logged).As a work around we currently disable the add-in in Internet Options which provides users with a popup to Open or Save the PDF instead.I was monitoring threads https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/issues-with-adobe-dc-reader-after-windows-11-update-kb5074109/td-p/15665887 and https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/pdf-documents-not-loading-after-june-8th-on-64-bit-web-browser-control-web-app/td-p/12121363 (Although 4 years old had responses this week which included one saying it was being investigated by developers) but it appears since yesterday the com

Hey all, I'm trying to print a sewing pattern from acrobat reader, which has to be printed as tiles using the poster page sizing option. But when I go to print, the 'poster' button is greyed out and I can't click on it. I've got the latest version and everything and the file is specifically meant to be printed this way. Any advice?Thanks!

We have approximately 50 computers running Windows 7 that have encountered a critical issue since February 23, 2026. After Adobe Acrobat Reader automatically updated to version 25.001.21223, the application began displaying the following error message upon launch:“The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”In response, we uninstalled the software and downloaded the official installer (AcroRdrDC2500120630_MUI.exe) from the official website to perform a clean installation. However, after a few days, the application automatically updated again and the same error reoccurred.As a result, we have been forced to remove the software entirely and switch to alternative PDF readers. This situation has caused significant operational disruption and inconvenience.Could you please advise whether there is currently a definitive solution to this issue?

I can print a test page fine, but when I ask to print a pdf I just get blank pages.  Please help

Hi, I have an issue with the measuring tool in Adobe Reader.  I can correctly set the scale, but the measurement is incorrect in the display. For example, I have a drawing with scale 3/16 in = 1 ft.  I set the ration to 0.1875 in = 1ft, but it doesn't measure correctly, an area labeled 10 ft, 1 in on the drawing is calculated as 6.16 ft by Adobe.  Here is the scale: and here is a picture of the calculated measurement: I open the same drawing with another PDF viewer (Foxit Phantom PDF), and it works without issue - the same area is now measured correctly:   I am not sure if I am missing something, but I have tried this with multiple drawings, it happens with them all. Can anyone provide an idea about what I may be doing wrong, or is this a flaw in Reader? 

I have a new lenovo android tablet version 8.1. Installed acrobat reader but cannot download and open any pdf's. All that shows on screen is skowfile.asp.Is this an android problem or acrobat problem?

Hello, I’m using Windows 7 and facing issues with Adobe Acrobat Reader. The program is either not opening properly / keeps crashing and showing errors. Can anyone guide me on how to fix this? I have this problem: I have a laptop with external monitors, windows 10. If I have the Acrobat Reader window open maximized on my PRIMARY monitor, at some point, I will be unable to use the system buttons, I can't click on anything on the top right of the screen (maximize, minimize, etc. in that region of the screen). If I pull the Acrobat Reader window to my secondary and maximize it, I can click on everything.I tried to uninstall, reinstall, update the program but the problem persist, can anyone help me?Thank you!

Hi, i am having trouble opening a pdf file a second time. It will open initially but if i try again it says it is damaged or not correctly decoded?   This has only started happening fairly recently so not sure what’s happening.  Anybody know why and how to fix this?

Fill and Sign does not have an option to change the font when fill a from. Every paying customer is asking the same question.When will this feature be added? It is a necessary feature.  Editing a PDF to change the font is not the same feature and messes up the document.  Thank you. 

How to install Acrobat Reader

Why does Adobe Acrobat frequently not convert a PDF to a Word doc when I click on the convert button to do so. 

I have multiple users experiencing an drawing error message when opening up a pdf that went through Docusign or from encypted file share. When running pre-flight it asks to save a new file and unfortunately I cannot do that sinced its signed PDF or shared PDF that is being worked on. I have uninstalled and re-installed AdobeI cleared Adobe’s cache I went to into print preview and unchecked only use system fonts / checked itI will be happy to provide more information if needed. I know this is only a quick summary. I can use all the help I can get! Thank you so much

Hallo,   beim Doppelklick auf eine PDF-Datei in meinem OneDrive erhalte ich diese Meldung vom Adobe Reader:   "Beim Öffnen dieses Dokuments ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Zugriff verweigert."   Wenn ich die Datei im Adobe Reader über den Öffnen-Dialog öffne, erhalte ich diese Meldung:   ""Der Dateifpad ist zu lang. Geben Sie einen kürzeren Dateinamen an oder speichern Sie die Datei an einem Speicherort mit kürzerem Pfad."   Das Öffnen der Datei unter genau diesem Dateipfad ging in der Vergangenheit fehlerfrei. Die Datei lässt sich in anderen Programmen anzeigen und ist somit nicht defekt. Ich gehe von einem Fehler in Adobe Reader Version 2021.005.20060 aus.   Ich bitte um Fehlerbehebung durch ein Update. Hi,I've recently discovered that the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader v2025.1.20432.0 is still using vulnerable openssl library v3.0.14, however the new v3.0.16 is available. I am wondering if there is a planned fix for updating the openssl library from Adobe in order to mitigate vulnerabilities related to openssl library? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,I cannot change the properties of a PDF file, like author, title, subject, and keywords as all these fields are grayed out. Some of the PDF files I have are filled with information, and some are not. For both cases I am unable to change them.I have considered the possibility that these files are protected by their creators, but the files have no passwords, and I have even tried to create my own PDF using Microsoft Office Word Document and then saved it as a PDF, and even then, though I'm the creator of the file it shows the author with a name I have never seen before and I still cannot change that.I am using Windows 7, and am using Adobe Reader 9.4.I have attached a screenshot of the grayed out part where I get to it by:01. Hey all,I am filling a PDF using Arabic alphabets. it seems fine while I am printing them, as Shown:But when I save the file, then open it, the Arabic alphabets characters I printed on the file is shown as separated characters !  I updated the software, and restarted my PC but the problem still occurs.I am using Windows 7 Professional - 64 bit  OS.Thanks in advanced,Aziz
