Hi everyonethat be great if some body can solve this issue I am experiencingI have created shapes, patterns and brushes with Adobe capture on my iPhone 6s, Then I have saved them to my Adobe library hoping that I could use them in desktop apps such as Illustrator and Photoshop.However the first time I opened up library panel in these desktop apps, was alerted that I need to download Creative Cloud App which I did afterwards.Now I can see the name of the brushes, shapes and patterns I created with Adobe capture, but I can only see the names, there are no images and neither I can click on, edit or drag them! (plz check the screen shot I attached). Seems that all of them are disabled. When hovering my mouth on the pattern files, it says these are not supported by Illustrator? Brushes and shapes just simply are turned off.What is the reason of this and how can it be solved?Btw, I have already watched the tutorials how to make shapes with Capture and use em in Illustrator. Since the latest update (version 2.5) the app refuses to start properly. When starting it shows the startup screen and after a few seconds it returns showing my homescreen on both my iphone 5s (ios 10.3.1) and ipad 3 (ios 9.3.5)

I can not go back on my ipad, I have to start over.

I just saw the mobile app Adobe Capture and I was wondering if anyone new or could direct me to a place to find device requirements since I've searched for an hour and not been able to find them. Whenever I try to export something that I had captured using Adobe Capture, I got a notification popping op telling me that I have to become a member of the Adobe Creative Cloud to use this function. What's so strange about this is that I am an Adobe Creative Cloud member, with a paid subscription, but still I am being locked out of these features. I'm using Adobe Capture on an Android device.

I have Adobe Capture ( the app on mobile phone) i create patterns and swatches. Before i used to work on the yearly plan adobe Photoshop and illustrator allowing me to sync it to Photoshop.Now i have the cs6 software with key, but don't know how to sync via cloud.How can i do it with going with yearly or monthly payment plan                       

I have created brushes and patterns in Adobe Capture on my phone, I can see them in my library on the assets web page. The problem is that on Photoshop I can only see the first one I created. I've tried to create a new library on he web and move them but it gives me the message that it will take a while and never moves them. Is there a way to force Photoshop to sync the libraries?PD. I have the latest versions of both Photoshop and Capture. Photoshop runs on a laptop with Windows  10 64-bit and Capture on an Android Phone (Nougat version)Thank you

Hello,I am trying to use the looks I have created on adobe capture on the other adobe suite mobile apps (i.e. Photoshop Lightroom Mobile, Photoshop Express, etc...) I feel as if this would be immeasurably useful for quick consistent editing of photos taken on the go for a blog or Instagram, however I can not figure out how to access these looks on any of the other apps. Not sure if I am saving them in the wrong place or if it is just not possible at the time, any advice or direction would be much appreciated in this area.I am sure I am simply missing something glaringly obvious on this issue, but C'est La Vie. Hi there, my app does not want to sync with cc, has anyone run into issues like this?  I have no idea where to start even.  I have contacted customer service but they directed me to the forum.  I have signed out and back in but still no joy... I don't want to loose my library on my mobile so I am not sure what to do here.Any advice will be greatly appreciated.Thank you x

Using the Adobe Capture app on an iPad, when I have created a colour theme and publish it, it shows that it has been created by 'Adobe' and not me.So I have two questions.How set the identity of the creator to me, and not Adobe, for the existing assets?What settings need to be changed so that in future, I will be set as the creator, not Adobe?

I purchased a Tablet by Insignia with Android 6.0.  When I went to the Google store they said it was incompatible.  There were a few other adobe mobiles that also had same problem..  I thought if it was on Android it seems updated why would it be incompatible?  The download is the proper store.  What do I need to do?Webster

It would be helpful to have a simple drag n´ swap function to quickly rearrange the different colors in the app. That way we wouldn't have to fiddle with selecting and repositioning multiple colors to swap them.  

The mobile app Adobe Capture cc can not be syncronized after 2 days. After a reinstallation it goes again 2 days. Why?I use it with Huawei P8 Lite , Android 6.0 with Emui 4.0 . Can someone help?

I am using Adobe Capture on a Droid phone, and Creative Cloud desktop apps on a Windows PC. The PC can't view the content I create with Adobe Capture even though the status shows "All files up to date."Another problem that may or may not be related is that every time I access the Capture app on my phone, the library name has the word "Recovered" after it. The library name grows over time and it followed by the word "Recovered" repeated more times than I have time to count. I have tried renaming the library name to remove the extra words, but I never seem to be able to delete all the extra "Recovered" instances.I have tried sharing the library and also just sharing a single asset from the library, but it always says to try again later.Can you tell help me figure out possible causes and at least get the content off my mobile device somehow?Thanks!

I've made a brush on my iPhone with Capture CC and can use it in Photoshop (I'm a teacher with a full Adobe account).A student made a brush on an iPad and that brush will be showing gray in Photoshop.(Student account).I think we do exactly the same, but for my student the brush will not work in Photoshop.Does this have to do anything with the kind off (Adobe) account?

I am trying to delete the Tool For Asset Creation from my iPad to save space that I need and it won't delete. I have tried tapping and holding on it until all apps shake, then trying to delete it, and restarting my iPad. I cannot factory reset my iPad because I have important documents and game save data on it. Help, please? Thank you in advance!

I created a pattern on my ipad using adobe capture. I then saved to what I think is a cloud library. I then opened photoshop on my desktop to access the pattern and the library is not showing up.

This seems simple but am stuck (haven't used CC for file syncing) ... I just tried Adobe Shape CC on my iPhone.  Great!  File is saved to "My Library" and I can see it on my phone and on the web at: https://assets.adobe.com/assets/libraries.  But it doesn't sync to my desktop.  How do I move it from my libraries into my "Files" so I can open it on my computer and use it in Illustrator?

Are there any plans on the Android version?

I've recently installed CS5, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign & Fireworks. All of the help areas say that the kuler extension is in Windows > Extensions, but it isn't. How do I load this extension??? Specifically, I need the extension in Dreamweaver. It DOES show in Illustrator, but no DW.
