I have just noticed as of today my Adobe subscription ended in April of 2023 I have been billed repeatedly every month thereafter still paying for a subscription when it was ended. How do I get reimbursed for the money that is being taken out of my bank account every month? This morning again an amount was taken out of my account for $25.99 and I am not using the product.

Hello, using the latest Acrobat Reader for Android I am not able to search multiple pdfs at once, to find pdfs containing a certain word. Although it is stated here that it should work: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/hub/search-a-pdf-on-an-android.html.If I open the documents, the search works fine.Do you have any suggestions?

  Dear Sir/Ma,   I made a complain of being debited with  ₦11,500.00 being subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium Yearly (Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF).on the 6th February, 2024. After filling the complain form it was subsequently reviewed and on the 8th February, 2024 a refund of same amount was to be credited to my account. As today 17th February, 2024 the sum of ₦11,500.00is yet to be credited to my account. When i try to print a pdf from my email, it will print part of it fine, and part of it in gibberish. What am I doing wrong ?

Hello, I purchased Acrobat Premium to simply edit passport applications for $79 a year. I decided it would be easier to use a desktop. I will not be using this application after this. If I change my subscription to monthly Acrobat Pro can I cancel after a week? Thanks!

I created a pdf from & added an image field. It is working good my laptop then I move that pdf form to my android phone & opened it through Adobe Acrobat app, tried many times by taping on image field but it turned to grey colour only. I want to add an image to it from the phone gallery. As I tap on the date field it pop-ups the calendar to add date same thing I want from the image field when I tap from Adobe Acrobat app it open gallery to add image OR camera to take the image.

i did make an edit to a file scaned woth adobe, the edit was made on ipad using the Apple Pencil. I accidentally removed the app from my i phone. When reinstalled, the file was recalled but without the edit. Any chance i can het the edited version back?!!

Updated two weeks ago. Since then the app doesn't work in multi window mode.  For years I used the Adobe app in multi window with a piano app just fine. Now the Adobe app opens all files in the other window, overriding the piano app. Is there a fix?

Solicito o reembolso do valor cobrado pelo app adobe acrobat, instalado a partir da loja da Samsung. Assinei o app no período de teste e, ao verificar que o app é muito limitado, mesmo na versão pega, solicitei o cancelamento no mesmo dia. Porém o valor não foi devolvido.

　Androidで無料版テスト利用中です。Web上のPDFをタップするとAcrobatが自動的にそれを開きますが､Androidでは自動的に元情報がDLされFile Managerに保管されます。　PDFを読み終えてAcrobat側から削除すると、AndroidにDLされた元情報はゴミ箱へ移動できず、廃棄できません。　関係アプリのキャッシュ削除、端末リスタート後もそのDL PDFはゾンビ状態に画面表示されます。どうすれば解決するでしょうか？　

I am trying to change the email I use, every time I try it says the new email has been used so can't be used. I am closing the current email down so it must be changed.It also seems you can't email or call for help. I sat in an online chat for 25 mins and it disconnected before anyone helped, how do you get help??!?!?!

How can I set up the adobe reader so it won't delete my files? It happens very often that, I download a PDF and when I try looking for it, it's nowhere to be found...???Is there any settings for this issue. Thanks.

I have changed my new mobile phone to samsung s24 ultra. And used smart switch to transfer all the files to new phone including acrobat pdfs. But in new phone cant see my all files like the way I had saved in old phone. Plz suggest how I can access them. I think I had not saved them in document cloud in old phone. Thanks
