Accidental Subscription – Refund Request Hello, I’m a university freshman.At the end of March, I accidentally subscribed to the Acrobat Reader app while trying to view a PDF file.I was very surprised and immediately deleted the app. I haven’t used it at all — I only reinstalled it today to check for a refund option, and opened it for the first time.At the time of the subscription, there was no money in my bank account, so the payment was not processed.It remained in a pending state for about two months, and just a few days ago, as soon as money was deposited into my account, ₩93,000 was automatically withdrawn.I have never used the app, and the subscription was clearly an unintentional mistake.As a college student, this amount has a significant impact on my living expenses.I initially applied for a refund but was declined.
