Hi,While viewing pdfs horizontally on my iPhone (iPhone 11 pro max) the pdf doesn’t open in real full screen view (it dosen't fill the whole screen to view). in other words there’s grey margins thus can’t use the whole screen size for viewing the pdf & it’s limited to part of the screen. I've never faced this problem before I started using thd new iphone (I've used the app for many years on my previous iphone). I believe it’s not just on my iPhone but also on any other iPhone pro max because they all have big screen relatively to other iPhones maybe.Hope you can fix this so we can enjoy viewing pdfs in the whole screen (as supposed) & not part of it!.P.s a screenshot is attached to show the problem. ThanksMohamad

I have a pdf I need to edit and adobe says that it's read only. I tried everything (everting on the adobe community) to fix it, but it's still not working. Please help, it's a very important document. I'm using an IPad Pro to do it, i dont have a computer.

You might expect a big phat software company to have state-of-the-art AI. But they don't. And their live agents aren't efficient, keep me on the line for 54 mins. At a time. Without resolution.Is there anyone who can tell me where to find my account ID. I think I must have inadvertently created two accounts. Last night I purchased a new  subscription, because Support was useless, I was out of time and I had to find a way to access my Adobe Cloud files. Using  latest iOS and latest Mac  version.

Why I can't use subscription although I paid monthly 340/ Rs through Google today please solve problem.

Verifiquei a capacidade de armazenamento interno do dispositivo e encontra-se bastante disponível, no entanto não sei se a mensagem se refere a essa capacidade de armazenamento.Aguardo retorno.

I reported it days ago, no response. The system shows I have no support issues or history. The chatbot has no clue how to deal with this.  Is there any way to solve this issue? 

If I save a pdf on my laptop to my adobe cloud storage it won't open on my app on my phone or iPad the page is blank and I can't see any information or the edit buttonsif I go to print from the iPhone or iPad  it I can see the information though But if I save it on my iPad I can open it on all devices what am I doing wrong?

I use Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF's on an iPad.  I've used this program for years without issue.  After installing the most recent iOS update (17.4.1), I can no longer insert text into my PDF's.  I can type into the text box, but the little, blue arrow that has always lived in the bottom, right corner of the text box is no longer there.  There is no way to insert the typed text into the document.  (I've included a screenshot.) I have chatted with support.  They had me uninstall and reinstall the program.  They had me try inserting text into a number of different documents.  They had me close out the program and restart my device.  Nothing brought back the little, blue arrow.   They said there was no more they could do for me and sent me here, to the experts.  🙂 Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Does anyone know how to fix this?    Thank you so much!Archie

Buonasera volevo chiedere delle informazioni. Sulla mia carta Postepay più volte è stato effettuato un tentativo di addebito di 88,17 euro, addebito mai riscosso in quanto la carta aveva un credito inferiore e comunque è stata qualche giorno fa bloccata. Io non ho mai creato un account Adobe e adesso ho creato questo account  esclusivamente per poter chiedere un aiuto a voi. Come posso sapere se qualcuno ha rubato i dati della mia carta e magari li ha inseriti qui sul vostro sito per comprare qualche prodotto? Eventualmente posso darvi i dati della mia carta in modo che possiate controllare. Per essere sicuro di non aver creato per errore io un account Adobe in passato ho provato a fare la login inserendo la mia mail e dal vostro portale risulta che io non avevo nessun account.potete aiutarmi?  

Hi. I want to recover my files from my broken phone, I have downloaded the App but my files are not there 

Files and folders disappear when scrolling in Acrobat Reader but reappear when reentering a folder or clicking Shared or elsewhere then returning. 

When using Adobe Acrobat on my OnePlus tablet in the landscape mode, the document does not fit into the whole screen. There are blank spaces around the document.

Acrobat Reader is so hard to use on Android for some reason.I have a load of PDF documents that I can edit from my pc saved onto One Drive without a problem. But when I edit them in Adobe Reader on my Chromebook and it comes to save the edited file, rather than overwriting the original file, it saves a copy to a location I cannot find using Android's file browser. It seems to save a copy within Adobe itself - I can only see stuff within the app (this is without me saving to the cloud).I don't understand why I can't just open a document, edit it & save that document in the same location rather than have a copy saved only on the app. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Dear community,since two days I discovered a problem with the Adobe Reader. The newest version does not save changes in PDF documents on Android. I tried it with all of my smartphones. On iOS it works perfectly. But it does generally not work on Android. Any changes I make in a pdf on Android are not in my document cloud oder dropbox when I close the app although I have clicked on the blue "Save" button after making changes.Does anyone have the same problem? Is this a bug? And if yes, when will Adobe fix it?Greetings from Germany,Daniel

Why is it that I'm unable to even get started to add a hyperlink in my pdf file in Acrobat Pro iOS? I've been following the support page instructions and links is not even an option anywhere once I opt to edit the pdf. Can someone please offer some assistance? 

I had fire tablet. First loggend in with already existing friends account of Amazon fire who had an adobe acrobat pdf account also. So whatever books I downloaded were through his account. Lately I unlogged his fire account & logged in through my new fire account. But it does not allow me to use my adobe account on that device. But shows he only the owner of the Adobe accountThe device does not also allow me to download adobe acrobat app through Google play store.So is it possible that I unsubscribe adobe app first & then try to install Adobe DPP again & use. But after unsubscribing will all the downloaded books will go. Is it possible to somehow to retain those books in my account.
