I have a paid subscription to Pro Pack. When I try to convert a Word file to PDF, it always takes me to a screen where I can choose a plan to subscribe to. BUT I already own the subscription. What to do?

Hello!I uploaded a PDF file into the "Document Cloud". So if I use that PDF-file on my tablet and mark some text lines, does the version in the cloud also synchronize those marks?I think what I am asking for is what Amazon's Kindle is doing: It synchronizes !@ the progress on your mobile device and also in the cloud reader.Does the "Adobe Document Cloud" do the same?Thank you!

Hi all,When I'm trying to convert a pdf to word I'm transfered to a webpage Pricing Options. But I have already a right PDF Export package!? Very irritating! Paying but no having the access to the right service. Is someone familiar with this issue? And does someone know the answer?

My account is paid but I cannot convert and PDF's

I just started using Adobe PDF services. I have successfully created a combined PDF file. I then went to organize pages, deleting some, moving some. Then i clicked "Save".  It asked me for a file name. But when I later click on that file in the Cloud it is not the new file.  It is an old one i was working with previously. It will not save the new file no matter what I name it.

I clearly have internet connection and a paid subscription, however i keep getting an error message saying "no internet connection". It's not a firewall issue as i have already tested the service outside the firewall.

i only needed it for one month and i paid for and used it now i need to cancel and theres no cancel button were one should be at.

When I try to convert a emailed PDF to a Word document, Word cannot open it? any suggestions? Adobe doesn't have a customer service line to call.

I have a blank copy of document I want to keep blank in Fill & Sign, but when I click done it saves all the info I added.  How do I "save as" each document so that I don't overwrite the original?

I occasionally send a PDF to a colleague and when I check my downloads, I will find four or five downloads of the PDF.  I would like to be able to limit the download to one or two at the most.  IS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS??

Is there a way to fill in forms faster if wording to fill in is the same except for one word?

I am having the same problem.  Will convert PDF to Excel.  Excel file now has all data in Column A instead of multiple columns like the PDF file.  The conversion is completely worthless in this export format.

Har inte använt Adobe Export PDF på länge men betalning har skett. Nu krävs jag på ny betalning för att kunna använda programmet. Vad gör jag? Hittar ingen relevant info på alla supportsidor.
