I signed up for Adobe Reader DC today and want to cancel.  Your cancellation process is horrible.  It is taking me in a closed loop, taking me back to the instructions but not allowing me to cancel.  Can you PLEASE help me to cancel this product?Ellen Lutzelutz@clean-markets.com

When I convert my pdf to a word document, only symbols appear on the new word document.  How do I fix?

I'm running a desktop Mac and recently, 2 days ago, purchased "Adobe PDF Pack" and did't received any software. How am I supposed to operate something I don't have? Maybe YOU can answer my question and in doing so remove my confusion.  Thanks!

How do I get a refund

I want to offer forms on my website that include calculations, but at the same time protect my IP for how the results are calculated in it, so that dropdown selections and other data entries result in answers in other fields - is this possible and if so how do I do it?

Acrobat Pro DC: My search does not work: It may be I turned it off. I turn off all the extras in the "Start up" I possibly can. It takes over my computer slowing it down so anywhere I find Adobe I turn it off. Is there something I need to turn back on to search a document?@ !

why does DC keep crashing?

Every time I want to cancel my subscription I get this:"First we need a few details"But in the menu the word "cancel"does not appear.If I go to support options it takes me back to contact options and the to the "First we need a few details" pages, and so on in a vicious circle.If I want to contact customer support, the vicious circle starts again!!How can I truly cancel my subscription??

We purchased the Adobe Export PDF, annual subscription in January and used it on my old laptop. I am now having trouble using it on my new laptop and wandered what I should be doing to enable it to offer me the opportunity to transfer PDF files straight to Word as the old system did before please.

I have a number of images created in cs6. These images are in different page layouts (some portrait and others landcape). I'd like to create one PDF file with all this file in it....how can i do it?

I am unable to save scanned documents. I also cannot scan both sides of my documents. It's probably a compatibility problem, however, I'm stuck with DC PRO because I'm committed to a one year subscription.

Hi there,I just back from the official product launch of Adobe Acrobat DC in Hong Kong.  During the launch, one speaker said that he got the job from Adobe in eight months ago and the witness of his employment contract is signed by his wife during office hour and is signed through her mobile phone.  I found that the app is quite convenient and so, I try to download the app to see the real power.  However, I just found an app called "Adobe Fill & Sign" for iPad. After that, I search here and check what is going wrong.  I found a user that facing same problem with me. One of Adobe staff replied the app "Adobe Fill & Sign" can use in iPhone & place a link of that app Q & A sheet to that user.  I also checked but no any solution on the page.  After a while,  there have another staff from Adobe and told the app is just for iPad with no any reason for explain on the issue.It totally mess.  Can anybody clarify the issue?  If there h

I wish to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have found it impossible to do so on the website. When I finally got through to a chat line to discuss this the chat was mysteriously discontinued. I read on the internet that many people are finding it next to impossible to unsubscribe from Adobe. I have wasted two hours on their website trying to unsubscribe. I am extremely angry with the situation. They have it all very cleverly set up so you can't in practice unsubscribe. In my 20 years using the internet I have never come across a case as bad as this. Adobe should be sued for wasting peoples time. It is a kind of veiled extortion hoping people will become so frustrated that they will give up. Any comments or solutions out there.
