HI!  I need to obtain a receipt for my yearly fee for my adobe account.  I went into my settings and I am unable to obtain a copy of a receipt.  I do see my billing information, but I'm unable to obtain a receipt.  Please advise.

I just signed up for Adobe across formats and clicked clear recent files...can I retrieve them?

I keep trying to convert pdf files into word documents.  I finally decided that I must not have signed up for this service; however, I found evidence that I had signed and still throughout the past year have not been able to convert a file.  It is almost time for me to renew something that I have not even been able to use for a whole year.  I guess I need some instructions on how I am to make this conversion happen.  Then I am questioning the charge for another year when I haven't even used the first year.  I have accidently fallen onto the website for support.  I did not find support offered when trying to convert a file; only a signup and that was all.  Can you please advise me how I can actually activate my previous membership so that I might be able to use it for the remainder of it's lifetime.  I am not sure that I would want to renew for antoher year since I haven't even used the first year's worth.

I am trying to convert a 3,300 page (55 lines per page) to an Excel spread sheet.  The data was originally in an Excel spread sheet.  The conversion fails after about 30 mins.  Is there a size limit to conversion?

I recently activated my cloud account in Acrobat.com. I was informed that this means the files I have in my iPad Acrobat Reader will be available online in Acrobat.com. However, when I accessed the website on my office PC, some of the files showed up but not others. Worse, they were not organised into folders the way I had organised them in my iPad. Can someone tell me why this is so? Is it because some of my files have yet to be automatically uploaded? If so, why aren't they organised into folders? Oddly, the files I see in Acrobat.com were originally in one of the folders in my iPad. I have some loose files on the root folder but they are not shown. Please help.

When I convert PDF to excel, the excel ouput does not contain the same number of columns and some cells are wrap text and merged in excel. How do i get the same columns as I see in the PDF when I convert?

Ik heb een jaarabonnement op ExportPDF. Soms kan ik ook Nederlands kiezen als taal voor het te converteren bestand, maar meestal niet. Die keuze is dan niet voorhanden. Aangezien ik zowel Engelse, Franse en Nederlandse documenten te converteren heb naar Wordbestanden, had ik dit probleem graag opgelost.
