I'm cleaning up my password database. I don't know how or why I have this account. I don't need it and want to shut it down.Support forums direct me to a chat, which doesn't work....and the 800 number sent me through call-processing hell only to tell me that "support is not available for this".PLEASE HELP ME DELETE MY formscentral account.

I have multiple machines with Adobe products.  All but one can access the View Other Products screen under Account Management.  The one that won't is running Windows 7 and newly installed IE11.  I get notices that IE must close when trying to login.  Eventually I can usually navigate to the Account Management page, but if I hit View Other Products or View All Orders the process goes haywire, I never see a screen and "Error processing your request" appears in the IE box.  Event Viewer shows faulting application name iexplore.exe and faulting module name nvwgf2um.dll.  Today I updated the NVidia driver from Version 9.18.13.1199 to 9.18.13.1269 and it made no difference.  I disabled McAfee real-time scanning and it made no difference either.  Can anyone provide guidance, as this is very frustrating?Drek

Currently, for whatever reason, neither me or the recipient of my files is able to download the file that has been uploaded. It appears that the attempt to download it from Adobe times out for whatever reason.I'm guessing this means that the servers are currently down or something isn't working correctly?

Hello,Could anyone help me with the following question:Is it possible to insert object (is there a tool) in Acrobat Professional XI similar to Word's option (Insert > object>document hyperlink)?The situation is as follows: I have Word document with already inserted many other document hyperlinks via Insert > object tool, and after converting them to Acrobat Pro i need to keep the hyperlinks. In addition, there will be many documents that i want to insert in the pdf file, so i need the same option as in Microsoft Word in order to insert links to other documents (the same way as Insert > object tool works).I hope that someone has answer for this.Thank you in advance!

I am trying to convert long but simple PDFs to excel but I keep getting an error message. I have tried disabling OCR, but nothing. Some of my files are rather large, but smaller than 100MB. Any suggestions?

I Dont know how I finished up with an account. The first time I noticed a charge on my bank statement I found that it was the second charge I had received.When I looked into it. I find that somehow I have been led down path to buy something, and I don't even know what products are.So I try to cancel after paying 2 months of £19.53 for something I am supposed to download but I dont know what.And trying to cancel is like trying to swim through treacle.I am 67 years old and suffering from Parkinsons Disease. I think people like me need protection from these companies that get you to sign up for things by using smoke and mirrors then make it almost impossible to find a way out. The only way is for me to get my bank to stop payment.Which i don't like doing because I must take some responsibility for getting into this situation in the first instance.But Adobe have had £39.06 out of me and I have had nothing in return.And I think its scurrilous the way they create a maze when you try to cance

I can't connect to Adobe.com from Adobe reader anymore. Says to check my internet connection. Which is connected. I can sign in to Adobe.com via firefox but not directly from Adobe reader
