Salve,  ho problemi con Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, nell'aprire un formato JPG, mi cambia le misure, mentre se lo apro con un vecchio programma di Adobe (Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro) le misure restano invariate. Potete aiutarmi per risolvere questo problema. Con Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, trascino il documento jpg sull'icona Adobe e lo apre perfettamente. Grazie e buon lavoro.  allego screenshot dei due programmi, come potete vedere in basso a sinistra riportano le misure completamente diverse.

Hello,We subscribe to the Adobe Send & Track service, which is no longer available for new subscriptions. We use it to send and track files, but are now meeting the following error message: You have reached the maximum number of recipients. This was not an issue before. Please advise on whether this is a bug or if a new limit has been placed on our paid subscription.

I am new to Adobe.  how do I convert a PDF file to a word docx file?

We currently have O365 Adobe Cloud integration, and this works on our standard libraries in SharePoint Online. However, we make use of provider hosted add-ins with our own custom functionality, and the pdf links in these forms point to the Sharepint PDF viewer, at which point the user needs to click "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" in order to edit the PDFs. Is there a way to modify these pdf links so they point directly to Adobe Document Cloud?

The company I work for is closing. One of our employees had an Adobe CC account with annual billing to their company credit card. That employee left the company just prior to the renewal on 2/5/22. His credit card was shut off on 2/6. The card got charged for the annual amount on 2/5, but we didn't see this until today. I know of the 14 day rule for cancelling with a full refund. But given these circumstances, is there any way we can get a full refund now?

I was working with a powerpoint that had an table as an image so I converted it to a PDF, scanned it and tagged the table accordingly but when I went to export it back as a PDF, the table is now part of the background. I cannot highlight the words or anything.

I just purchased Adobe PDF Services. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I tried to convert a .JPG that was created in photoshop to a .PDF. It renders the image as a negative, for instance the white background of my .JPG now has a black background as a converted .PDF and the images have been rendered like negatives. I can send the images to someone for assistance.

I can double click on a PDF and launch Adobe Acrobat DC.  Document displays, grays out, and program freezes.  Unable to scroll to see any other pages or do anything else.  Microsoft relates that program has stopped responding.  So I close the program.   I've had this problem for over 6 months and have not been able to track down a fix for it.  I've tried uninstalling Acrobat, downloading latest version, installing.  No joy.  Using Windows 10. 

A monthly payment is coming out of my bank account but I didn't think I had signed up for it. I want to cancel it but I can't sign on. They say they cannot find an account with the two email addresses I have or my phone number.what do I do to cancel it?many thanks 

Hi Team,We are trying to leverage Adobe PDF Services API(Free Trail) in Adobe Document Cloud for PDF to Word conversion from the front end, we are getting the response but when we are trying to save the docx file by using the response.data then we are getting issue while opening the file(attached in the attachement).I'm also attaching my code fragment where I'm trying to  save the same. Note: This is a POC which we are doing before subscribing.

How (or can I) do i make an edit to a pdf i have sent to client for signature,  but before they have actually signed it?Client noticed an error i made on the contract while reviewing it and asked for it to be corrected before signing. But Adobe will not allow me to make any edits after i sent it. I have to upload my saved copy, make the correction/edit, then re-enter all of the signature lines and emails (for as many signers as i have) and send it again. It seems like there should be a much more streamlined process for such a common and simple task as correcting name spelling, addresses, etc?  

I'm trying to add an email link to a document. The steps I've taken after adding the text are:  Click "link" in the menuClick Add/Edit Web or Document LinkUsing my mouse, create a rectangle over the text I would like to have clickableIn the pop up box that comes up, set link type to invisible rectangleSelect open a web page from the Link Action sectionClick Next Then... crickets. Nothing happens. There should be a new pop up where I put in the mailto: email address, but that doesn't happen. Nothing happens. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ok so I have seen this post come up a few times and there is never a good response for smartphone iOS users. Let's try to get a straight answer. when I receive an email with some PDF attachments I get the message "Please Wait, if this message isn't eventually replaced...." On iOS using either the native mail app or outlook there is no way to save it. You tap the attachment, or with the iOS native app it downloads automatically and this is all that comes up. So, can this be corrected?  and again for complete clarity there is NO option to download the attachment first. When I do save it it is already stuck with this error message

Windows 10 pc with Creative Cloud (only Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC installed).   I am able to stay logged in to Creative Cloud and Photoshop have no issue and work just fine. I am continually logged in without any error message.  There is also about 1 out of every 10 times I open the program (either through Creative Cloud, or on its own -- as user or administrator), it will work just fine and my profile will be fully loaded. The rest of the time, I get "We can't verify your subscription status," but ONLY for Acrobat Pro DC. The majority of the time, Acrobat Pro DC shows a default icon (instead of my profile icon), but says I am logged in. However, I receive the error window "We're having connection problems. We can't verify your subscription status" after the first few minutes in the program.  When I try to sign out, I receive the error "Initalizing registration ... I've just paid 30,49 Euro for the 5th month today, just to let you know.When I read more about it, it says this..If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you receive a full refund.If you cancel after 14 days, your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period, and you will be charged an early termination fee of 50% of your remaining contract obligation. For example, if you have 5 months of your contract left when you cancel and you pay $20/month, you have to pay 50% of the $100 remaining balance = $50 early termination fee.So wait, if I end up cancelling it.. I'll receive 50% of the refund and the other half will be for the fee?I don't really get it..
