Dans le doute peut être que le paiement n'est pas passé et qu'ils ont cloturés mon compte. hello, I have done this twice. tried to add an image to a list and accidentally licensed it. Can there not be an official way to say UNDO?? I have been looking on how to do it and it seems the only was is to go in here and hope one of you credit it back. why can't there be an undo button. specially while it hasn't been downloaded. perhaps if it gets downloaded FILE #: 141433822thank you

Diese müssen jedoch auf das Firmen (Gruppen) -konto geschrieben werden.Da es unmöglich ist, das Support-Team weder per Mail noch per Chat oder Telefon zu erreichen, eröffne ich hier eine Diskussion. How can I search within the photos that are already licensed or purchased on my account?
I don't have the LastPass extension others referred to but I'm also having the same issue. I tried using another browser as suggested and it worked. So I tried opening it in an Incognito Chrome window and it worked fine. Clearly there are some issues with a multitude of Chrome Extensions. Sucks to have to use it this way, but until then this will work. TRY USING AN INCOGNITO WINDOW IN CHROME to workaround extension bugs!
Please help!I've downloaded many images from Adobe Stock in my search for a 'flow' type graphic that has a transparent background that i can use in a design I am working on. I am not a trained graphic designer, and I am really struggling to get a graphic to meet my needs.Many images state that they have a transparent background, but none so far I have downloaded have - they have a grey and white checkered background that is physically part of the image. i have read about layers and I have looked into this with some of the graphics I have downloaded - and when presented with literally hundreds of layers, I really don't know where to start.I've now downloaded about 10 images in my quest, and I don't want to waste any more Adobe Stock credits - please help!

Hello. I'm reaching out for help with the subscription. On 24th of November I ordered Adobe Stock, one free month with annual commitment after this trial. 2 days ago I was charged by it. I reached to support if I can cancel the subscription and get a refund. That is what I understand from Legal Terms of Adobe. I was told that from this moment I am committed anually and there is no way for me to cancel the subscription. I wasn't aware of the note that within 14 days after the second month billing cycle I can still cancel the subscription. I agreed to coninue the subscription with some free months gift. Then I reached out to second assistant, after reading this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/refund-on-an-unintentional-purchase-of-adobe-stock/td-p/9988035... He ignored my ask for explanaition why were I given the wrong information and then he left the chat. I wanted to ask him if he can cancel my subscription since there are 2 days after second billing cycle not 14
I am having a problem checking how many stock photo credits I have left. Or if my subscription has expired, etc. I am not seeing the usual credit count in blue when I am on the stock.adobe.com page. Could you please advise.

So I'm currently under my schools adobe Enterprise plan and I used that email to login and use adobe stock. I figured that I would be able to cancel it by myself after the free trial but there is NO WAY I'd be able to even access or manage the plan that is on MY CREDIT CARD. It doesnt even show up on my account at all... please someone help I just want it cancelled.
I don't understand why in my account details there is no information what is expiration date for the credits, especially that I have requested it last year. My account is coneccted to mail address so why there is no update on expiration date? I had 650 licences that have vanished from the account? All that I have payed for. How can I solve the problem?

I tried to cancel my trial subscription but I couldn't. The payment didn't go through yet (issues with the card). What guarantee do I have that when I pay and cancel my subscribtion is that I will get my money back? I do not wish to use Adobe Stock anymore.
Hi all, Can anyone tell me how to unlicense a picture that I licenesed multiple times? (At least I'm consistent right?) Is there an unlicense box somewhere? I see where I can relicense but not unlicense. ThanksJacqui
I was browsing the Adobe Stock site, under the free tab, and found a clip art image that I would like to use in a logo I am doing for work (File# 223017379). It's under the free tab, and when I downloaded it, a box popped up and said 'Licensed', with a check mark next to it. Does this mean its free to use how I please, or do I need to purchase a license to use it? Any help is appreciated! Happy Holidays, Brad

Hi guysCan anyone tell me; are all the images Jpg or is it possible to download PNG files to make it easier to work on and blend with some of the projects I am working on? Likewise, do any of the clip files contain alpha channel So I can layer them over other clips on PPr?Regards,Graham
I recently started the Adobe free trial but after a few tries, I learned I didn't really need to buy adobe since my school offers it for free. However, I haven't been able to cancel my subscription or my current free trial. it keeps letting me know that "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly." but I dont see a cancel button.
