I have found one my photos used to decorate the entire wall of a public building and I have confirmed the 'licence' was purchased from Adobe.  Who do I contact to find out if the licence purchased gives the graphic arts company the right to use the photo in this way please?  I have read so much of the licence guidelines but still cannot work out if this particular type of use is a breach of licence so need some help please. regardsPam

I wanted to try out adobe stock and got the trial package.  In August 2019 I started my maternity leave and I completely forgot to cancel the subscription.  I have only used the adobe stock once - the same month that I applied for the trial package.  Please dont keep taking money from my account - I would really appreciate it.  Canceling the subscription was the last thing I had on my mind with a newborn.  I would appreciate it if you could stop debiting my account.  Please do consider my request.   At first, I did not understand why I was being debited... I ignored the part where it said I had to unsubscribe.  So sent an email to adobe store manager but this was not delivered.  I could not find another email address.  It was just today that it dawned on me that there HAS to be a way to communicate with you guys and I googled Adobe complaints. I urge you once again to consider my request.  I have only downloaded 2 pi

I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription but I am still being charged. Is this an oversight on your part or is it deliberate?I would like you to refund me and confirm that my cancellation has been accepted.

Please cancel the registration on the ADOBE  STOCK. It is impossible to do this on your own, contacts cannot be found.

 I tried to get adobe support to answer this question, but to no avail - was put on hold for 2 hours before I gave up. I was trying to find out if I can get the following images in PSD layered files instead of one flattened image that I can't edit (or can't easisly edit). I need to change the backgrounds to my client's corporate colours. I know they have these images separated as I see different backgrounds for the same image on the adobe site. But like I say, I gave up on chat support as no-one got back to me. So I'm asking the community for help. Otherwise, to hell with it - I'll go somewhere else. The images AdobeStock_267279355, AdobeStock_62335499, AdobeStock_40254104 are on the adobe site with different backgrounds yet the downloads are all flattened images. Why can't they be layers so I can edit? Makes their 'stock' site a little bit useless if ask me. Anyone else know what I'm talking about? Please help

Dort war uns versprochen worden, uns würden sogar mehr Credits gutgeschrieben werden, als wir aktuell auf dem Konto hatten - als Bonus für den Wechsel. Ich hatte noch viele bezahlte Credits auf meinem Konto. Nach dem Wechsel wollte ich ein Foto bei Adobe runterladen - und werde ständig aufgefordert, ein Abo abzuschließen. Ohne das ein Foto herunter zu laden, ist nicht möglich. Ich habe die Credit-Punkte aber bei fotolia schon bezahlt und möchte die gerne erst einmal verbrauchen. Die scheinen aber verschwunden zu sein?

While casually browsing Adobe Stock website I stumbled upon this File , If you check beneath it there's written Compatibility version and it says 1.5 or above so I clicked on it and it returned a 404 page so someone else can check and confirm also also tell me what that means will be very helpful.

Hi! I'm considering using some Adobe Stock images for a freelance website project, and I'm just wondering what the best way to approach pricing would be. I freelance infrequently, so it doesn't make sense to me to get a monthly or annual stock subscription - I'd ideally just like to let my client choose the images they want to use on their site, and either bill them for the cost of licensing the images, or direct them to where they need to go to license them for themselves. Would they have to get a recurring subscription? Or should I just get a subscription for the month and download as many images as needed, and terminate my subscription when I'm done?

Hi, I can't seem to find anything about this. I purchased the licence on a sports-themed stock vid after the client had confirmed my draft using a DL'ed preview file of the same stock video file. From there, I purchased the licence for the file and built the final draft.The client then changed their mind about the color of the uniform used in the stock video, perferring red to the blue one I used. For the record, there are several options for uniform color for the exact same video - all the same price. I'm wondering about the process of exchanging the licence on the stock footage? Why is it that if i already cancelled my free stock trial months ago i keep getting billed for it? I haven't used, it's cancelled, and i get no payment notifications??

I recently bought and downloaded an image that states in the title that it is a 'vector illustration'. After download, it turns out to be a .jpeg without transparency. I view this as FALSE ADVERTISING or at least very DISHONEST. How can I get my credit back?adobe stock image: 273716738

I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere.  I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice.  It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do.  So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?Thanks!

 how to cancel a subscription. I didn't download the images. didn't pay for a month of the annual plan. I changed my mind and I don't need a subscription. how to manipulate? if I don't pay within 30 days, will my account be blocked?

29,99 DOLLAR a month that is advertised should not be 39 euro that I would have to pay a month. The conversion from DOLLAR to EURO is totally WRONG and should be 26,82 EURO. Without giving a valid reason this should not be accepted. I canceled my subscription because of it.
