Hello, since Fotolia is Adobe Stock we still have our monthly subscription (booked via paypal-coop@fotolia.com) and get no invoice. We are a company and need them immediately for our tax consultant. I already tried to write 3 times at the chat but nobody respond. The subscription seems to be not correct moved we only have a free subscription so i can't use the telephone support. Where do i get help?

Hello, I bought this file : https://stock.adobe.com/fr/images/happy-new-2020-year-futuristic-glowing-neon-light-sphere-with-bursting-light-rays-vector-holiday-illustration-festive-new-year-2020-party-sign-decoration-element-for-design/286309686 that I opened with illustrator cc version 23.0.3. The rendering is absolutely not the same at the definition level, lights, etc ... There is a problem of visual rendering that I open the file.  I tried on photoshop and it is even worse (it fully pixelated beyond 200 pixels x 200 pixels. And it is proposed as a vector file.There must be a problem somewhere. Thank you for your help.  Gives the attached screenshots between the version shown on the opening display on illustrator and photoshop(up to 570pixels x 570pixesl for test) Loïc

I licensed a Premium picture today. Something went wrong with the licensing. One picture - two invoices. And I fear two PayPal debits. No contact address where you can solve the problem quickly and easily. Therefore I have been hanging in the support chat for one hour now and am still waiting for a contact person. This works much better and I'm afraid of licensing pictures via Adobe in the future.

I have a plan for team and individual account. Recently I tried to purchase a 5 credits plan for team but I received information is an issue with my account and I have to switch to individual account. Then I switched to the individual and purchased the credits and I used them for downloading 5 images.After 2 days (it has been during weekend) checked my bank account and I was unpleasantly surprised that Adobe charged me twice for 5 credits plan! Once from team account once from individual account. But I received only 5 credits not 2 x 5 credits plan! I informed Adobe about situation via chat. Of course I had been switched many times to anoher specialist in India, but they did not find any problem. Finaly they confirmed that they charged me twice. And that's all. Now they sent me an email, that they are waiting for my rensponse, otherwise they will close my issue completed. I do not know what I should send to them? What the f.. ?Is anybody had an issue like me? Any help how to get my mon

There is a business near me that purchases stock images with the standard license and reprints for resale for walk-in customers, as well as over $50,000 in sales to commercial clients. It doesn't seem like this is allowed with the standard license. How do I go about reporting this? I was only able to find the DMCA takedown form.

Image number 100416874 has some serious issues. When I downloaded the image I was under the impression it was on a transparent background due to the checkerboard background. However, there is no actual transparency and the actual image size is only about 2" big! I would like a credit.

When I open my download 300736501, I only see text. I follow the text instructions and still can't access my file. What are my options?

I tried to move my fotolia account to adobe stock. First my credits had beesn shown. When I logged in again they had been gone. And my Galery did not move. What can I do?

I only signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock.I was never notified I would be getting charged.  I never wanted to have Adobe stock, just to try it out and see what it was about.I went to chat and was about to cancel but lost internet connection while speaking to the person.Just cancel my account for Adobe Stock or I will cancel my entire account for Adobe.  I don't want three months free.  I want a refund as I never used it after the free trial.  Get rid of all my assets if you want (im not sure if it works like that) but I would like the refund and cancelation of the membership.

Since Adobe chat support is nearly useless I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I'm unable to save any assets to my CC library from Adobe Stock. I get an error each time:"Could not save asset into Stock Photos" I've restarted CC, logged out and back in, restarted computer, cleared cache to on avail. My other team members on the account are having the same issue. Any ideas?

1. Darf man ein Stockfoto, dass auf der Webseite eines Unternehmens verwendet wird (also auch im Stock lizenziert wurde), auch für den Google My Business Account für das selbe Unternehmen verwenden? (Man kann ja Unternehmensfotos als Inhaber bei Google My Business hochladen.) 2. Der Copyright-Hinweis muss dann mit auf dem Foto angebracht sein? Davon gehe ich aus.

Hi,as many people here, I signed for 10 free photos then a free month trialnow I don't have option to cancel via my plans tab and I already got one invoice for 39eur I think that's terrible that you don't ask if anyone want to continue after trial, instead you just make people pay for something thay can forget they even haveI used like 4-5 stock photos during trial, and that's only because i didn't have time to shoot my own what can we do about this?obviously i want to cancel the subscribtion ASAP best regards

Please help - I accidentally licensed an InDesign template (#274125497). I had no idea what the button did (or rather, that it would immediately license it and that it costs $). Is there any way to unlicense yet? I haven't used the template and have no need for the template. Thanks! (edited)

Hello, I notice there have been several posts from users over the years who have accidentally licensed images. This happened to me today as I was browsing images on my Surface. I tapped an image to view the larger preview and discovered that if I tap the bottom right corner it just goes ahead and licenses it with no kind of confirmation to make sure this was my intent. I had two credits in my account and am wondering if it would be possible for someone from Adobe to restore the credit that was spent in error. Any help is much appreciated, and I would also kindly offer feedback that all the hidden rollover icons make navigation tricky on a touch screen, and I would love to have some kind of confirmation message after clicking the licensing button just to be sure that was intentional on the part of the user. Thanks!
