I purchased 146064361 and it is an embedded image instead of an Illustrator file. I can't use it. How do I get the image credited back?

This is my first day on photoshop and I accidentally downloaded and image when I clicked on it to look at it.  I don't see a way to reverse this.  Can this image be returned?

Hey,ich habe heute Fotos lizensiert und danach runtergeladen auf mein PC. Dabei stellte ich fest, das ein Foto sich nur über Firefox öffnen lässt und ich kann es nicht in Fotos speichern, somit auch nicht aufrufen.Idee??LGAlex

I am trying to download Adobe Stock templates, it seems like it is downloading but never completes and files are nowhere to be found. Could it be that my organization did not grant us access to the Adobe Stock and if so should it not notify me that I do not have access? Please assist!

Just a few months ago, I purchased an Extended License image to use as a logo because I can see some other images that has "Name of Company" (a place allowed you to type in your company name). I thought I can use this as a "logo". Recently ... out of curiosity I was reading some of the discussions in the forum and found out that I cannot use it as a logo. Good thing I have not used it to print business cards yet. Called customer service via chat online and he said that it cannot be refunded. And he said at the end of the conversation, "Sorry for the inconvenience." (twice) I have been a faithful member of the Adobe Stock for a few years and I do not appreciate their customer service at the end. Because of this, I cancelled the subscription so I can use a different stock photo company.

I am missing my credits/ money from the transition over to Adobe. Where are they located?

Hallo in die Runde! Nachdem ich jetzt bei Adobe gelandet bin und keine ZEit habe, hier erstmal stundenlang zu lesen... Ich habe einen kleinen Account mit Bildern. Die Erlöse hieraus nutze ich, um ab und an mal für einen Auftraggeber ein Bild oder zwei zu kaufen. Jetzt die eigentliche Frage: Ich klicke ein Bild an und will es wie bisher mit den eigenen Credits kaufen. Geht das nicht mehr? Ich habe nur die Option zu einem für meine Bedürfnisse horrenten Betrag Credits dafür zu kaufen oder ein Abo abzuschließen.... Wenn das wirklich so ein Dummfug ist, dann war es das für mich mit dem Shop. Danke für die Hilfe.

File #: 229968247​ also has a typo. The condition is PTSD and the title of the image is "PTSD" but the image itself says "PTSP" which is not an acronym of the condition known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and inconsistent with the image title. You should let artist know it should be corrected. sadly, it was a good image for my purposes otherwise.

This is really more of a suggestion than a question (unless it turns out that what I'm suggesting already exists, although some brief googling says that it doesn't). I would love to have a source where I could buy raw photos and edit them myself. I envision that they would cost much less than photos that had been post-processed, and they would have few restrictions on use, since the ultimate quality of the photo would depend on the buyer's efforts. Adobe Stock would be a natural place to offer something like this, since the infrastructure is already in place! Or does such a thing already exist elsewhere?

Oder gehört mir das Bild wenn ich es für mindestens 119 Euro kaufe, sodass ich es auch für den SHirt druck benutzen kann sprich erweiterte Lizenz?

Hallo zusammen,ich habe zwei Fragen zur Lizenz:Wenn ich mein Probeabo nach einem Monat kündige, dann verliere ich die Rechte an den im ersten Monat heruntergeladenen Bildern, richtig?Und die zweite Frage ist:Ich habe ein Plakat gestaltet, in dem in der Mitte einige Freisteller/Fotos sind. Eine Plattform möchte über das Thema berichten und einen Ausschnitt aus dem Plakat dazu zeigen, aber sodass nur die Bilder zu sehen sind, und nicht das Logo der Firma, für die ich das Plakat gemacht habe und die die Bilder erworben hat. Auch die Credits, die im unteren Teil des Plakates sind, sind dann nicht aufgeführt. Geht das oder inwiefern muss die Plattform die Credits aufführen bzw. den Ursprung des Plakates deutlich machen?Bei den Fragen handelt es sich um Fragen zu zwei verschiedenen Projekten.Über Rückmeldungen würde ich mich freuen.Viele GrüßeBettina
