i subscribed a 30 days free trial membership of the app Adobe Stock in the Creative Cloud.After a few days of tests now I want to unsubcribe this service but i dont found this button. Today i checked my e-mail and i have to pay but i dont use this 10 photography. please unsubscribe me !

Hello.I've accidentally clicked on the wrong image icon.I've licensed the image below and it was by mistake. After that I selected the right one but now I have an image that I don't need or want.Can it be undone?For future reference it should ask something like "Are you sure you want to licence this image?" so that it doesn't happen again. (I see that many other people are struggling with this issue lately... and did not find the solution from any of those people asking for answers.)I tried everything that the Adobe Help suggests but nothing worked.The strange thing is, vector image (.Ai file) would download- but NONE of the JPEG images that I once was able to download until yesterday.(I wasn't sure if it was specific images, but no-- none of my previously purchased licensed images would download.)I see that someone in the Forum mentioned her download is so slow that it will start downloading at 5-10 mins mark... I wonder if it is a similar issue?Because when I click download, it says on the bottom of the screen "Connecting...." but never really connecting. Then the status just disappears.I also tried using my laptop instead of my desktop to see if the computer was the issue. I dragged an image I bought fro Adobe Stock from my Library panel onto my dartboard. I then double clicked on it and open it up in a new window, did some recolouring and pressed save. it had now saved over the original image in my Adoe Stock library panel in photoshop.... How do I get the original image back in the library panel?

I got a educational licence, I use to pick free illustration who was coming with my subscription, Do I still have acces to those? Because when i'm on Adobe stock it say: Standard Licence, Buy licence and save to computer and then it aks me to buy a plan. Do I need to buy a adobe plan stock to have what was coming with my licence when I took it? And If not, How can I download them on my CC library?

Hi, the Adobe stock photos are not marked  with the dpi-resolution, only pixels. I guess all photos that you sell is 300 dpi? And if not, how can I check the dpi before we download them?BR Maria

Been looking on the Adobe website and this forum, but haven't found an answer for my question.I want to buy an image to use on some packaging, so need an extended licence. Do I need a creditpack to buy this extended licence, or can I just buy it without credits or Stock subscription?

Dear Adobe Stock, You have gravely disappointed me in my first 2 weeks in using your service. In fact, I will be taking my business elsewhere. At no point does Adobe Stock notify a BRAND NEW USER that downloading an image is an IRREVOCABLE action that takes away from your "asset allotment" for the "month". You don't even notify the customer what the "monthly" billing period is, nor do you state whether images unused roll-over on months. I am shocked that upon reaching out to Support, I WAS COMPLETELY UNHELPED. I accidentally downloaded 6 stock images, and was told that none could be refunded because I UNKNOWINGLY IRREVOCABLY purchased images in an attempt to PREVIEW ONLY by MISTAKE as a BRAND NEW USER. I was then haggled by the support provider and told that only "premium images" could be credited to my Stock account, and "standard" images could not. SO, effectively they can only refund an expensive image, but still require that a lesser-quality "standard" image is somehow not refundab

I just downloaded a picture for a layout, and I was chocked by the poor quality. Don't you have quality control that contributors have to pass? In this image there's colours changed and it seems like the path has make with an axe. If I decide to use the image, it's much more time concuming than if you offered the original and I did the masking myself. Please have a look at image #139628971. I've also attached a screen dump showing part of the image.

My problem started recently when I wanted to cancel my Adobe Stock Subscription. Firstly person on the support chat informed me that there is cancelation fee. Ok, probably I didn't noticed that... my fault, I was ready to stay with them for few more moths especially when I was offered 3 months free. So pretty much good deal (even if I thought that Its quite not fair that they're not informing clients strictly when we sign in). But suddenly I went to my bank account and noticed that adobe stock charged me 2 times in december 2017 for 29.99EUR. I asked support why... and then it all started. Is it possible to download free adobe stock photos, when having an company creative cloud licence? And if it is possible - how to will I proceed?

I created a free account to try out Adbobe Stock and I did the same thing by accident. Instead of placing the images in the library, I have licensed them all. While searching Google to undo this is stumbled on this support item.Is it possible to help? Does Adobe have Movie opening and end diclaimer stock footage with the usual disclaimer and/or ratings ?

I licensed image 120114648 and it opens pixelated and blurry.  It is licensed not just a preview.  I downloaded to my computer and even in the file preview it is blurry and pixelated.  I deleted and and downloaded again from my license history and it still is blurry.  Is the image bad?  If not, what else could I try to make the image clear?

Please see the below error message. I've tried everything reasonable. It woudln't download yesterday, won't today. Other's do without a problem so I assume it is corrupted. Either way, it won't work for me. Can I get the asset replaced? If so, how?

With Adobe Stock's last website redesign the search results page transition method was changed to a very fast scroll to the top while the new page loads. This may sound crazy, but this transition effect gives me vertigo every time I search for images. I acknowledge the page transition is very cool, but in practice it's literally nauseating. I have no doubt I'm in a very tiny minority. Or am I the only one? Has anyone experienced problems with this? (Otherwise ya'll are great. I love all my Adobe products!) But, pretty please consider changing this transition effect with your next update?

Hello, I was looking for good photos when i clicked on a video out of curiosity, i wanted to check the price thinking that there would be a confirmation before the purchase...There was not ! It licensed instantly the video which costs 91,97$ for something i did not want and did not need !! The second after the money was gone from my bank account...just for one clumsy click...How can i get a refund on this please ? Looking for clarification on using stock images as “part” of a business logo. Basically, the main body of the logo is text and I woul like to add a hat to one of the letters. Can this be done?

I have selected photos that I want to take as background for an election poster. Is this sufficient for the extended license? With the extended license, I do not have to call the author, right? I downloaded an image I purchased but had it saved to Word (wrong choice). The image shows up with "Adobe" still in background.  How can I change the format to JPEG without having to purchase a new image of the same thing?
