I am also having this problem where I am receiving a message saying You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly.  I would like to cancel my subscription for both Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month and Photography plan (20GB) and I do not want to be charged for either.  I would also like adobe to delete my account, please.  Please can I have an email confirmation when this is done thank you

Hi,I have made a floral type design as a personal design for my boyfriend for our own home. I have had a request from someone who wants to buy the design with different text. I have used two stock photos, edited their colours, masked out areas, and blended them into one single image.Can I share this design on social media with a standard licence? And can I sell this design with a standard licence? I will not be selling many copies.Do I need add a credit in this case?  I have read the terms but but I find them unclear in this case. Downloaded vector image #242681883 from Adobe Stock but it crashes Illustrator CC2019. Error message says it doesn't have a tiff preview. My first choice is for you to fix it please, because I searched high and low to find the right image. Can you help?

Hi everyone, some time ago I contributed to Pexels, now the image is offered via Adobe Stock. Since there is apparently no way to contact Adobe directly I try to find help here. Has anyone experienced similar problem? While this is perfect example of license violation it looks that download an image from free stock and then sell it via paid service is no big deal and pretty easy way to earn some bucks. Have already tried to contact Pexels without any effect as you can imagine.Any advices? Thanks!

I hope somebody at Adobe Stock can help me with this.It's driving me crazy, and I really need to download/purchase these photos.For the last several years I've been able to purchase & download stock through my CCloud Pay As You Go planwith no problems at all through the website or directly through the Adobe Apps.But now, when I try, it keeps wanting to charge me for a subscription plan.Its already included in my Creative Cloud plan, but I can't make it work anymore.My browser is Firefox, and maybe it's a cookie problem, but whatever I do I can't get the Adobe Stock Website to recognize my "pay as you go" plan.I've tried to make it work through my account settings, but no luck.Please help!

So,i have saved around 325 into my library in my account in order to have them somewhere saved so i can choose in the near future which ones i want to use and buy.But i realised after a while that whenever i enter the library with the saved images,the website is lagging or crashing and its unusable.I tried to delete data,cache and history but that didn't help.I'm not having any other issues when im browsing the web or when im browsing the adobestock website in particular without entering that specific library.The issue occurs only when i enter that specific library where i saved all these photos that i was planning to buy.I also checked with another browser or if it's my cpu or any hardware issues but they run smoothly and in normal conditions.What actually happens is:I enter the library,the navigation bar barely scrolls down or up,i can't press the thumbnails of the images to move them in another library or even delete them from the library.It looks like the library is overloaded and

HI, I use Sketch on my Ipad Pro and I'm trying to  import images from my Adobe Stock library, but I do not have access to it. I can make research on Stock, import a new file into my drawing, but I do not have access to the other files of my Adobe Stock library. I can import from Photos, but not from Adobe Stock. Hello,I am wanting to buy a single image on adobe stock. I have done this before on a standard license costing around $15, I am trying to do this and now it is wanting me to sign up to a monthly subscription which I do not want to do as I do not use 3 assets a month it is very sporadic when I buy stock. I have spoken to an adobe chat person and they are saying I have to buy an extended license, I have never had to do this before and do not want to spend $90 on something that i have previously gotten for $15.Has something changed?Thank you

Hello,I'm not sure which license I need to purchase for images that I will be using for games that are apart of one educational app. These images won't be the primary value but will be used to enhance the experience. The main value is actually the experience and the images just enhance that or allow that to happen effectively. The users certainly won't be purchasing the app solely based on the images. This app will be for sale. Since it's an app, it shouldn't have to adhere to the 500k views as stated in the terms.Please let me know if I am understanding all of this correctly or not. I would like to know which license I can use for these images (and would also like to save thousands of dollars, if possible!)Thank you.

I canceled adobe stock subscription (40 images) the same day after downloading 4 images. When will I get my money back?I received an e-mail with the information that the subscription will end on March 5th and is still active - I did not receive a refund and still have 36 images to download.

I have the exact same problem, I canceld BEFORE the end of the free trial and I have been charged for two months... I receive one credit, but the second month never been credited. It been one month I am trying to have a refund and everyone I spoke to tells me that they can't see any charges or that I have already been refund so they can't do anything.. I noticed as I started looking around adobe for pictures of "business people" including leaders and managers that the photos are OVERWHELMINGLY white men. Would really love to see a lot more diversity. It's a little frosting that it isn't here already.

Is Adobe Stock included in Adobe CC membership?

Does Adobe have any animating clocks that can be used for the time change (spring forward and fall back)? If not Adobe, do you recommend another source?
