Does Adobe have any animating clocks that can be used for the time change (spring forward and fall back)? If not Adobe, do you recommend another source?

Let me first start by saying I really disappointed in Adobe.  Every month I pay for photos and there is no issue in taking my money but we I have an issue it's ok for you to take your time in resolving it.  I have called and been to told we will get back with you only to have me call you back AGAIN, then to be placed on hold even as we speak.The issue is I can purchase photos but I can't download them.  I've changed computers and browsers and nothing is working.  It's been almost a week and I use photos everyday.   Can someone PLEASE answer my question or better yet resolve this issue.    Thank You

I was charged on my card but even after hours of waiting the download of images was not released.I checked the admin console and it still appears as unpaid.

Is there any professional quality control being done before accepting files for sale? The quality between files varies greatly and often cannot be assessed from the preview image. Take this file as an example (137104567😞 half of the lines don't meet correctly, with ends stopping before the other line or overlapping. That makes the graphic pretty much unusable in any size larger than a postage stamp. And because everything has been outlined it's very tedious to clean up.  Certainly this kind of quality would not be acceptable if it was done by an illustrator/designer for a client.

I have read the restriction but i just want to be sure if i use a standard license (a photo or a vector) in a contest for a book cover i need to tell to contest holder your book must not be printed more than 500.000 copies(but i saw you may not incorporate a Work into merchandise intended for sale or distribution, unless (A) the Work has been modified to the extent that the modification is not substantially similar to the original Work and can qualify as an original work of authorship)so i can use it if i modify the asset? Adobe offers 10 free downloads for signing onto Adobe Stock at $29.99. They state that within 30 days the account can be cancelled for no fee. But if I download less than 10 images then cancel before 30 days, will I be charged for the images I downloaded?

Ich finde auf der Adobe-Stock-Website keine konkreten Angaben zur Platzierung des Bildnachweises. Ist dieser wie bei Fotolia am oder neben dem Bild zu platzieren?2. Bei Fotolia gibt es hinsichtlich der Social-Media-Nutzung die Beschränkung, dass Bilder maximal mit der Breite/Höhe von 1.000 Pixel hochgeladen werden dürfen. Gilt diese Regelung auch nach der Kontoumstellung bzw. auf Adobe Stock? 3. Gibt es auf Adobe Stock tatsächlich die Einschränkung, dass ein bei Adobe Stock erworbenes Bild auf einer Website maximal in der Bildgröße von 2000 x 2000 Pixel angezeigt werden darf? Kann man, bevor man credits kauft, irgendwo sehen, wieviel eine Erweiterte Lizenz für ein Foto in Credits kostet?Ohne Credits kann ich nur den Preis in EURO sehen aber nicht in Credits und ich hätte gerne ungefähr gewusst, wie viel Credits ich kaufen müsste um alle Fotos damit zu kaufen da das ja dann immer noch günstiger sein dürfte als einzelkäufe?!Wer kann mir da helfen?Abgesehen davon finde ich das total besch... dass ihr bei Adobe scheinbar überhaupt nur mehr Abos verticken wollt. Das ist für die meisten Leute total Unsinnig!!!

I have had this issue for quite some time, but Adobe Stock will not scroll down to view more images when I use Google Chrome. I have cleared my cache, deleted and reinstalled Chrome, it is fully updated... at this point, I have no idea what else to try.It must be a Chrome issue, as I am able to use Stock properly in my Edge browser.I contacted customer support, but they just had me try the things I listed above. No resolution.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I were to purchase an extended license for a stock photo, is there something in writing that I get stating I have done so? Just in case i'm asked to show proof?

My Adobe Stock (licensed/downloaded) template won't open or let me Save As .indd.Error Message: "Cannot open [xxxx.indt] because it was saved with a newer version of Adobe InDesign CC (12.1). You must use that version or later to open the file. To then enable it to be opened in this version, choose Save As InDesign CS4 or later, or export to IDML."
