Hi!Can i use photo from Adobe Stock on on my company's website? I have clothes shop so i want to have some great photos on my website, but i don't know if it is legal.

Hi, hope you can confirm my thoughts.I am looking for pictures I can use for my department's subwebsite at a public university. Usage includes the uni website + potentially ppt slides and poster to be used for educational purposes or on conferences. No commercial use included.From my understanding, the standard license should be enough for this, do you agree? As this is an official institution, everything must be legal and no grey zone allowed.ThanksHugo

I am trying to find photos of Fathers and their adult children, preferrably sitting across from each other at a table in a restaurant. The word "father" seems to trigger all photos of father's with children, not adult children. Is there any way to exclude children from my results in the search terms or search tools?The image below would be perfect if it were a senior father and a young adult daughter. (This relationship maybe 15/20 years later)

I just started creating a brochure and almost like magic I get an email from Adobe about guided templates and the header image is of a trifold brochure! <Jumpstart Your Next Project with Guided Templates | Adobe Blog > Just like the one I want to make. I got so excited, then I spent ten minutes trying to find a guided template and I gave up, what am I doing wrong?I just went back and looked again and I guess the problem is that I want a guided template for a trifold in photoshop, but it seems the trifold guide is only for Illustrator?I defaulted to Spark, which will work fine, but if I had a template that would take care of front and back of a trifold, it sure would be handy!Thanks,Henry

I'm a compositor and have a demand by many clients for themed backgrounds that they (other artists) can then use in their own creations.  I usually put together three or more separate assets purchased from Adobe Stock, into one composited background for my own work.  I am assuming that even with an extended license purchase I would not be able to sell that new composited background to other artists - as it is a digital file comprised of iterations of the three original assets I purchased?To give an example: I purchase an extended license of a stock image of a grassy hill, mountain range and sky stock.  I put them together, color grade them and add some lighting effects, fire, sparks, etc.  I then would like to sell that one flattened background to another artist so they can use the background in their work.Thank you in advance for any information or clarification!

In Fotolia, one could choose, "social media", and then you got a light Version of a Picture. With KBs, not MBs.  How do you get light Pictures in Adobe Stock, to be published online?

I've been trying to contact the support chat page but it's always tagged as close. I'm trying to close my subscription to the service however the option seems to be non-existant for my account despite following the instructions. Is there any other way I could contact support directly?Thanks

Dear Adobe,After attempting to use a trial which I was under the impression would end once the 10 images were used, I have been charged multiple times for a service I have not used since my initial download. I have not received notice of what the extra charges were for. I initially thought I was mistakenly billed twice, but when it occurred again and I tried to contact support I was told there was nothing they could do to help besides cancelling my unknown YEARLY subscription to Adobe Stock, which I also am being charged an early termination fee! How can I be charged for something I have never been notified I was enrolled in or have seen any type of billing statement? As a student in the design field I feel like I was taken advantage. Adobe has really damaged my view on their company with these tactics they have used.

The organization I work for recently joined the CC Team, with that we received the 10 free stock images. To my knowledge no one has used them and at this time I cannot redeem them at all. Every time I select an image I am prompted to purchase the licensing. Was the offer only good for so long? If so, is there a way to get that offer back since we never used them?Thanks!

I had four time conversation with consultants on chat and nobody help me. I cancelled my subscription but from 2nd October I haven't money refund for order ADD000055835PL. Four consultant told me I would be refunded but today I havent refund. How can I solve this problem ???

I have a subscription to Adobe Stock and used to be able to download images without a problem. But suddenly, today, when I tried to download an image I am asked to licence Illustrator so that I can open the image. What has changed? Thanks for ANY help! Rita
