Hi,I'm new to to Adobe Stock and have accidentally pressed the license button for an image rather than the preview. D'oh! I can't fund any undo process, am I missing something obvious in the interface to de-license it or is it not possible?thanks,tom.

Has anyone purchased the template thru stock called Quote Box ...It will not let me adjust the main text...only the bottom line crediting the speaker.All other parameters seem to work. How come this main text will not change? Its been a waste of money so far

Hi, I licenced 10 images last year with a standard licence. I was told that even if i cancelled my subscription the licence was permanent. Why then when i look in my licence library do i have the option to licence again and why do my photos now have the watermark on them ? I cancelled my subscription soon after i had licenced my chosen images. I'm confused

Hi AllI am currently looking for good stock photos for my website which would represent my startup company. The company has three owners and the website is being developed by one developer hired by us. If I license the photos with a Standard License then I need to confirm the following:1. Can I use the photos on my website?2. Do I strictly need to ensure that the website has all the necessary measures to restrict visitors to not copy the images?. We have added some features but obviously it is not possible ensure that someone can't copy those images?3. After downloading the images, we will put them in our Word-press media library from where it will be used by our developer on different pages?, is this allowed as per the standard licenses.5. I was confused about the single-seat and team licenses?. I will license the image via my personal account and upload them on our web-hosting site. Our developer will then be using the images for different pages on our website and not for any client

Hi I got the full creative cloud recently and was given the option for 1 month adobe stock.i got the free offer but did not use it - only used 3 images.on the last day + 1 i realised i did not cancel so went to cancel ( a very difficult link to find) to only thrown a message that you 17 images in subscription will be deleted if you do not use it. and i think it said use for a month and then cancelso now i have 3 days left and i downloaded the images so i can cancel it - now when i click it shows me i have 3 options1. 60 days free subscription added on to full trial expirey date - so i am stuck for another full year2. chat to customer service (which is taking ages to respond !)3. cancel and pay 115 £ - half of the remaining subscription ! I just got one month in..did anyone else have this problem ?I know their answer will be you are tied to 1 year but any subscription services which says paid monthly you can cancel with 1 month notice or you buy full year upfront payment for a better di

Adobe Stock needs a new plan, more flexible. No membership. For people that need pictures or video stock only sometimes.I have an account in Adobe Stock since they bought the company to Dollar Photo Club.The products are really good but they only sells memberships for 29.99 p/m. I've had my account for all this time but sometimes I don't need it, so I tried to cancel my account but they want to charge me 164 dlls for cancellation, it's unfair because I'm a loyal customer. They need to have more flexible plans.

I purchased a Mogrt from Adobe Stock. It imports and then it's nowhere to be found in the Browse window of the Essential graphic panel. If I try to reimport, it asks if I want to confirm overwrite. What's happening?

I did not opt in to get any of your stock photography and we've been charged for over a year. The bill is addressed to the owner of the credit card - but there isn't my company's name and address.. I need the invoice will be addressed to my company, how can I do? Thats it for me, cant buy a single image, Im out, Im not being ripped off, I need a single image now and again and have purchased this way from Adobe stock for a long time, not anymore, Im gone, you have lost my custom, Im disgusted by this

I was one of those that was able to still buy single image downloads. I was cut off last week without any notice and also wasted considerable time trying to figure out the issue at the last minute.  Shame on Adobe for their lack of understanding of the importance of notifying customers. 

Hello,I would like to ask how can I buy just 10 pictures for my website in a standard (non-premium) license?Do I have to register for subscription or I can register and pay for 1 month subscription (which allows download 10 images) and then cancel the subscription?If I cancel the subscription I will be still the owner of downloaded pictures? How can I see the pixels of a certain picture before I purchase the adobe stock subscription? I need to print out a life sized picture and I want to make sure that the resolution is high enough before I pay for the picture.Thanks for the help!

I have a problem regarding the mispurchase of footage.The daughter of a well-known has made a mispurchase on Adobe Stock in my name. I wasn't paying attention by having her surf the Internet on my computer. Now I am faced with the problem that I do not need the purchased material nor do I have any use for it. So I would like to return the license and cancel the payment. Is that possible in any way?By the way, the Adobe Stock fast payment system is a bit too fast, a final check of the shopping cart would be desirable so no mispurchase can happen anymore.Best regards,Alex 

Ich habe Bilder mit den Vorschauen von Adobe Stock bearbeitet und „Da mir das Layout inzwischen zusagte, habe ich die verwendeten Bilder lizenziert.“ Normalerweise sollten die Vorschauen anschließend überall gegen das hochauflösende Original ausgetauscht – damit verschwinden alle Wasserzeichen, während sämtliche Bearbeitungen am Vorschaubild automatisch auf die hochauflösende Version übertragen werden. Das ist aber leider nicht passiert!! Photoshop erkennt die Lizensierung nicht und die Bilder haben noch die Wasserzeichen. Als ich bei Adobe Ilustrator  gearbeitet habe, ging das ganze Austausch problemlos  aber bei Photoshop geht es nicht. Was soll ich machen?
