I can't change my library. The pop-up that usually gives me the option to change libraries doesn't have that option. Why isn't there a simpler way to change default libraries for Adobe Stock? There really should be a much easier way than to click on a pop-up. Like maybe a dropdown or a check box in each library, when browsing through the library? Please advise.

While browsing through Adobe Stock looking for an image to use, I accidentally clicked on the license button without meaning to for said file - (File #: 873079877). Is there a way to undo the licensing? I think I would need help from an Adobe representative to remove the license on the image. Thanks in advance for the assistance. Hallo in die Runde,ich gestalte seit vielen Jahren ein Magazin für meinen Kunden, der im bildungspolitischen Bereich tätig ist. Bei den Beiträgen im Magazin handelt es sich um Nachrichten, Kommentare, Kolumnen, vertiefende Informationen, Tätigkeiten des Kunden - also ein ganz klassisches Magazin für den bildungspolitischen Fachbereich. Da Adobe ja seit einiger Zeit auch Stockmaterial von Reuters bezieht, habe ich bei AdobeStock 2 Bilder von Reuters lizensiert und - wie es so schön heißt - "in das Werk eingebunden", also die Beiträge mit den Reuters-Fotos bebildert. Die Fotos habe ich mit "Foto: AdobeStock" betitelt. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass ich der Bestimmung "for editorial use only" somit auch nachgekommen bin. Das Magazin ist vor vier Jahren erschienen - in gedruckter Form, aber auch als PDF auf der Website des Kunden hinterlegt.Und so bekam mein Kunde nun eine Abmahnung einer Kanzlei, weil die Bilder angeblich nicht lizensiert gewesen seien. On my Adobe Stock plan, I have 10 downloads of images per month. If I don't download those 10 images I have available each month, will I have them transferred to the next month etc, like a roll over?

Hi, I signed up for a free trial to Adobe stock at $30/month, which seemed reasonable. But, when I went to cancel my subscription, it said I need to pay $150 to cancel?! Is this for real??? Also, while browsing the site, I hearted fonts I liked to try and group them/keep track of the ones I like and I think I may have accidentally purchased them?? In what universe is hearting something purchasing it?? I don't know how to undo this. HELP!!

Are there any additional fees with adobe stock apart from the plan you purchase?

Hi Adobe Community, I have an Adobe Express subscription (paid version) and use "Elements" (Backgrounds and Design Assets) available in the platform while creating music videos for my children songs. These videos are uploaded to YouTube. I understand that "Standard" licensed assets in Adobe Express can be used for "commercial projects", but I want to double-check:Am I allowed to use "Elements" (Backgrounds and Design Assets) with a Standard license in my YouTube videos without any issues? Thanks in advance for your help!

I wnated to simply just try the product, but forgot to cancel. I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription and would like to request a refund, but there's nothing helpful on Adobes website. I tried to chat/phone calls and nothing is helping. I have not used the product (adobe stock-10), so I'm hopeful to get my subscription cancelled with no fees.One of the solution I heard from the support person was that they offer the 3 months free, but apparently some people get agreed to sign up for a year long subscripion as well. I would like to find a photo that I dowloaded in April 2020. Is it possible to have access to my historic from so long ago ? 

I recently upgraded my Adobe Stock credits on my account. Selected the subscription change, paid it and the money came out my account, yet the additional credits for that month have never been added to my account, despite paying for them. I have logged out and logged back in, still nothing, yet my account plan for Adobe Stock states that I should get 40 assets a month. Any help?

Why is it that Adobe Stock completely ignores filters? For example, I requested  "two men shaking hands", and clicked the white filter. I got as many women as men in the results as well as people of color .

I need some help. I created an Adobe account for Me. But I plan on using it basically to buy images under Standard license to post them on the website and social media for the Company I work for. And the Company owner would be aware. But is it ok for me to do that? Do I need to upgrade the license? Does the adobe account need to be in the Company owner's name? Basically I would use the images I downloaded under standard license to advertise the products we sell. We would not resell the images themselves, but we'd use them to highlight our products on both our website and our social media. Can I use a Standard license to do so? Or do I require a different license? Any help you can provide would be truly appreciate!

Ho acquistato  il prodotto e prima dei 14 giorni volevo disdire l'abbonamento, perchè il prezzo era più alto rispetto all'ultima volta che l'ho utilizzato . Inoltre non utilizzo i programmi abbastanza per giustificarne il costo.  Sul sito ho letto che avrei avuto pure il rimborso totale. Durante le fasi di annullamento il sito mi ha proposto un periodo di prova, senza clausole di penali per disdire.Ho pure letto sul sito che durante il periodo di prova si può annullare senza nessun addebito.Quindi sono stato tranquillo fino ad oggi, quando volevo disdire prima che scadesse la prova e prima di qualunque addebito.  Purtroppo non sono riuscito a disdire perché continua chiedermi una penale.Posso avere assistenza da qualcuno?Ho provato più volte ma non riesco.
