I've been using Adobe Stock for many years and I'm not a complainer, but I just came across a wildly offensive stock image and I'd like to report it. How can I do that?
Hey I was able to run adobe stock just fine for the first few months afte purchasing, now every time I search for anything "We're unable to process your request. Please try again later.", this message pops up. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm so frustrated with Adobe Stock and the fact that I can't PERMANENTLY ban Generative AI imagery from appearing in my searches. I NEVER want to use it, and I hate that I have to constantly filter it out. It's a time-waster. Can anyone tell me how to reach someone at Adobe - who speaks English fluently - about this? The few times I've tried complaining about it, the person I spoke with spoke English as a second language and I couldn't get them to understand what I wanted.Thanks!
Hi,Why am I able to download and use some of the sotck assest added to a library, while not at all able to download/ access others? Does anyone know please? All assests are in the same library, all are free with a standard licence...I'm including a couple of screenshots below showing the download icon there (1st iamge) and download icon missing (2nd image).Does anyone have any idea why download is enabled for some, but not all assests of identical parameters (stored in the same libabry, all free with same type of licence)?OS: Windows 10
Hello,I can't download free templates from any adobe apps. I tried on pc and mac. it warns that it cannot be licensed. For 1 week I've been in contact with adobe support but they can't solve it 🙂I have corresponded with maybe more than 20 adobe employees with typhing and phone calling, they even connected to my computer. as far as I understand, they do not have a technical competence customer service. And i have a creative cloud plan.Is there anyone who has this problem and can solve it except adobe support?

Greetings all. I have 6 days left in my Adobe Stock "free trial". This was supposed to give me 10 free assets per month. It's never worked. I tried it again today and it still doesn't work. So if I like an asset and I want to download it to my library, it asks me to purchase it. I can download the preview, but it has the Adobe Stock watermark all over it, so I can't use it. What is the point of offering a "free trial" if you can't even make it work for your prospective subscriber? I'm certainly not going to continue with a $38.99 per month payment! Really poor form, Adobe.

But this man seems like a familiar person to me, like a famous actor. I sent this picture to ChatGPT and asked if the person in the picture was a real person, ChatGPT replied: "This AI-generated wizard illustration may look like a familiar celebrity, but such images are generally not intended to depict a specific person. I canceled my Adobe Stock trial yesterday (05/22/2024). I know it went through because it warned me about loosing access to anything I had aquired and I confirmed. Today I was charged, and given the search results on your forums it's far from an uncommon incident. I would like a refund.

Hello. I hope you are well. Many weeks ago, I decided to check out Adobe stocks because I needed a reliable place to get clip arts. Since it has a free trial, I decided to sign up for it. On doing that, I discovered that the clip arts can only be edited in Adobe illustrator, an app I do not have access to. So, I decided to end my trial since I cannot use what I get from Adobe Stocks. It has been at least 3 weeks since then and almost everyday, I get notifications that Adobe is attempting to charge my card. The option to delete the card is not there and I cannot access the 'manage plan' page because an error message pops up saying that I need to update my payment method, and implies that I pay $32 before I can manage my plans. I also cannot delete my account to end the constant billing attempts because "I need to cancel my plan first". I have not used any of the stock credits since the time I excitedly signed up for the trial. Now it seems like am stuc
Hello,I had a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud so I could use Adobe apps for my school projects. I was going to cancel my plan but then noticed this entire time, I was being billed for Adobe Stocks but never knew. I've actually never used Stocks which is why I didn't know I was being charged for it. I want to cancel my subscription but the fee is more expensive than the Creative Cloud cancellation fee. I'd understand the fee for the Creative Cloud cancellation, but I find it unfair to be charged for cancelling a plan I never even knew I had and never used. Is there any way to cancel this plan without having to pay this huge fee?

I was registered with Cavan Images until April 2023. Then I deleted the profile and, according to the terms of the contract, Cavan agreed to delete ALL my assets within 90 days. But 13 months later I still see my assets on Adobe stock from Cavan's profiles. In addition, one of my assets is sold in the Premium section. Kavan steals copyright content and sells it! What is Adobe stock going to do with the profiles of this unscrupulous agency?
