Can anyone assist on how i can get a refund for purchasing a Premium Image by mistake. I Have looked everywhere and it seems that there is no help at all. Kindly Assist

I pressed on big image instead of normal size. How to redo? I don't need the big image.  On a similar note, WHY is the large image on top of the regular one (selection choice)?

I have also got severly burned by Adobe Stock cancellation fee.I would not recommend this service to anyone and while I appreciate I had 14days to unsubscribe, I was not aware there were hidden costs for an early cancellation as I assumed there would have been a monthly bill and worst case I'd pay for 1 month or 2 not a crazy total amount of 195CHF all for using just 1 image.I understand paying for the months of "usage" (though I only downloaded probably around 7-10pics in total) but I find the early cancellation fee absolutely obscene.Can anyone share their thoughts? And is there any chance to get a refund of at least that cancellation fee? Thanks

1st: I've already read the licensing terms. I'm just still confused and would like full clarity. If I make a template for people to download... for example a senior banner where I use Adobe Stock images in the background. And the end user would insert their own photograph after purchasing my template..... Can I use Adobe Stock images as the background assuming I merge them together or something so that the end user is not gaining a layer with the original stock image itself? (Does that make sense?) I am gathering I can't leave a stock image as it's own layer, because that would give that image to the end user. But if I change it, or merge other elements into it so that it's not simply the original image am I think allowed to sell the template? Does that make sense? 

I was looking trough my license history of Adobe Stock and I noticed several licenses bought that were not done by me. Unlike the licenses I bought there are also no users attached to these licenses. Is this a case of someone else using my account? or what could this be?

Hi, I recently found out after checking my bills that I "subscribed" to Adobe Stock when I only subscribed to illustrator. I've never used Adobe stock nor do I need to, so is there any way I could cancel the subscription without paying the cancellation fee?

I accidentally licensed a template #555116892 and am wondering if I can get the credit back? I see a lot of people with the same issue in these threads, there really should be a confirm popup before the download happens. 

I tried to cancel my subscription to Adobe stock, but couldn't. When chose plans and payment, manage plan - I could't cancel it. And have this window 👇 It states that if you don't take action, your plan will be automatically canceled until the next billing cycle. But nothing was automatically canceled and the money has been trying to be debited almost every day for 3 months 

I am developing an online course for thye Thinkific platform, and wondered if I can use an Adobe Stock image next to my course name...or is that considered a logo?

My organization downloaded several vector images under an educational license that will be eventually used for commercial purposes. Their intention is to purchase the appropriate extended license for all of these images once they are approved. The question is, would they have to purchase the extended license, then re-download the images and reinsert them into the layouts? The concern expressed to me is that if the image was downloaded before the extended license was purchased, the image could be tracked and they could face a copyright fine for using the incorrect version of the licensed image. To my knowledge, vector images that are downloaded, manipulated and resaved in a wholly different file don't carry any ability to be tracked as such. In addition, the image version doesn't change based on the license it was purchased under - but I don't know any of this for sure. Thanks

Hola, tengo la siguiente consulta: Durante mucho tiempo estuvimos acumulando créditos, a principio de año teníamos al rededor d 120 y seguíamos pagando. El tema es que en lo que va del año si hemos bajado cerca de 100 créditos pero al seguir pagando creo que debería tener más créditos y no habérmelos acabado como es el caso. Basicamente quisiera hacer una revisón de mi saldo en créditos vs. mis consumos pues siento que tengo créditos perdidos. Gracias

The first time I've had a transparency issue & swear I'm not a Karan. I just hope there is expectation for Adobe Stock transparency to be cleaner than this one is.  How would I get refunded for this?  

This is highway robbery. I have been subscribed to Adobe Stock for a couple of years now. Found an image I wasn't sure if I wanted or not (Item # 173066289) of a couple on a sailboat. It is the most simple photo on the site, practically. Well during my workflow I clicked on it and then saw the confirmation but didn't really read it because I have never come across an image as simple as this worth more than a credit.   It consumed over half of my accumulated credits, almost 7 months worth! I could have, and did via Midjourney, Ai generated an image that was closer to what I needed. It may be time to end my stock subscription now that half of what's on here is AI anyway. I can just create it all myself.    I feel ripped off!

Mein Foto Abo wurde gesperrt, weil das System ein "Problem mit der Zahlung" festgestellt hat. Die Zahlung wäre "ausstehend". Es liegt ein SEPA Mandat vor. Die Abbuchung wurde ebenfalls erfolgreich durchgeführt. Dieses Problem scheint ziemlich häufig aufzutreten. In diesem Forum findet man zig Beiträge mit genau diesem Problem. Ich habe mich daraufhin beim Support gemeldet und mein Foto-Abo Zugriff wurde wiederhergestellt. Immerhin. Gleichzeitig wurde mir aber auch mitgeteilt:"Es liegt kein Problem in unserem System vor. Lastschriftzahlungen können bis zu 4 Tage in Anspruch nehmen. Das System wird die Zahlung wahrscheinlich innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden aktualisieren." Ganz ehrlich. Ich finde das Verhalten doch etwas befremdlich von Adobe. Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass Abbuchungen von einem Konto ein paar Werktage dauern können. Somit sollte das System auch eine entsprechende "grace period" mit einkalkulieren, statt dem Kunden sein Abo zu sperren, weil das System die Zahl

Hi all, I've licenced an image from Adobe Stock featuring a model for use in advertising and marketing of a product. The model has reached out saying that advertising this product is not permitted - the specific product is excluded from the contracts they signed.. However, our product is not illegal or p*rnographic and it also isn't specifically mentioned in the "restricted uses" part of the Adobe licence. The image in question is on pretty much all the Stock Photo websites. I would presume the model release form required by Adobe would be a standard one? Does Adobe accept model release forms with custom restrictions? I have checked all the major stock photos sites for their sample model release forms and none of them specify a restriction for our particular product use-case. I have reached out to Adobe Stock Copyright team last week, but still waiting for reply.

I am trying to download an image (417220710) which shows the trnsparency hatch pattern in the background. When I download it the background is NOT transparent.  How do I get the image with the transparency as indicated?    There doesn't appear to be any way to replace the hatch pattern with a transparency. I trid photoshop and Illustrator with no luck.   

Hi everyone! my name is Ali I´ve got Adobe Illustrator for free, then upgraded my plan. When I wanted to cancel for the first time I thought I did, since the creative cloud told me to delete all my apps in my computer. Then Idk how, but I was suscribed to Adobe Stock. Now, I want to cancel and Adobe wants to charge me for that when I don't even know how I got this plan for starters. I can't contact anyone from Mexico's team (which is where I'm based) since any of their phone numbers are available nor functional. Please help! Adobe Rip Off!!

I am working on a video for a client, they have sent me multiple adobe stock clips to use for this project, but one of them seems to be corrupt on my end only. The video has this weird glitching troughout, but it's only happening for me and not the client? (This is also before importing it into any editing software) 

I have the same problem. Deleted Cache in Browser before, reloged with the right ID. All Licences between 05.10.2018 and 10.05.2023 are not visible and have gone. My bills in the Admin-Panels are still there. This looks like a mistake in the System ...

How do I go about being able to use this font from the Editable EPS Vector File? When I downloaded the file it only shows the attached picture but I need to be able to use the particular font of the word "CANDY"

I have 23 assets like this that are unavailable.  I have never used them.  I asked chat for credit for these assets and they just left me sitting for 20 minutes with no reply.   How can I get my credits back?  This is ~$50 worth of product and two months of planning down the drain.   I don't see any point in continuing this service if I cannot use the assets.
