Can I use Adobe Images for my new website? I am the owner of [removed], and I am starting a new website related to shoe reviews. I am a little confused about adobe images use for my website.

Estou a tentar licenciar um dos videos aqui da Adobe Stock. E quando vou a tentar pagar aparece-me sempre a seguinte mensagem: "Lamentamos, ocorreu um erro de sistema. Se não receber um e-mail de confirmação do pagamento nos próximos minutos, tente novamente ou contacte o suporte ao cliente."Já tentei diferentes tipos de pagamento e até uma conta diferente e aparece-me sempre o mesmo erro.Também já tentei falar 2 vezes com o chat-apoio mas nunca tive resposta.Alguém com o mesmo problema? Ou sabe como posso resolver?Obrigado

HI All, we have upgraded to pro edition and it says "Enjoy access to unlimited Adobe Stock standard images with enhanced licensing permissions". however when i log into Adobe stock i am required to purchase a trial? so i dont have access to unlimited stock?

Hi all, I forgot to license a preview Adobe song and exported all the videos with the preview version.I've now successfully licensed it. Is it ok to use the preview version still? I can't be bothered re-exporting the videos lol. Sam

Well it took me ten minutes to figure out how to even create this post.I'm trying to change my password but it's saying "not include your name or email address."Obviously I'm not doing this. Phone support doesn't answer and neither does Chat support.I pay $30 a month and for what support?Excuse my friench but why can't it even change my f*cking password what a piece of sh*t.

I did not purchase the Adobe Stock program, but it was purchased and a fee was charged. I canceled it, but I saw a statement saying that I would be charged. I would like your support for this.

Modifying the search string is a great idea. I predict that eventually the Supreme Court and copyright law will severely reduce AI imagery licensing, at least here in the US. Models never approved their usage in composites, and Adobe and Getty (who is even more aggregious) are scrubbing the internet for images without express permission. As a professional photographer its extremely disturbing.

i want my organization to switch to only using adobe stock instead of another stock service that we currently use.  but with the other service i can send a 'preview link' to someone who doesn't have an account. they can look through the catalog of images available for our account and send me the images they want to download.  is there a way in adobe stock to do this?

Perhaps it's the image metadata describing the image or video or something else, but I've noticed some strange results. I wanted to find some contrasting stature images of people by entering the words: 'tall man, short woman', or visa versa. A significant portion of the results have nothing to do with those words. What I have seen are many images of woman mostly, showing their middle finger 'flipping the bird', and in some strange positions. I don't know, does the search algorithm take those keys words as 'offensive', meaning the woman is short compared to a man, and the output should be '-f- you?'

Hello Adobe, I got a year long subscription for my birthday for your creative plan (student) and have been using your apps since may. My dad recently notified me that there have been extra charges and I was very confused - struggling to see what exactly they were (my computer is very old and your creative cloud wasn't really working on it). I figured that perhaps I had downloaded stock that wasn't free and paid him back as I was completely embarrassed (because I couldn't believe I would miss such a payment). Little did I know that adobe stock was a paid for app (on top of the monthly payment of all the others). I am very confused as to how that is not better communicated to your customers ?? Hello, I have the creative cloud but I only ever wanted to buy after effects and photoshop. so I do not recall ever buying or needing the use of stock images so this extra charge along w the subscritions to aftereffects and photoshop is a little upsetting. I need help on if someone from adobe can tell me when I made a purchase to adobe stock and explain to me if the plans I subscribed to is what caused this??

I've downloaded the image #605087106 from Adobe Stock twice and both times the image failed. Half of it came with stripes as if it hasn't downloaded correctly. Now, if I try again, the time for download is 4 hours so I believe something is wrong with the image itself. 

Hello I would like to get support as I just noticed that I have being charge for 3 months in a row on my card for a service I didnt request and havent use. Even you can check your platform and only today i assigned a password to the account in order to be allowed to raise this claim. There is no place in the web to find how to raise the refund request or to raise the claim by email. What can i do because now is even harder if i cancell the plan will be charged with mote than 120 dollars for something i didnt request and i havent use. Who do i need to contact to solve this and to get the money back?

Im trying to get a simple explanation if my Youtube channel can be copyright striked if I were to use the subscription service, post videos with Adobe Stock in them, and I cancel the service after an extended amount of time from when that video was posted? If I were to just purchase the video stock instead would that license only last so long or forever use?

I am personally trying to buy a single image from Stock, not through my company which pays for the license I use. I have spoken with support specialists in India three times now, and no one can help me. I asked to please be connected to someone in the United States who could better understand what I was asking for, and I got hung up on. What should I do?   I was also asked to provide my complete billing information on one of those phone conversations to "look up" what it would cost. I only gave them my state name and that I live in the USA. I was quoted $50 USD. That seems a bit sketchy. What should I do about that?   And my inital problem... Does anyone know how I can personally buy a single Adobe Stock image?

Hi there. Since a couple of days I can not choose anymore to by standrad licence picture but only extended (much more expensive and not required for my usage). Is anybody able to help me here, I assume it has to do with settings but couldn't find where to act ... Thank you.
