So they need to redesign there whole licensing scheme because i was scrolling and went to hit one to open it bigger and it just took my credit and dowloaded without even asking me to verify or anything.  its just in such an akward place.  Possibly they should have it be where you can not license from the miniamized bulk view and you have to open the full view to actually use your credits. 

I have downloaded several licences photos but I want to end my membership but I could not find a proper answer if I loose all the downloaded photos. Please could you help me in this topic?

How can I clear some photos from my licence history? Is it possible?

 Many years ago I licensed images from Fotolia. Unfortunately, I never transferred the account.Is it still possible now, or am I too late? I would like to transfer my licenses and also the images I had offered through Fotolia.Is that still possible?I know I have slept through a few years....Thanks!

Ich habe einige Bilder lizenziert und konnte sie downloaden.Allerdings habe ich nun keinen Nachweis darüber, dass ich sie auch wirklich lizenziert habe. Kann ich irgendwo eine Lizenzurkunde oder ähnliches herunterladen? Wie erfolgt der Nachweis sonst, falls ich abgemahnt werde?Vielen Dank! 

I was looking for images of chidren for project about child hunger and typed "little girl" in the search bar, and the results were odd and disturbing. Almost all of the images that pull up on the first page are of elementary school aged girls partly clothed (a few without clothes), and some in borderline suggestive poses. I am guessing the site shows results by an algorithm that pulls up the most downloaded or clicked-on images for a given search term....if so, it seems clear Adobe has a problem with sickos using your site to sell and buy suggestive images of little girls. One or two of these images on their own would not have set off alarm bells, but all together and with so many of them, it's definitely suspect. Adobe seems like a socially conscious organization with a strong commitment to the protection of vulnerable populations. As such, I am sure you are willing to take a strong stand against this disturbing issue and protect these innocent girls by removing objectionabl

 I encountered a problem while trying to pay for my Adobe Stock membership initially due to a card issue, but after resolving it, I successfully paid. However, even though the payment went through and money was deducted, my account still displays a card problem message, preventing me from downloading music. Kindly address this issue urgently to ensure uninterrupted access to my membership benefits.Additionally, I recently updated my name in my profile, but the application continues to address me by my old nickname. Ich habe Heute zwei Bilder lizensiert, #619224045 und #621515006 Beide KI-generiert und in der Qualität wirklich - ich kann es nicht anders sagen: schlecht. Wie kann ich die Lizenzen zurückgeben. Generell sollte doch auch ein gewisser Qualitätsanpruch bei dem Ausgabeformat der Daten erfolgen oder nicht?

Unbelievable: You have tons of assets in Creative Cloud, the button for the overview of what assets you have is calles "Manage Assets", but its design seems to be driven by chaos -> how can I sort the assets by type, price/licence, date of purchase and most important: name ascending/descending?Why Category "Bug"? I got an email saying that my prepaid Adobe Stock credits are expiring soon, so I want to use them. However, I also have a subscription, and when I try to purchase a photo it always uses the subscription credits instead of the prepaid ones. How can I use the prepaid credits while I have subscription credits available?

I did the monthly free trial for Adobe Stock after a few days I canceled the subscription, now after a month Adobe is trying to take away my subscription money which I have never used and which does not appear in the Plans section, how do I fix it the payment problem can I cancel it?

I forgot to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription after the 30 day trial period, because i didnt use your software and there was no money on my card when the trial period ended, so the amount was deducted just now. Hi There, Is anyone else having download issues from Adobe Stock today? (Sat 12 Aug 5:35pm New Zealand time).I'm trying to download a JPEG from adobe stock and it is taking an eternity.The image (5.1mb) and my browser says it will take 14 hours. hmmm. (now 22 hours while I type this).I'm on a Mac, websites, including Adobe Stock are loading quickly and I've downloaded from a 2mb file from another website and it worked super quick. Speed test had (91Mbps upload/download).I've rebooted my Mac. I've deleted safari cache and cleared history.I've tried downloading. I've tried saving to a one of My Library's and placing into a document in InDesign - it is failing.See screenshots.

Hey, I accidentally clicked images with license and I didn't know that it will activate purchase of the image. It seems that there is some corporote account linked to my profile that is allowed do that kind of thing. Shouldn't there be some warning and how I can undo that?

Hallo, ich versuche vergeblich Team Credit Packs zu erwerben, komme aber nicht weiter.  Wenn ich bei einem Team Credit Pack auf "Jetzt kaufen" gehe kommt folgendes:  Nur Administrierende können Adobe Stock einem Team-Konto hinzufügen. Um Adobe Stock einem bestehenden Team hinzuzufügen, wende dich an die zuständige Person. Du kannst auch ein Abo für den persönlichen Gebrauch kaufen.   Das Adobe Konto habe ich für unser Unternehmen erstellt. Heißt ich bin der Admin. In die Admin Console komme ich nicht rein. Im Kontomodell steht Privatperson und ich kann das nicht auf Unternehmen ändern. Eine andere Möglichkeit ein Konto für ein Unternehmen zu erstellen sehe ich aber auch nicht. Kann man diese Credit Packs nur erwerben wenn es dazu ein laufendes Abo gibt? Ich möchte nämlich kein Abo abschließen, da wir nicht jeden Monat Bilder brauchen.   Telefonisch komme ich nicht weiter und muss jedesmal über eine Stunde warten und lege dann auf. Hoffe hier komme ich weiter. Danke.

I found a website that is taking a large portion of Adobe Stock images and is selling them outright, as-is, which is against the TOS here. This is their main FB page: https://www.facebook.com/cncfilesus Is there a way to report this?As a designer myself it really irks me that people like this get away with this kind of thing.

Seleccione un archivo a descargar (#509531092) y al hacerlo, descarga otro diferente. 4 operadores me atendieron en "Ayuda", hice todo lo que me dijeron que hiciera y no hay caso, despues de descargalo mas de 5 veces y un monton de operaciones, claramnte el link de descarga esta mal vinculado.  Finalmente no obtuve el archivo que necesitaba, ocupe una descarga de mi plan y perdi un monton de tiempo.  

ı bought a all application 100 to creative cloud plans but after bought this plan automatically added adobe stock my plans ,but ı didn't permit about of adobe stock.I tried to cancel adobe stock plans but when ı was follow this canceling steps ıt says your plans wşth yearly so if you want to cancel adobe stock plan you have to pais approx. 1301 Turkish Liras .So ı dont want to pay to adobe stock because you added without my permission . Good evening, on June 3 I purchased the creative cloud package of all applications. According to my package, this includes adobe Stock. Today when I paid my credit card for the month of July I got an extra charge in addition to the all application package. This package appears as if it were an extra adobe stock, however in my payment profile and plans, the package that includes all the apps together with the adobe stock appears and even so, I was charged for it. I hope I can get a refund since this is not something I contracted at any time. I took it because it supposedly came with the bundle of all the apps. Thank you, good night.

I have hunderds of Adobe Stock images downloaded and this is the first one I have had trouble with. It is a vector file. It opens slow in AI, but it does open. If I copy and try to paste into Photoshop as a Smart Object (a common workflow for me), it locks up Photoshop and I have to force quit. If I try to open the file directly into Photoshop, same thing? Image 237189711 (Bubbles)

I love adobe stock, but often we are searching for images that have some color within our client's branding to use for our designs. It would be nice if we could search through images using the Hex Color # to narrow down potential images.
